Question: How do I help my wife feel good enough to do the do? Posted: 01 Jun 2016 08:10 PM PDT When we were dating we had a very active sex life, but now that we're married and have had our first kid, my wife is having some body image issues, and we have sex maybe once a month. I try to reassure and compliment her as often as I can, but she just counters, saying that she believes that's what I think but that it doesn't change how she feels about herself. I want her to feel better about herself for her own sake, and so I can stop going crazy wanting her all the time and not getting anywhere with it. |
Question: Is brother in law hitting on me? Posted: 01 Jun 2016 07:57 PM PDT My husband s younger brother was put up for adoption when they were both young. After my husband and I married we made many attempts to find younger bro but unfortunately my husband succumbed to cancer before it happened..... so it s 2 1/2 years later and I ve been thru alot thru my husband s death.... I use fb to vent alot and obviously stressed..... so about a month ago who finds me on fb?.... my husband s younger brother..... we ve chatted quite a bit and he s been really cool..... but the other day he sends me a picture very well cleaned up and no shirt on.... he never met my husband as an adult and does compare himself quite a bit to him... but I m a little weirded out.... he is married but never speaks of his wife or family and maybe it s just me but that pic was pretty hot.... I m really trying hard to be cool to my husband s bro even with my issues but I m not quite sure what to make of this???? |

Question: My husband is an addict I don't know where to send him? Posted: 01 Jun 2016 07:30 PM PDT So he was abused as a child emotionally and physically by his father and I don't know how to help him. He has nervous shakes, night terrors, and he barely ever has time to work on his job. His boss is a good friend from church and he is trying to work with him but I fear that he will lose his job soon. I was forced to explain to his boss when he fell and hit his head and got a severe concussion. He then had to go to the hospital because he was mixing pain pills with alcohol and its just been a roller coaster. He is 23 and I am 21 we've been married for two years but I just don't know what to do. I love him but he has really pushed me I've already talked to the Bishop at our ward as well as his family about it but I just can't come up with what to say to the man I married for all the pain he has caused me... He just drinks and drinks and I need to know what to tell him so that I can have the man I fell in love with back. So I packed up my bags and told him I was going to my parents for a week to reevaluate things.... As I was walking out the door he started to cry and said don't leave I don't want to be alone....he then said that he'd get help but he doesn't want to go to a rehab facility for his drug and alcoholism. While I held him I couldn't help but think how overwhelmed I am... Should he go to a group or does he need to go to a clinic? |

Question: Should I be concerned? Posted: 01 Jun 2016 06:19 PM PDT I'm currently 5 months pregnant and my fiance and I live together. Recently I understand things have been hectic because I'm triying to finish school, and I work on the weekends. He has two jobs and I most certainly appreciate his effort. All of a sudden he got the idea of going to the gym and working out which is completley fine! I support him except theres one issue. He goes to the gym everyday. The day that I actually have to be home and spend a little of time togehter he still leaves to the gym. I just wish he understood I need time wtih him. Today I asked him which gym he was going to and he got really offended. (mad) He said I ask him too many questions. He parked near a side walk and I couldn't open the car door because it got stuck to the concrete, he made a rude comment saying "Dam how muh do you weigh?" I'm not in the situation to be hearing comments like that especially because I'm pregnant. Today is also my moms birthday and he still prefered to go to the gym. Thoughts? |

Posted: 01 Jun 2016 04:52 PM PDT We've been dating a year (known each other for 3) and we are usually very open with each other. He's leaving in 2 days to go on a boys trip in New York. After their planned itinerary, they all have different plans of getting home. My boyfriend said he's going to stay in NY for a few days, but he never ever actually says WHERE he'll be staying. He hasnt had the time to find a hotel so he has to stay with someone he knows. BUT the only person he knows in NY is his ex. He was so in love with her and I'm very sure he still harbours feelings for her. Whenever I try to bring up his accommodation plans, he either distracts me or avoids the question completely. I dont want to outright ask: "Are you staying at your ex's when you're in NY?" because I don't want to sound too paranoid. But I have a feeling in my gut that he will be with her. How do I approach the situation? |

