Question: I'm finally listening and taking action but afraid of the unknown? Posted: 06 Nov 2016 08:34 PM PST So I am finally trying to take positive steps towards ending my marriage and protecting the assets we accumulated. What pushed me over the edge was coming home office night shift and making a little bit of noise and then being yelled at. I tried to ignore that but she kept up her anger and kicked hard at the toilet door before going to sleep. I grabbed a shower and came to bed to sleep. An hour later, she purposely got up and made lots of noise. Sat at the table smashing her spoon into her bowl and when I got up to protest, she yelled abusively at me like I was a piece of crap and then left for work. Blocked my phones. I have had a couple of hours sleep only. I cannot communicate with her at all. Tough luck if something happened to me. I was thinking I should switch my phone off and disappear for two days without saying anything but it is wiser not to get drawn into games and just stay at home for when it comes time to claim on the house. Her parents are out from China for a year and living with us. I spoke with them about what happened and how she stressed me out so much that my body was shaking and I had a massive nosebleed that wouldn't stop for 20mins. Anyway, this relationship is toxic and I finally opened my eyes to it. I'm hoping her parents can talk some sense into her but for a while I really don't want to talk with her. I'm having plenty of second thoughts about staying. We don't have kids. Normal wives treat their husbands with respect and love them no matter what happens. Her idea is to scream at me like I'm trash and cut me off like I'm nothing. Then go to work and show her colleagues a happy side. I am wondering if she cheats behind me when she does these things. And I'm wondering why the hell she would be messaging me in the early hours of the morning saying she misses me and loves me so much...we even kissed before work. Not sure why I even bother anymore. Anyone got any better suggestions to salvage this train wreck before I give up on her? |
Question: I cheated and he won t let me leave? Posted: 06 Nov 2016 08:33 PM PST I cheated on my boyfriend a month ago and told him the next day. We have a toddler together and I said I m sorry and I m trying to work things out and he says he doesn t want me to leave but every time he gets upset about ANYTHING even unrelated he starts calling me whore and ***** and says how I trashed HIS name and he was abusive right after and I want to leave but I would have to live in my car and leave our son with him because my other relatives in town are not very ideal situations. I wanted to make things work but he refuses to calm down even if I m not arguing back and he calls me those names in front of our son and even his parents and refuses to calm down even when they tell him to. I ve been stuck at his house barely aloud to go see my family or else it starts a fight I m getting so tired I know I messed up and I admit that but am I wrong in feeling that he needs to start controlling the way he acts? |

Question: Can anyone rationally explain why wives in general withhold sex from their husbands? Posted: 06 Nov 2016 08:03 PM PST I read this summary of someone's years of interviewing wives for the book he was writing on how to have a sexual relationship with his wife. And the number of women who openly said that they knew their husband wanted more sex, but they weren't gonna give him that, was astonishing. The thing that got me was this person writing that the wives seemed as if they were letting out state's secrets. So, I am wondering why the number of wives who withhold sex is so high. Why did these bitchez even get married in the first place? |
Question: Why does my husband want me to get a job? Posted: 06 Nov 2016 07:33 PM PST My husband and I have been married for 23 years. We have two boys who are 21 and 19. They have both moved out for college, so now it's just me and my husband. For years my husband was the one who worked while I stayed home with the kids when they were growing up and making sure the house is clean. Until recently my husband did not have a problem with me doing it but now he keeps nagging me to get a job because money is tight right now. I told him i don't want tov get a job because he should earn enough money to support me and the household based off his paycheck alone. He is an accountant earns 200,000 a year. He then shows me three credit card bills from August, September, and October stating we owe 198,000 dollars between the three months. He got angry because he accused me of overspending. He really wants me to get a job but i don't think it's right for a man to force his wife to get a job if she dosen't want one. Do you think it's right for my husband to nag me to get a job? |
Question: How can I help my husband understand he should speak kindly to me? Posted: 06 Nov 2016 07:17 PM PST Im 27 and have been married to my highschool sweet heart for 8 years. Its great. But sometimes he speaks very inconsiderately to me. I ask him nicely to lower his voice or use more civil words instead of juming from 1 to 10. I usually just let it build up for a few weeks of these little moments here and there and i dont say anything much back because he will just get more angry and use harsher words or raise his voice much louder than mine. I asked him again today during one of our unexpected spats he started why can you not speak kinder or quieter to me? His response was exactly this and please excuse the launguage. "If I talk to you like a pussy you dont listen, if I talk to you normal you dont listen if i talk to you mean like an asshole you listen." it floored me. Hes not always like this but he has his moments. its small comments over time that I bottle up and about every three months when he starts in ill come back at him hard, crying screaming yelling ill divorce him. I hate this cycle we have done couples counseling. It helped we do much better but this tid bit. That last comment crushed me. hes my soul mate. why would he say this to me? Why dont i deserve proper respect as well? |

