At 3, my parents got divorced, and shortly after, my dad got remarried (stepmom had two kids). My mom had custody of me, but I saw my dad every week. When I was 9, my parents got into a huge fight over child support, and my mom told me to call my dad and "tell him how I felt." I got upset and told him that I never wanted to talk to him again (I didn't mean it). That resulted in him not seeing/speaking to me for 6 years. During that time, my dad and his new family moved to Florida to "get away from everything" (AKA me). When I was 15, he contacted me again, and I was really shaken by it. He apologized and said that he didn't mean to do that, etc... He's visited me in Michigan about once or twice a year since that. I'm 18 now, and to be honest, I never really completely forgave him for leaving and not being there. My mom and grandparents raised me, and my mom got remarried about two years ago. My stepdad has been there for me more than my own father has. I think my dad cares more about and loves his new family more than he ever loved his own daughter. He has supported and raised his two stepchildren, and I feel ...jealous and angry that they had my dad and I never did. And when I need him, he's never there/tells me to deal with it on my own. Should I just let him be with his new family and cut myself out of his life so he can be happy with them? I don't think that I can handle speaking to him. All the damage he's caused still hurts me to this day.

My daughter just turned 17 last month and told me she was old enough to move out so she wanted to move to her sisters house (her fathers daughter). My son just turned 13. And I am 26. I am having a hard time deciding on what is appropriate to wear. Up into this point I would have no problem wearing crop tops, and half shirts that showed off my midsection. My stomach is flat and toned and I have a navel piercing. To be short I've gained this lump sum of money after my mom had passed. For some of you, this may be clear to how I've obtained it. But now some of you misconstrued me complaining about missing out and me defaming myself with harmful lies as a person who assaulted both parents and siblings, being registered as a sex offender and being in trouble with the police as the real thing when it wasn't all true. Despite there being more girls in the house it's my dad and brother who receive most of the love and attention from my step mum. Don't get me wrong, I love my family. But I don't really have a close relationship with anyone, other than my parents. I have nothing to talk with them about, they kinda sometimes seems like strangers. And I get really bored easily. All we do is, sitting with a table and talk nothing else. I left my family to live with my girlfriend and we lived together for 4 years and were together for 7 years but that all changed last year. Ok so I was going through some old stuff and I found a baby picture and it was clearly a girls due to the gown she was dressed in and it didn t look like my baby picture . How should I confront my dad about this? BTW I m a sophomore in high school

My dad passed away 8 years ago and 4 years ago my mom met this guy through one of her friends. He moved in to our apartment that same year. A few months ago my mom made chicken for dinner and her boyfriend decided to throw a bone at one of our puppies. My mom told him that she didn't want the dog eating any sharp bones that could cause her to end up in the hospital. He got extremely mad and started yelling and saying how my mom cares more about the dog than him then he began going after the dog and I think he had the intention of killing her. The dog ran under the couch and he picked up the couch and dropped it on her. In that process, the couch fell on his foot and since he has diabetes, he can't have any serious foot injuries. He got furious and began throwing things across the room(mirrors, furniture) and threatened to leave my mom. We haven't had a serious problem like that since but I hate him with all my being. He hates our dogs and yells at them and calls them c*nts, he's a "recovered" alcoholic but we still find glasses of wine in the sink, he's extremely perverted and one time offered my mom to watch porn with him infront of me. I can't stand him anymore and the negativity he brings into the house. My mom says she wants to leave him but has done absolutely nothing about it. I just turned 18 and want to move out but I can't provide for myself and also don't want to leave her and the dogs alone with him. I hate him so much, I've had thoughts of poisoning him.

So let's just say you buy online a lot. Two weeks ago you bought a gold chain from an online seller. You received it no problems however you just bought a new 2nd chain from him only this one cost $10,000. He said he will ship it tomorrow. Tomorrow came and he said he shipped it and you should receive it in 3 days. He then sent you an email that was supposed to include the tracking number but for some reason the tracking number doesn't download (you can't even see the numbers) and comes up as error when trying to download/look at the numbers. You then sent him a message explaining the tracking number doesn't download at all and it's been one day that he hasn't contacted you back. Would you start panicking (thinking he ran) or wait be patient 3 days to see if you get in the mail?????

Person #1's parents divorced and lives with one parent while the other parent then had another family and had another child, person #2. Then, that person who is the biological parent of persons 1&2 then adopts person #3 into his family with person #2. To simplify, #1 and #2 are half siblings and #3 is the adopted sibling of #2. If persons #1&3 got together, would this be incest?

At school, I'm happy. That's all I can really describe it as. I have friends and a boyfriend, and when I get home I Skype with my best friend until my mom gets home. But when she gets home, everything goes to absolute ****. She screams at me for stupid things, such as the freezer door is open (it's loose and opens on it's own) and makes me feel like a sack of **** over a day that was once happy. I cry, alot, usually at night or in the shower when no one can hear. My mother constantly rubs it in my face that I was supposed to be aborted, bullies me, and makes me feel like everything going wrong in her life is my fault. And supposedly, everything in my life doesn't matter. If I'm doing homework, she talks really loud on the phone. If I ask her to quiet down, she screams at me and bullies me to a degree that I just can't do anything. My grades are now slipping because of her and I can not do anything in life. She constantly points out mistakes I have made in front of her boyfriend, and they laugh about how stupid I am together. She'll even go as far as refusing to feed me because I should "make it myself," though I have never been taught how to cook. I'm not allowed food unless I go to the store with her (and I always feel to horrible to do that.) She'll even grab my *** at random times, or spank me, and when I tell her to stop she physically attacks me, leaving scratch marks and bruises on my arms and legs. These scratch marks get infected and are really embarrassing. Help?

My dad said he should start a new life since he's the one who still lives with them, causes trouble for parents and siblings by assaulting one or more of our belongings and simply doesn't work. My dad says he should get a job, move out and start a new life. I just hope my dad wasn't referring to my bother to being metro, because that was my idea that I had before him. My eldest brother didn't even have a matching personality for it since he preferred to be macho. . He assaults parents and siblings, takes our belongings, is unemployed and acts like a prick if things don't go his way or gets whatever he wants. He has never worked at all.

I accidentally elbowed my step sister in the mouth and she started bleeding everywhere. I helped her clean it up and everything ! She just kept crying , she's 16 like grow up. (I'm 17 yr old guy btw) so my step mom got home , she went running over to her "precious daughter" and my step sister snitched on me and told her I did it on purpose & I didn't help. I said she lying , and my step mom slapped me , so i told her to **** off. & went to my room. My step mom is much younger than my real mom so I don't let her try to boss me around. She's only 33, so then she came charging in about 15 mins later , she had my dads belt in her hand. She told me to come here, I said put down the belt & I will. She came up to me & started smacking my face with the belt , and told me to never disobey her again. She beat me till I cried & started screaming sorry. She called my sister into the room, and told me to apologize to her "I said I'm so sorry Lucie" , my dad came home later & he came in my room and asked what happen. i explained everything ! He told me I need to be more careful ! That's all, my face has red marks , belt marks all across my face. I was abused like **** & he didn't say anything about it. I can't go to school tomorrow like this!!
