We recently moved schools and my sister made friends who live on our street and another friend who lives about 5 minutes away. Whenever my sister goes to call for her friends, I have to go with her otherwise I sit at home and worry myself to death! And I have to walk her to her friends house 5 minuites away otherwise i worry she will go missing or disappear. Like I said I'm 12 and have friends to and they ask me if I want to go out and meet them but I have to say no otherwise I won't have fun with them as I wil be constantly worrying. What makes matters worse for me is that she is a proper tomboy and loves playing outside in the mud and playing football and all things like that. At night I go to sleep feeling sick with worry that she is going to go out and go missing and I'm honestly getting fed up with it! When she goes to her friends house 5 minuites away she normally says go back and pick me up when mom wants, however I don't as I'm worried I'll go to get her and she won't be there! In 2 weeks time, I'm going out for the whole day with my mom to Thorpe park, literally from 6am to 8pm, that day is a day off at my school but not at my sisters school. She normally plays out when she gets back for school( roughly 3:45ish ) and goes to her friends 5 minuites away. I know she will most likely go to her friends that day and I won't be there, I'm just soooo worried, I even check the weather, please help me stop worrying xxx |

Whenever I hug some of my friends like either for a reason or like just randomly, they seem to get so surprised about it. Like once, I tried to hug my friend who I've never hugged before, and she like even thought I was just trying to get past her or something when I was obviously trying to give her a hug. And then she was really surprised and excited about it? Another time, I randomly hugged my other friend because I just suddenly noticed how awesome of a person she was, and she was like "...wait why are you hugging me?" And I was like "because I feel like it..?" and it was probably one of the awkwardest things I've ever experienced. But then she hugged me back and was happy. I'm so sorry this was kind of long, but why might they be so surprised when I try to hug them? Do they think I don't like hugs or something? Since then, she has been all about her husband and completely ignoring me. She doesn't talk to me, she doesn't want to hang out with me, and the only times I am acknowledged is when it comes to watching her kids (also my goddaughters). All she does is sit in her room waiting for her husband to get home.The past 3 months have been filled with anger, sorrow and anxiety for me as this affects my entire living situation and my friendship. Mostly it hurts being ignored by my best friend like this for some ungrateful, insensitive, sarcastic asshole that doesn't even want her anymore and every time I try to communicate with her to explain what I'm going through and try to improve things between us, she just goes back to ignoring me the next day like our conversations never happened and she tries to make it my fault like I haven't made any effort and she's the one who turned her back on me. Her husband is the one that wants to leave and I'm the one losing her. It's not fair. Every time I try to be optimistic and patient I come home from work or I wake up and I feel like crap. I'm tired of being anxious and sad and angry all the time. Is there anything I can do? 😦 |

I only really started becoming good friends with him a month ago, and I have never met his family. I never had a chance to really get to know him as we only became good friends fairly recently, as I said before, and never got the chance to get to know more about him. We were mainly friends in school, and although we only had two classes together, we always hung out together in those classes and during lunch, just having fun, we never really talked about ourselves just had fun and joked around. I honestly didn't know that he was going to commit suicide and didn't see any signs really that it was even something that might happen. Anyways, I don't know if I should go to the viewing or the funeral or both. I never knew his family, and I don't know how much they might have known about me. Would it be more appropriate to go to both or one or the other, or just send a letter and go to neither? |

I did not message anyone on the account or send anything. I saw that I knew one of the guys they cat fished and told him immediately. The thing is, I kinda found it funny and immaturely showed it to a few people. Someone told he school and I had a long talk with the principal and school admin and officer. they said that disturbution of child pornography is illegal. My mom knows about t and she is not mad at me at all. I have all a s and b s and have never gotten in any trouble. no detenion refferals or isr. nothing. when I was talking to them I felt so horrible about the hwhole issue I was crying and sobbing and shaking. I know that it was the wrong thing to do. I reached out to the boy getting cat fished but I ended up showing people his pictures. I am terrible. Idk what to do. I can count the number of friends I have on one hand. I honestly would have less friends if it wasn't for the fact that a teacher sort of forced one of them to start a conversation with me (this was during 8th grade and I had just moved to a new school; I'd had a few other friends in the school before but lost contact after switching). I'm going into my second year of college and haven't met anyone new. Idk, I'm just super awkward around strangers and literally have 0 to talk about. I'm usually pretty okay with it, I don't think much about it, you know cause I hang out with the ones I do have often enough and it's nice. Then there are those randoms days when I think about it and just sort of break down. That was today. Was getting to know people & make some acquaintances at least. Now I live in a smaller town where I do not know anyone and am 45 min away from my boyfriend so I cannot see him as much as I used to. Only people I meet are coworkers & tenants. Coworkers are all jerks and my tenants are all either jerks, standoffish or plain crazy. The only things in my life are my boyfriend, my dogs & my job. A bit bored & lonely but not real outgoing either. I don't smoke or drink so not into going to bars. Don't like big crowds so not really into big events. I met some people through dog training but don't have money to do that anymore. Thought about going to dog park but hard to get motivated to go enough to really meet anyone. Not sure if that would be to creepy either. I think a lot of people just want to exercise their dog not talk to some strange woman they do not know. Or that could just be me being a bit shy - not sure. Oh- have a lot of health problems too so any suggestions like joining a gym not going to happen. Lol. Can barely get my dog enough exercise to not annoy me most days. Any ideas? |