Question: Should I marry my fiance'? Posted: 06 Nov 2016 05:08 PM PST He purposed Friday and I told him I'd think about it. I really love him but his mother is an alcoholic and I dream of a dream mother-in-law relationship. With her being an alcoholic that likely won't happen. Plus my grandfather was an alcoholic so it brings up bad memories. I love my fiance' though and it is not his fault. She gets really grouchy when drunk. Also not sure how this would affect kids if we had kids and she still is an alcoholic. So what do I do? Do I marry him? |

Posted: 06 Nov 2016 03:33 PM PST My mother and my in laws are great friends and meet together every Sunday at church and during the holidays, secondly my husband and I are against this idea. Problem is, if she finds out that my mom and my in laws are good friends, that won't go over well with my father's new wife. gc girl, father's new wife already had her first melt down 2 weeks ago when one of my children had their 12th birthday party which my mother & mother in law attended. She saw the party photos on FaceBook, she wants to be grandmother and not my mother. Told her that's not my family culture & now she won't speak to me, but will invite my in laws over just to gossip about me and my siblings. |

Question: What do I do about my husband never wearing his wedding ring? Posted: 06 Nov 2016 03:20 PM PST My husband is 21 and im 18. We've been married for 4 months. I'm not worried that he's being unfaithful. I know that's not the case. He never wears it because he says it's uncomfortable and he can't stop messing with it. It just makes me sad because I picked out that ring and he says he loves the look, but it's just rely annoying to him. He has offered to get a tattoo in place of the ring instead but it really hurts my feelings because I made sure to get him one he would really like just like he did for me and I never take mine off. I know it's a minor problem. Not even a problem really but I just can't get over it. |

Question: What would you do if your best friend lied to you about your child? Posted: 06 Nov 2016 03:03 PM PST Me, my husband, & his parents did not tell my parents he was serving a year on work release & someone else told them. My in-laws & my husband asked me not to tell my parents so I foolishly obliged & have apologized profusely because I knew better & didn't do better, but I was in a very hard position. My parents are pretty pissed because they have been friends with my in-laws since my husband was born 26 years ago. I'm very torn because I love my husband, but hindsight is 20/20 & i realize now that he could not have had my best interests at heart & secondly because IDK how I can continue on being part of a family that values the relationship they have with my parents so little that they could plant to keep such a big secret from them. IDK how we can recover from this because I feel that my husband owes my parents an apology or we cannot be together because he & his parents have deeply offended them. Is this an unreasonable request? |
Question: How do you make your wife respect your privacy? Posted: 06 Nov 2016 02:52 PM PST She says what? Couples aren't supposed to hide anything about one another. That's why she gave herself the permission to read my Emails and check my phone!! As if the NSA aren't enough. |
Question: Can a man live without woman? Posted: 06 Nov 2016 01:58 PM PST can a man live without getting married, without having sex nor girlfriend. I've heared that men can get cancer if they live without a woman (without emotional satisfication), and the risk of getting cancer increases at age of 28, is this true? can a man live normal life (doing everyday activities normally) if he lives isolated, without having friends, neighbors, no family activities, no wife no etc... |
Posted: 06 Nov 2016 12:56 PM PST Ever feel like something is a lost cause?? I feel as though my life is.. I'm 27 married with a 4 year old daughter and tho everything is good... at the same time everything is wrong... I am wrong.. I can't get or do anything right.. You see, I have to keep any feelings I have bottled up when it comes to other people.. No matter the disrespect shown to me..if I defend myself, it's overstepping boundaries, If I tell my husband to make them back down.. I'm controlling and I deserve it.. I'm an instigator. When I don't even acknowledge these people, they come to me. These "Friends and Family memebers" that my husband wants around does nothing but pick at me, belittle me and try thier best to show me how they are better then me. I try to talk to him and find a mutual solution where I'm not at the mercy of the Treatment and he still has friends.. however all I hear is how I'm stupid enough to be upset about it.. how I have bipolar disorder so that probably is why they get to me, and worst of all how it's my own fault I'm treated this way... this has been going on for years. This is the only issue in my marriage, where if someone has a problem with me, and it becomes an even bigger problem.. it's my fault , I cause it and bring it on myself. I get punished if I say anything remotely offensive to them in defending myself. That's just an example, Anything I try to talk about in regards to how I feel gets twisted back and I'm wrong...I'm always wrong. I cannot do anything right. |

