She used to have friends that were the same. But I am a HUGE PLANNNNEEEEERRRRRRR. LIKE OHMAGOSH. I always plan stuff. But we were supposed to hangout, and we talked about it the day of, which is kinda surprising for me cuz i don't really roll with that. but anyways both our parents says yes. but she backed out. she's backed out of so many hangouts because of last minute surprises with her family; like sibling lessons, parent meetings, etc. i know it could just be about her family and how they are. but we are starting to hangout less and less because of her, and this has happened like 5 times in a month. |

My dad missed my first birthday because he was in prison. He has a severe drug abuse problem and I haven't seen him in about 4 years. I don't really get along with my family that much, and have just a few very close friends. But anyways, for the past few months, I have been getting worse and worse. I've been feeling more sad and depressed every day. Lately I've been considering suicide. I ditch school out of pure lack of motivation to do anything productive with my life. My grades are terrible, and I don't get along with any of my teachers. Because I'm ditching school, my mom is taking away the things I enjoy (friends, video games, and she's about to take away my marching band privileges as well). I tried talking to my mom about what I've been feeling and she called it all a "load of bullshit". She yelled and cussed at me and called me selfish for needing help. She said that I can get my things back when I start acting like her son again. I have a good group of friends who know all about this and they are a good support group, but can't do much to help me either, as they're just kids too. I don't like talking to counsilors. They make me nervous and never can really relate to my problems. The only thing keeping me alive right now is the things I do enjoy, such as marching band and my friends. I need advice. Thank you. |

My best friends birthday party is on Saturday (5 days from now) and I'm supposed to wear a bathing suit. However, the marks (less of cuts and more of scratches) are all on the top of my thighs. I can't get a new bathing suit, and my only one is a traditional one piece. How can I make them go away or fade by Saturday? Thanks in advance! |

She is very compassionate and lovably weird, she is quite imaginative, but unfortunately, people hate her for this. Ever since we started dating, people have began shunning me and we become more outcasted. Alexandra is bullied by some other girl named Melanie. She is constantly ridiculed and verbally harassed by Melanie. They are both on the cheerleading team, however, and Melanie teases Alexandra for cheering for both teams. As of yesterday, Melanie insulted Alexandra in front of everybody. I sent Melanie an anonymous letter explaining to her that she is banned from the cheerleading team and she would be very unlucky should she try to participate, and her actions will no longer be tolerated. I sent a note to the cheerleading team's coach and her male assistant, commanding that they ban Melanie off of the team without a reason. I also provided them a list of instructions on how I want them to run the cheerleading team and if they refused to take my message seriously, there would be a lot of dissatisfaction and frustration. |

I currently have a folder on my computer with a little under 2000 images in it. Each Image is called frame0001.jpg and keeps increasing by 1 until you get to frame2000.jpg. What I want to do is create an application that will delete the first 3 images out of every 4 (meaning that frame0001, frame 0002, frame0003, frame005, frame0006, frame0007 will be deleted but frame0004 and frame0008 will not be deleted, etc. I thought I knew what I was doing but for some reason it's not working. Can you help me? It turns out I spoke too soon. I did have the code correct on this; it is just that Windows Explorer still shows the icon for the image in the folder but when I click on it it says this picture has been deleted. |