When I got to her house, her husband met me a the door and would not let his wife come in the house. He said "She is not coming in this house until she sobers up". OH CRAP. What am I going to do? I can't leave her there drunk on her door step. I called the party host and ask her what I should do. She said to take her to your home and take her to her house in the morning when she was sober. I was not comfortable having a married woman sleep at my house over night. I was afraid of what her husband might do. He also seemed to me to be drunk but I didn't know what else to do so I took her home. The next morning she wanted to know how she ended up at my house and I told her. She was outraged. She said "I am not going back and live with that S.O.B. of a husband". Can I stay with you until I can find a place to stay. I told her no but I would help her find a place to stay. Their house needed some repairs and Sam asked me if I could replace the cooktop, repair some of the plumbing leaks, and install new light fixtures. I did this one day when they were both at work. Sam paid me in cash and asked me not to say anything about it to Lisa as he wanted to surprise her. About a week later I was at a social meeting and Lisa was there. She was telling people how handy around the house her new husband was. She said he had taken a day off from work and replaced the cooktop, repaired some of the plumbing leaks, and installed new light fixtures. My first reaction was to say "Sam didn't do that, I did". But I had second thoughts and didn't say anything. If she wants people to think Sam is handy around the house, I don't think I should be the one to tell her that he isn't. I have seen people who are miserable get secretly upset when people are doing better than them. I am talking about people who can't maintain friendships or relationship, can't hold a stable job, etc. When miserable people see others are happy and you try to avoid them, they will try and create unnecessary drama so people will give them attention. I started crying during the practice test first because i was behind on everyone else, but calmed down. But every time someone would encourage me and say I'm doing great I would cry again (nice girls in my class). I eventually left the class crying because my teacher said I was doing great. Today, my teacher told me that for the test I won't be able to run out of the class like I did and I cried. 2 different people tried to help me but I kept crying. The only time they want to hang out is going to a hookah bar/club. I don't mind doing this on occasion but I would rather go to the lake and play Frisbee or go hiking. The last day of school is tomorrow and all I want to do is cry about it. I'm going to miss my friends, all of my teachers and just everyone I've met. I've learned so much and I'm really dreading high school because I know that my 8th grade group of friends won't be the same..and since I'm moving houses I won't live close to any of my friends anymore. We plan things for each other all the time, and it's day after day. But what they don't know is that I'm introverted because I'm too embarrassed to bring it up, many people have already called me antisocial for it, which isn't true. My point is, I love spending time with them but I just can't do it day after day. I have so much fun with them, but I only need at least a few days of the week to myself alone. I don't want to offend them and I also don't want to be misunderstood. I want to know how I can push it to them by saying that I can't mentally afford spending time with them 7 days a week after school and on the weekends even if I love doing it. |

He and I live in different states (but we are not in a long distance relationship). I wanted to see him again while I was in his state three weeks ago. I sent him a text letting him know I was in town and he asked me for the address. I told him I would contact him once I got to the hotel. My kid brother and I went to the park and I saw the guy there. I didn't go there looking for him we just so happened to be there at the same time. We walked passed each other but didn't speak but we did look at each other. When I got to the hotel I texted him asking him to come see me. He then told me he had left time temporarily but that he would be back the next day. I told him that I knew he had saw me at the park and that he was lying. He said he did see me at the park but that he had left town and would be back the next day. (He does work a lot travelling from time to time.) He told me before I came to see him that he might not be able to meet me. That he's having some financial issues. When he told me he had left town I went off on him and said some bad things to him. That's when he started calling and texting me telling me to answer the phone. I didn't answer and just ignored his calls completely. The next night I got drunk and continued to go off on him and again he told me to call him but I didn't. He was wrong for lying and I was wrong for going off on him. I just wish I would have got to see him while I was there. |

So anyways last summer (July 2015) we hung out a couple of times after I got back from camp. Then I ditched her and lied to her to hang out with my new friends from camp. Then she found out that she lied when she went to my house to give me a get well card (I faked being sick) and she confronted me for lying to her and my new best friends insulted her and was mean to her and I insulted her too and she was shocked that I told her a harsh cruel comment and she got mad at me and said, "Thanks for being a lousy friend!" tore up the card and stormed off. Then three days later I called her on the video chat and surprising she answered. She was very upset and I explained to her that I didn't wanna lose my new friends so I had to keep my image. She told me she was going to give me a charm braclet for being a great best friend. I apologized to her and I was really sorry. Then she said, "You don't have the brightest idea what you've done." She sounded pissed and then she said, "I actually thought we would be best friends forever. I hate you and I never wanna talk or see you again!" Then she hung up the phone on me. I tried calling her back but she didn't answer. My mom said it's my own fault for lying and ditching my ex bestie and I lost her for being selfish, backstabbing friend. We've been best friends since we were four. I want my friend back. |

A family member of his punched me multiple times and threw me off the stairs, because I accidentally walked into his room. The day after I woke up in my own room (forgot everything, so all the above info is what my 'friend' told me). I immediately went over to them and asked what happened. Instead, my 'friend' got mad at me for breaking some stuff in their house (which I even paid back). And even to this day that person likes to announce this happened on Facebook, but acts all friendly in public. How can I ever calm myself down? |

Why are you scared of it?" Kaylee started texting me saying "That she was holding a grudge over nothing and that she was sorry for being hateful with me." But Maria just kept attacking me.