Posted: 06 Nov 2016 12:53 PM PST Okay so hey, I'm a Mormon girl, and well I looked up online what a Mormon sex life is like. So here's the thing. Yes I haven't been perfect, I have messed around a little with boy's (still have my virginity) and I've masturbated while watching porn. That is something I've overcome and I'm preparing for a temple marriage. But I'm scared. Because when I looked online it's always seems to be the men that say "oh my stupid wife when we got married she was so frigid and never wanted to have sex" or "we've been married for ages and she doesn't get down and dirty and we've been married 3 years and she thinks we should only have sex to make babies and on our anniversary" and they basically complain they haven't got enough sex because of their frigid spouse. So I'm worried... I'm not worried for the sex, trust me... I want sex so bad and want me and my husband to be jumping on each other at least 3 times a week.... So I know I'm not going to be frigid. But it's a 50/50 chance. What if I get a husband that ends up like one of those girls... Frigid and not wanting to experiment. I want a man who can make me feel a woman in bed frequently. But I'm just worried that he's going to be frigid. What........... Can me and my future husband speak about our expectancies in sex? Please help! |

Question: What does my dream mean? Posted: 06 Nov 2016 12:44 PM PST My wife and I are getting a divorce. I prayed to God and ask is my marriage worth fighting for or just let her go. My wife has been hanging out with female friends (possibly bi-sexual) lately. Last night, I had a dream about me and my wife. I slept next to her, but as I rubbed her leg, she pulled away from me and mumble something. |
Question: Having second thoughts about marrying single dad is this wrong of me? Posted: 06 Nov 2016 12:41 PM PST I love this man because he's not out at te club getting drunk chasing women. He's a single father. But sometimes I wish on Sunday we could be together instead of him taking his son fishing leaving me alone all day. I wish we could go on trips and he was more interested on me than interested in his kid all the time. I wish I wasn't involved with someone who had such close ties to their ex wife and I didn't have to see her, hear about her and have her in my life. I'm not immature, I understand and love that he is a great dad but sometimes I feel very lonely on this and whenever I bring it up he says he must be a crappy boyfriend. What should I do? |
Question: My husband will not make me lunch even though he agreed? Posted: 06 Nov 2016 12:32 PM PST |
Posted: 06 Nov 2016 12:27 PM PST We have known each other since we were kids. We ve kept in contact with each other over the years talking about our lives. He was there when my husband cheated. Which later lead to separation from my husband. My best friend told me to go back and work it out for the kids. I took his advice and its been Hell every since we ve been back together. I love my husband but I m not in love with him. My best friend has been there for me emotionally.I asked my husband to go see a marriage counselor. He refuse to go, He said that we don t need to talk to anyone. I have tried everything to make things work between us. My bestfriend is an amazing caring person. No matter howmy day went, he. find a way to make me smile. We have strong connection a strong bond. My friend tells me he loves me all the time. My husband looks at me as if hes angry that we are still together. I m in love with my bestfriend. I ve told my husband about my feelings and he just say I m going to let God handle that. I ve been rejected, ignored, mistreated for years. But I stayed with him, because I was in love with him but now I m not. My friend has my heart. I can t go a day without hearing his voice. How can I get over that feeling for my friend and move on? |
Question: Is 30 years old somewhat a bit too old for a man to get married and start a family? Posted: 06 Nov 2016 12:22 PM PST Concidering that my parents had me in their early 20's, I also see many people in their early 20's to halfway 20's (25) getting married and having kids. I am in my early 20's and if I ever get married and start a family it would have to be when i'm about 30, so I am financially stable, have more experience in life and more maturity. But sometimes I really wonder if 30 years old is a bit late to start when you can do it in your 20's and be younger when your kids are teens and young adults, but I don't really see more than that. Can you please give me your honest opinion? Thank you. |