Question: I'm having trouble asking my crush out? Posted: 01 Jun 2016 04:49 PM PDT I'm 14 and I started having fellings for this girl in 5 grade but it hasn't bin much untill this year. I'm not really shy but when I get nervous I lose my words and sound like an idiot. I'm thinking about messaging her on Facebook and ask her to go to the movies or something. I don't really hang out with her other then at school we talk and she always gives me hugs. Is there any advice that you could give me for a place to go or how to get the balls to ask her. I really like her, I've never felt this way about anyone in my life so I don't want to be crushed if she says no. |

Question: How to "water a garden" in a marriage when the husband is cheating ? Posted: 01 Jun 2016 03:56 PM PDT I'm not a strong Christian but I keep reading about watering your lawn and focusing on your marriage. I have tried that but I just don't know how to do it when my husband continue to look on Craigslist for casual sex and is on whisper to "hang out" with other females.. I also wanna know why I'm not enough I keep watering this pointless marriage and nothing is working.. I need advice because I don't know what to do anymore |
Posted: 01 Jun 2016 03:51 PM PDT So about 2 months ago my husband told me he was curious about sleeping with someone else and having an open marriage until December. Well he has only dated and been with me sexually so he is curious. I feel like this marriage is over because 1. I don t have the desire to sleep around and 2. I respect and love him. This lifestyle doesn t interest me the only reason I agreed was because he kept pestering me and he probably would have done it behind my back anyways... Also before he went to basic we were having relationship issues and he joined Craigslist and that kinda of nonesense and some random girl gave him a ********.. He said he wouldn t do that again but hey here we are again... I have asked him to stop and he is like well you behave any way you want. Over the course of the last 2 months I have become a nervous wreck and am always angry but he doesn t care and tells me to change or he isn t. I just need all sorts of advice because my heart is telling me to stay and my brain is telling me this will never change and to leave. Oh and he also says it has nothing to do with me but his sex drive has changed and he tells me all I care about is sex yet I m trying to work on my marriage and he is trying to screw other women... Please help!! |

Question: How to stop my wife from using her sense of humor to ruin tense sexual moments? Posted: 01 Jun 2016 01:45 PM PDT This is yet another reason I don't pursue my wife for sex any more (among other things); she likes to make jokes to alleviate stress and to break what she feels awkward over. Like when I stare at her in a sexually interested way, she doesn't blush or anything but she'll do something goofy to break my concentration and completely ruin the mood I was trying to create. She hasn't done this in a while, but she used to play with my penis in a joking way and say that it's so solid that it could be used like a hammer, then beat it into my groan. I don't know if she saw this in a porno and she thought this was a turn on to men, but seriously, leave my penis alone if it isn't going in one of your culturally acceptable sex holes. Or she would pretend to strip tease but make the music sound herself and wiggle in a way that was intentionally mocking the idea. Kind of giving you an awkward ***** because you don't want to reward it with attention, but at the same time she's getting naked so... I get what she's doing, she can't take sex seriously for some reason. Performance anxiety? Feeling awkward about romance? Feeling awkward about being the center of attention? Who knows the exact reason, she just kills the mood and tries to make it a casual thing though - EVERY time. So is this something I just have to accept about her? Or is this something that I can tell her to knock it off or show her some videos to help her overcome? ***** was b0ner To rachel's ignorant answer - Love has nothing to do with sexual attraction, sexual tension, sexual intimacy, and sexual chemistry. If you truly believe that I don't love her because I won't leave her alone, then she doesn't love me for not trying harder to stay in the zone and make this sexual experience one I'd like to remember. |

Question: Facebook Issue: Husband never posts pictures of his wife...but others?? Posted: 01 Jun 2016 11:17 AM PDT So my husband claims he rarely posts pictures, as its really not his thing. This is his response when I question him about never posting me on his page. EVER. This past week was his sisters birthday and to my surprise he posted nearly a shrine of her! Its his only sister and I get that's he's proud..no problem there. But why was it soo easy for him to boast on his sister, but NEVER post pictures of his own wife. I just don't know what to make of this...PS. he posted ONE pic of me on Mothers Day. One!! Ashamed or what? What is this about??? |