Most of the time it's cool when it's just us but whenever anybody else hangs with us It usually ends with me saving him from getting his *** kicked. He usually ends up saying something really offensive to someone and then the mood changes. For example he said something like " no offence but your sister is a slutty pig" to this dude we know and he ended up getting his *** kicked but acted like he did nothing wrong. He kept saying " he just can't take a joke" or "I tell it how it is and he just can't take the truth. This kind of stuff happens all the time. I actually sat him down and explained to him he can't be saying stuff like that. But it just went through one ear and out the other and he kept saying " but it's the truth". I feel like a jerk but I really think the next time this happens I'm not even going to attempt to stick up for him. I honestly try to avoid him at all costs because he always does this dumb **** but I feel bad because his aspergers. I honestly think he really can't help it because after getting beat up multiple times you would think he would learn. Any advice? Even back in high school he did this kind of ****. For part 1- no one really listened to me. For part 2- I made a mistake in my section. I thought people saw the comments made by other group members and deleted it. A group email was sent and I felt really embarrassed and humiliated. I wish they didn't make it a big deal as we were able to 'undo' and we were able to see the comments that I deleted. We have 3 more sections more to go. My self confidence is super low right now. Also every time I write a paper, my boyfriend criticizes my English. Now, I am doubting my own English reading and writing skills. Even in class, when i have to speak-I get nervous and feel like people are judging my English-I am not able to speak properly and express myself. I also don't have any friends I just feel so lonely.My boyfriend is my best friend, but I feel like he judges me all the time. I don't know what to do and I am crying inside. Time passed, and supposely we fixed everything and in my house he told me he was in love with me. The next day at school he treated me like sh*t, he didnt wanted to be with me in lunch, he said that he didnt like to be in the cafeteria , and things werent going so well, so i broke up wt him for good. Time passed again, and he blocked me for a week ssince we would argue I did this book " expressing my feelings towards him" and i gave it to him in school. I found out he was chasing another girl :(. The funny thing is that she is uglier than me but oh well. A week passed, then he came back, he said he missed me, then he came up to me . He said he " thought" he was moving on since he would say that. We started talking about girls who send nudes and that there was one in our class who sent. One of the guys was joking to me and he says that he'll never ask me. We all started laughing. Then i was talking to one of my guyfriends and my bestfriend said,"it's no like u have anything." I heard the guys laugh and i was shocked because i didnt expect her to say that and infront of guys you're not supposed to say that. There are limits. When something embarrassing like that happens, idk what to say so i blurt anything out and i said,"it's not like u have." We all laughed. She is very skinny even skinnier than me and she knows i have insecurities. When we got out, i said," why would u say that this reall hurt my feelings and u know it does." Then she that she meant to whisper it to me but i know she was lying. This happened 2 days ago and we havent spoken since. Idk why. So u dont speak to me because im upset from something that u did? That's ****** up! My self esteem is not destroyed from what she said tbh but from the way she reacted afterwards. I knew because when i defended myself, i shouldnt have said what i said because it's a tie so i was definitely going to talk to her. She's the type of girl who has the "i dont care" attitude. | Posted: 15 Mar 2016 12:22 PM PDT I usually go to my English lessons (my native language isn't English so children in my country,including me,are going to English lessons after school) at 4:30pm. My mom couldn't take me at those lessons,for a few weeks and i had to go with the bus there so i had to go to the class before the class i usually take.(which is at 3:30pm) I loved it there because:a)the time goes by fast b)the kids there are very friendly c)i actually don't get bored AT ALL d)and...my crush is in the earlier class too So i want to change my classes and go earlier But the problem is that in my usual classes (4:30) there it's just me and my friend who are girls and the other kids are boys.I don't want to leave her alone and i don't want to be a bad friend. My mom agreed and she lets me go to the earlier classes because it's easier for her.She won't have to take me there since i'm going with the bus.She won't be that tired,you know... So i have this dilemma...should i change my classes and go to the earlier ones,or stay in the same classes and don't leave that girl alone? By the way,these classes are an hour long and one time a week,if that helps. |

I sent him a text letting him know I was in town and he asked me for the address. I told him I would contact him once I got to the hotel. When I got to the hotel I asked him to come see me. He told me he was out of town but that he would be back the next day. (Sometimes he has to travel for his job) Yet earlier that day he and I saw each other at the park. I believe he had to work which is why he lied. Seeing him at the park wasn't planned it just so happened he and I were there at the same time. We didn't speak to each other but after he got far away he stopped and turned around looking at me. I was upset because he said he was out of town I went off on him and he started calling me nonstop. The next day I texted him saying that I was intoxicated and that I was going to die. (I felt like it because I was so drunk) I told him I had been looking for him. He started calling me again and texted me telling me to call him but I didn't and ignored him. The next day I called him all day and he didn't answer so we never met. I think he would have came to see me if I hadn't of acted the way that I did. I want to go back and see him this summer. Either in June, July or August. A week before I came to see him he and I were talking on the phone a lot. |

When I looked again I found out it was stolen. I told my friend and roommate this and she laughed and me and told me how happy she was that it was me so I could learn a lesson about giving people my key. Let me make this clear I had given our close personal friend my room key because I went home for the weekend and she keeps her things in our dorm room. All the while I was frantically searching for my luggage my 'friend' and roommate laughed and had fun at my expense while telling me how glad she was this happened. So tell me should I forgive her? |