Question: How often should married couples have sex ? Posted: 06 Nov 2016 09:59 AM PST Me and my husband have been married for 3 weeks. We've been together for 2 years. We're having our first child in June. We had sex about 3 months ago and on our wedding night. He is a sex addict but since he's met me he hasn't really done it much. Since we've been together we only done it twice. How often should we do it ? |
Posted: 06 Nov 2016 09:41 AM PST There was a question that was just asked if the wife can invite ex husband to their home and if this is an unreasonable request. One of the answer says: "its immature and insecured," which I don't understand. So if the genders were reversed, would it be unreasonable to invite ex wife to their home if the father had custody of kids. I mean, is this reasonable? In what ways does it make a man "insecured and immature?" |
Question: Wife left me with our 2 kids for a job. Am I wrong for moving on? Posted: 06 Nov 2016 09:18 AM PST We had a rough marriage (legal issues). This later 3 years. Because of the issues I wasn't able to gain employment. Tension became tense in our marriage. In early 2015 she was hired for a government job. She accepted and left me and our kids in Georgia while she went to D.C. For training. When she left she cut all communications with me. The only way I could talk to her was if I called from an unknown phone and trick her, In which she tell me "it's over, move on". Now after depression and anxiety and failed attempts at trying I'm ready to move on. I met a wonderful woman who is divorced and she has been helping me with the kids and seems like an awesome woman. I just need advice on if I should wait longer or is this nearly 2 year separation long enough to divorce without guilt? I'm 28 wife is 27 married 7 years (kids plate 3 &4.) |
Posted: 06 Nov 2016 08:42 AM PST Why do they assume that the woman is always the late one? |
Posted: 06 Nov 2016 07:41 AM PST I know this may sound like a dumb question, but I've been giving this a lot of thought recently. I think that getting the person you want COULD mean that you may be ignoring red flags and/or manipulating the other person instead of making a commitment based solely on love and compatibility. In the second case, I believe that you are actually making a conscious choice to LOVE that person instead of just succeeding at some kind of conquest. What are your thoughts? Thanks for sharing! |
Question: What is the big secret to getting married and staying married? Posted: 06 Nov 2016 07:06 AM PST I met the man I loved more than anything when I was 18. We got married when I was 25. Had 2 kids. Several ups and downs. With him traveling so much and me raising 2 kids he left me. He told me he never loved me which was more than hurtful considering he proposed to ME. He said his other reason is that I gained some weight. I was a size 12 when he left. I was a size 8 when we met. Also I'm not the best housekeeper. So now I've been single for 6 years. I've met lots of women who are happily married. They have cluttered houses and gained weight, messy hair. But their husbands clearly love them. I continually blame myself. My mom says it's my messy house. I said if a man is weighing his love on a clean house and good body that's pretty shallow. She said true but that's life. So what is the secret? Why can't I seem to find a good man to share my heart with ? |
Question: Need advice - Wife wants to move her family dog to our house, but I don't want a dog.? Posted: 06 Nov 2016 06:52 AM PST My wife has a large, 8 year old, chow mix that currently resides at her parent's house. For the most part, he stays tied up in their backyard because their fence needs repairs. Now that we rent a house and not an apartment, my wife wants to move the dog to out backyard where he can run free. I love the dog, but I can't handle another animal. I also know that he is not well trained. We already have 4 cats, which is 3 more than I agreed to. There are very well taken care of and healthy, but they're not cheap and I feel like I'm cleaning up after them all the time. She says she will solely take care of the dog, but I know I will end up helping to care for him. We both work 40+ hours a week and our schedules are crazy... I don't think we can give the dog the attention he needs. She says "Well I'm sure he will get more attention with us." I have already told her no several times and it stresses our relationship ever time it's brought up. Am I being unreasonable about this? |