Question: How do I challenge my wife to do something I want and exploit her competitive nature? Posted: 01 Jun 2016 10:16 AM PDT I know this is manipulative but I just want to see if this works. For an example, I want to challenge my wife to an exercise challenge this summer so she can get toned up again. How do I convince her to compete with herself and push her body to the limit and build some muscle? The only challenge she will face is getting a degree in college, everything else she takes low bearing fruits. So what does it take to push someone like my wife to consider a challenge and want to prove me wrong? What would I have to say to not insult her, but motivate her to prove that what I had to say is wrong so she'll take the challenge seriously and do something? |
Question: My wife wants to stop forever? Posted: 01 Jun 2016 09:54 AM PDT I love my wife even though she got really fat last 5 years (I'm being honest). We've been married for over 15 years (married at 21 both of us). She couldn't get pregnant and we tried early then it was like if it happens then it happens. We both thought it was her. Well out of the blue when she's near 40 she's pregnant. I was thinking she got it from some other guy as she's always going out on Friday and Saturday nights without me. Long story short we had the baby and she doesn't look anything like me and she's very ugly (being honest again). Now my wife doesn't want to do anything with me. |

Question: Unbearably itchy, red, and sore vagina - after Monistat 1, still is the same, help? Posted: 01 Jun 2016 09:40 AM PDT I though it was BV, so I did a tampon soaked in Hydro Peroxide and it actually cleared up the smell that I thought was normal. but it was still itchy, so I bought Monistat 1 thinking I had a yeast infection, and I felt better for a few hours, but it all came back. It's been 24 hours now and I'm unbearably itchy on the inside and outside of my vagina. I dont know what to do, as I've already itched myself which I wasn't suppose to. I don't want to go to the doctors, so please help me! And I will add - the itchiness is on the hood of my clit, the inside, the labia, the sides of the labia, but especially my clit! I know it isn't an STD because I am not sexually active. |
Question: Why does my husband choose porn and his sex toy over me? Posted: 01 Jun 2016 09:27 AM PDT My husband and I have been together for 3 years and married 1 year. We recently just had a baby. He works all day and I m a stay at home mom. I cook and clean and do everything he asks Recently we haven t been having any sex. Maybe like once or twice a month & mind you were both young. Early 20 s. My body hasn t changed much since after birth. I am skinny. I m only about 100lbs and I m 5 4 and attractive. I have stretch marks on my belly but other than that my body looks the same since before we were together. For a while now I ve known my husband has been watching a lot of porn. Pretty much everyday all day. (I can see the history) I know he masturbates because I find clothes and towels in the other room with his gunk on it. This has been going on for a year. But today I found that he has a sex toy that looks like a pu**y. I try to initiate the sex with him I tell him I m in the mood and he says he s tired. Or when we do actually have sex it s him skipping the foreplay and me on my belly and him getting a quickie and I m left with nothing. He doesn t even finish me. But he has time to watch his porn and masturbate! Honestly it disgusts me and makes me very insecure. That he would choose porn and his sex toy over me! A real women! I don t know wether to confront him about this or cut off his internet from his phone and change the wifi password and hide his sex toy! I cried when I found his toy. It made me feel worthless and unattractive. |