I need advise on how to handle the situation. About 1 year ago, she had drinks with friends of hers (i wasnt there). They all drank a lot, especially one guy, who she was hooking up with at the time (just FWBs). When she confiscated his car keys, he got really angry and kinda strangled her. She called me that night in tears and i was ready to drive over and come pick her up ! i felt so sad ... she said no and went home. Anyway, 1 year later, she got over it (i thought she had). We had drinks all 3 of us last tuesday. They kissed at the bar again. I was supposed to sleep at her place so we all went home together. All night, he was hitting on me and i kept on saying no, you're with my friend !!! That same night my boyfriend broke up with me. Needless to say i was in a bad state and drank A LOT. When we were at my friend's place, I continued on drinking and really lost control. When my best friend was in the kitchen, the guy made a move and I didnt push him away. We were kissing and he had already buttoned down my shirt when my best friend came in ! She kicked him out. Then she looked at me straight in the eyes and yelled that she didnt want to see me again. I said i was sorry. The next day i called and sent a text saying i was sorry again. She answered back that she wasnt interested in sorrys My question is : do you think there is hope that our friendship can survive this?? |

I don't mean 10 to 15 minutes early, I mean 1 to 2 hours early. We both were invited to a baby shower and she wants to go together. She is already planning to be there at least an hour before it starts. I told her I will go on my own and she got very upset. She says we are obligated to arrive early and help set up. We were not asked to help and it said on the invitation please arrive close to the start time. When I called to RSVP, I asked if they needed help and they said no, everything was being taken care of by the restaurant and the girl's family. I feel it would be wrong for up just to show up and offer to help. |

My friend said; "Sure what's up?" Keep in mind that I am not present and did not show up until minutes later. He then tells my friend; "I need you to take this knife and cut your finger open, and put a drop of your blood on one of the pages in my book." My friend is drunk so he does it, him and some other dude gather around in a circle and sit on the ground and start chanting as he holds the knife in the air, at some point my friend says; " **** this in out" and he starts to walk away, but the guy holding the knife says; " if you walk away now something very bad will happen to you. He continues the ritual and then he says okay we're done. He asked one his friends later on who is a satanist he he could explain what happened and he replied; "He was probably gathering souls." Please help us find out what this specific ritual was and its purpose. My friend had a dream that the guy who asked him to cut himself was burning the book. He has since been baptized. |

Posted: 15 Mar 2016 11:33 AM PDT So I've been invited to a friend's 18th birthday party.We've been best friends since kindergarden but in the last couple of years we started drifting apart(don't know why) like we barely see each other 4 or 5 times a year even if we live in the same city.Today he invited me to his birthday party. Now I can't decide to go or not because I've seen the guest list and I don't know anyone, besides that they're all fancy people and I really don't want to go just to sit awkwardly in a corner while everyone is chatting. Posted: 15 Mar 2016 11:03 AM PDT So I went to the bathroom and took 45 minutes up there because when my brother practices piano, he throws a hissy fit if anyone is around, so I waited until he was done. So, I came down and she punished me for being up there for 45 minutes by saying, I can now do nothing but study and schoolwork all day, I cannot use the bathroom for longer than 5 minutes (yes, even if I have diarrhea), she is removing my bathrrom door, and took two year's off of my driver's liscense so I now have to wait until I am 17 to get a permit. She then yelled at me how I'm stupid because I don't have a 100 in every class and that I don't get a 100 on every single assignment and test and how I'm a big failure. |
| Question: What to do when you're stuck in a friendship that you despite? Posted: 15 Mar 2016 10:52 AM PDT Me and my friend have nothing in common, and it took me a year to figure that out. Sometimes I feel like she's my opposite. It also doesn't help that I kind of live in her shadow. Being with her makes me feel miserable. But I cannot leave this toxic friendship. I have become dependent of her. I lost my strong, independent personality. I feel like I can't do anything without her. We're both in same high school, same class, live next to each other, go to school together, go home together, hang out together, etc. You get the point, basically we do everything together. But I've become so used to having her around so bad that it's affecting me. I seriously, truly cannot go to school without her. If she skips, I'll skip. Because I'm used to going with her. I can't end the friendship because I have no one else. I am stuck. I can't do anything without her, literally. And I have no one else. This problem is consuming me, and this friendship is consuming me. My mom said the best decision would be for me to move to another school next year, and everything will gradually solve. What do you think I should do best? I need your opinion, any help is appreciated. I am officially depressed. |