Question: What happens if one spouse refuses to sign divorce papers? Posted: 06 Nov 2016 04:56 AM PST What are the legalities? Does the court then decide? How long can it go on if the spouse absolutely refuses and cannot come to agreement? Also, can the spouse still get alimony even if their kid is grown and in college? Question: Ever since my wife got pregnant, we fight like crazy? Posted: 06 Nov 2016 04:51 AM PST My wife is 26. She's my best friend normally. She has been acting insane. Other men told me when I said we were going to start trying to have a baby, haha wait until the hormones kick in. So I knew about that going in but it's beyond what I imagine. Sometimes I just wish she'd go away for a few days. And on the other hand, I get scared that she's going to leave me. The thing we used to fight about the most was her not doing her share around the house. I knew she was sick and tired but she still goes to the gym so I felt like she was just being lazy. But it's also over stupid stuff like when I came home, she was laying down and I went to give her a kiss, and she was like, "Leave me alone, you're so annoying, I'm trying to take a nap." Then I said excuse me for touching you, you weren't even asleep. Like she's the instigator but I can't help but argue back because it pisses me off. She yells at me almost daily, curses at me, threw her wedding ring at me during a fight, walked out on me for a few hours and punished me like 5 times by sleeping in a different room. Despite that, she's a gorgeous woman who I'm lucky enough wants to be with me at all and spend time with me. I was married before and my ex-wife hardly ever wanted to spend time together. She even cheated on me. So it's all my wife has to do now is come to me in her pjs and ask me to watch a movie or put on a dress and ask me to go out tonight and apologize for me to forget being mad at her. I know she won't throw the ring at me again. She felt really bad about that. We both cried, I'll admit. But I wish she would stop the walking out thing and sleeping without me because it makes me feel insecure and feel like sh*t. Because sometimes I feel like well, what if one time she doesn't come back? Or it makes me feel like she really doesn't want to be with me. |

Question: Should We Go To Spain On Holiday? Posted: 06 Nov 2016 03:19 AM PST I am a 27 year old woman and i have a friend who is getting married but she is getting married in Spain. Now obviously it will cost to get there, my wife and i think it may be a good idea to turn it into s holiday. The wedding is next year and it is around the time that my wife and i have our abroad holiday each year, because we usually have two holidays a year, the first is a holiday that isnt abroad then the second is a holiday that is abroad, last year we spend 2 weeks in London and then later in the year we spend 3 weeks in New York. So the wedding in Spain, we are thinking of going to the wedding then to spend a few weeks in Spain afterwards. My wife and i made a list recently of all the places we would like to visit and Spain was one of them. |

Posted: 06 Nov 2016 12:36 AM PDT I ve lost 60lbs in the past couple years taking me from my highest weight of 275 lbs to 215 lbs,I m 5 10" and now a 17 in juniors compared to sz 26 in womens plus i was. We have been together 7 yrs now and he made me feel more sexy and attractive when I was larger then now. I ve found naked pics and lingerie pics of bigger women on his Instagram so I m worried he s only attracted to larger women but I feel healthier, more comfortable and sexy at my size now. |