Question: Was I wrong from asking him to leave because of cheating? Posted: 01 Jun 2016 07:32 AM PDT Here are the key details to explain the situation: -1 day after marrying my husband he texts and escort asking, "How much do you charge?" -His explanation: "I am helping my uncle cheat" -I got pregnant 2 months after we got married -During checkups found out he gave me 2 stds from his past relationships before me (he was my first and only) 1 year later when playing game on his phone a message pops up from an escort site. -His explanation: I am still helping my uncle. He said he would stop because it is effecting our marriage 6 months later a number to an escort was found in his phone to an escort down the street from his college (an hour away from his uncle) 3 months later he visits his family in dallas. Two days after he comes back I catch him at 3:30am talking to a "homegirl" from his hometown in dallas and he lies and says he was talking to the people on the game he was playing. The next day I woke up at 3:30 this time the game was not on and he was watching tv talking to her again. I catch him and he hurries off the phone and now there is a lock on his phone. He lies again and doesn't deny cheating when I confront him. He doesn't say anything and doesn't defend himself from the accusations. |
Question: Y do I love to smell my wives worn panties. Drives me nuts...? Posted: 01 Jun 2016 06:37 AM PDT |
Posted: 01 Jun 2016 06:35 AM PDT UV here. Sorry, I abandoned Goody Two Shoes because I didn't care to earn points on 2 accounts. But you know, the name "Sheltered" really does work with me more than Goody Two Shoes anyways so this works out. On to the question: So my wife is a competitive kind of woman. She's so competitive that I refuse to take her to the casino because I think she wouldn't leave until she lost our house, or made enough to buy 4 more... Of course, my wife is still a "shy introvert" so she has no desire in going to a casino anyways. You have no idea the relief that brings me... So in my observation, the way this competition works is she picks areas that she's already good at and she starts judging herself against other people in that area. And unlike all of my female friends and past girlfriends, my wife's area is academic intelligence. She's constantly talking down about people who are less educated than her and she often talks about how nice it would be to have competent people to mentor under for her career path. She's an academic elitist and I think she aspires to be an online professor at this point for a university. But then there's me. I've only taken two semesters in college. I get all my smarts from the internet. So I can't compete with her. But she's competing with me. She keeps score on chores, on favors, on everything. Everything is a chance to "one up me" and prove she's better. I know other people have marriages like this, but how do you make this healthy and functional? My natural instincts isn't to compete or compare myself to others. I don't take any pleasure in competing, I only do it so I can challenge my ability to manipulate/strategize the game. For an example, I used to be a MtG player and I would play in tournaments. While these tournaments were ranked/sanctioned, I played because I really enjoyed the mind game of it. I took "loses" gracefully if the game itself was a pleasing one. So this competing to win is new to me. Seems combative. Her combative nature is probably competitive too. She's trying to win arguments with me and she's not afraid to shame me for my contributions to the fight since that is her way of winning. Talking to her is a competition and NOT a cooperative learning experience. She's listening for "attacks" and she ignores everything else. The crazy thing, is I've never been passive aggressive towards her. So this pattern seeking is all from her past before me or her Mom friends on Yahoo! or Facebook. |
Question: How to prevent my husband from going to a bachelor's night in Vegas? Posted: 01 Jun 2016 05:28 AM PDT Hello everyone, The problem is not as easy as it might appear. I have nothing against my husband going to stag parties- I am not jealous or possesive. The problem is his friend and their relationship. My husband is a person that always gives to people but rarely gets much back. This is the case with his "friend". The bachelors night will be widely expensive (I'm thinking around 1500 $ per person for flights, hotels, drinking, food ect. His friend didn't come to our wedding neither did he send a wedding gift or even a card. Then we had our first baby- he didn't come for a baby shower, my husband moved out of state over 2 years ago and it took him over 2 years to finally come and see our baby. In the meantime my husband has made 4-5 trips to see him. Another thing is the finance. My whole family lives overseas and we both agreed that this summer we do not have the money to travel and see them so my parents used all of their savings to come and see us. And now he wants to spend little money we have to have 4 days with his buddies in Vegas. That and leave me alone for 5 days with our infant chid and no help whatsoever. We just got better financially when we don't have to cound every dollar we spend but instead for us to have a family vacation (which I have been saving for working very hard) or go and visit my family so that they can see the new baby he prefers to spend it on a friend that doesn;t even care about him that much. What to do? |
Posted: 01 Jun 2016 04:47 AM PDT He was around trying to get my attention for 2 years and then on a weak time of my life , he got me ! He played so I would fall more in love with him I'm a manager at a big company and he was also a general manager and very rich . We were the same age ! It was wonderful ! The point was that he only wanted sex chat and normal chat ! Nothing more ! It lasted 3 months . Then my husband found out ! All of a sudden the lover was vanished ! He didn't even get any news from me of what happened to me ! I lost many thins but I survived ! I'm back again with my husband having s better life than before ! My husband ignored me all the time but now he pays more attention to me with love ! I'm left with feeling of remorse and the big question! Was he a big lier? Love was a joke to him ? Was he laughing at me all the time ? Was I just a case for sex chat to him ? He was rich enough to have sex or sex chat with any girl so why playing with me ? If no why he never approached even by mail to a friend to see how I'm doing ! My friend already had told him I was under great pressure ! |
Posted: 01 Jun 2016 04:36 AM PDT We've been married for less than 8 months, he doesn't own a car, has not worked in 6 months, does not contribute to the household in any way (all of his EXTRA money usually fund his drug habit), he destroys my property, and he walks around MY home calling me "*****" when he is angry. Now lets add salt to the wound, we have a 4 month old son and I am 13 years older than my spouse. On the flip side I am educated, own a home and vehicle, work FT, pay all bills, provide groceries, wash, cook, and clean! As I type this I actually feel dumb and already know the answer to my question. For 3 months I have told my husband that I am unhappy, asked him to leave, and repeatedly asked for a divorce. To my surprise he won't leave or agree to a divorce...actually I'm not surprised that he won't leave. What dummy would leave a situation where he/she is being provided for, right? I am at wits end and he disgusts me! Thoughts? |

Question: Do you regret having a cheap courthouse wedding? Posted: 01 Jun 2016 01:04 AM PDT My husband and I are retired military. We are originally from Fresno, CA (different parts). We met on January 22, 1994, at a singles ministry function sponsored through the base chapel at NAS Lemoore, CA. We started courting on 2/14/1994, we became engaged 4/06/1996, and we were married on 5/31/1996. Our 20th wedding anniversary was yesterday. We are a couple of frugal, practical, thrifty cheapskates. We didn't want a long engagement or a big fussy wedding. We invited our immediate family to join us at the courthouse for our wedding. The judge married us for free. To save time and money, we wore our military dress uniforms. My mom was our photographer. Our marriage license cost $22.00, and our reception cost us $58.00, including the tip. Our honeymoon was free, because I won a trip for 2 to a luxury B & B in Monterrey, CA for 5 days. We don't regret having a cheap wedding. Sure we could have spent a lot more. But being married was much more important to us, than spending thousands of dollars that we would never see again. People used to laugh at us, when we tell them our wedding story. We've noticed that a lot of them are divorced or getting divorced. We did what made us happy, and we don't have any regrets. |

Posted: 31 May 2016 10:23 PM PDT To make a long story short, wife caught me with her friend in bed. She kicked my *** and is now divorcing me. We have only been married for a year. She's 25 and I'm 28. Everyone, including my own family, is against me. There's pretty much no chance I'll come out of this on a positive note. I'm just hoping for maybe a little reconciliation advice. Is there anyway I can sit my wife down and get her to at least give me another chance? I do love her and I don't want our marriage to end because I cheated. My own sister won't even help me because she too stupid to not understand that I still love my wife. I made a terrible mistake but I love me wife. Love her more than I could imagine. Please help someone. Please!!!!!!! |

Posted: 31 May 2016 09:57 PM PDT Everyone I'm just going to cut to the chase hear and admit that I'm a piece of ****. I have been cheating on my wife for quite awhile now with my sisters friend. This girl is 21 and my wife is 22. I'm 24. Anyway, I can't seem to stop cheating. Like I want to stop but the sex is a lot better than with my wife. My wife has tried extremely hard to satisfy me, including dressing slutty in public. I basically made her degrade herself. She's an excellent, sweet wife and the guilt from cheating on her is building up pretty bad on me. I'm just here asking for advice on how to move forward with this. My wife has noticed me not coming home some nights and even my sister has been asking me about my behavior. I don't know if they both know I'm cheating but I'm starting to feel like I should come clean to both of them. I'm just extremely worried my wife will divorce me. She warned me I'd regret it if I ever cheated on her. I just need some kind advice right now. |
