MY BEST FRIEND and her family left on vacation for 5-6 weeks and they asked me to 'house-sit' and to take care of their bunny. So I brought the bunny home with me so it wouldn't be in the cage all day. But today in the morning my family and I all went over to my oldest brother's house and so I left the bunny in the cage just for today so it doesn't pee and poop all over our house or get risk getting hurt since no one will be home, and I am just now barely returning like 12 hours later, and I go into my room to see that the freaking bunny passed away. Its leg got stuck in between the cage railings (It has never happened before!!!). and who knows how long after I left it got stuck but since it was stuck, it wasn't able to move and since it couldn't move it wasn't able to nourish its body with water and food. AND NOW I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO TELL HER OR HOW TO TELL HER, I AM SO SCARED SHE'S GOING TO BLAME ME AND BECOME ANGRY WITH ME. HELP. |

Posted: 19 Jun 2015 04:31 PM PDT I have a very fake friend and I finally confronted her about it and told her where she went wrong (which of course she stood her ground and wouldn't admit it) but I told her how I felt about her. I don't think she has learned anything from this experience and in my opinion she doesn't care less, as a result I regretted confronting her because she lacks in principles and values, I don't think I have gained anything by doing so, she will never understand my views about friendship and honesty and now I feel down because she didn't understand anything about what I said and it's like I wasted my time and energy in someone that isn't worth keeping as a friend. Do you think I should have been more assertive and go with the flow? The think is that I cannot do "fake" and pretend to be someone I am not it makes me feel uncomfortable, but maybe it would have saved me from a situation that made me feel upset. What do you think? |

Posted: 19 Jun 2015 04:11 PM PDT Hey, I would start with that I am a very peaceful guy, I mean no harm for anybody, I don t like to hurt anyone and I forgive if offended. The problem started about a week ago when I was on a bus and some guy started picking on a younger kid. In the beginning I thought they were kidding but then I noticed that the younger kid is being bullied. And just when I was going to ask the bigger guy to stop, I thought that from the way he looks he might start a fight so I backed off because I was afraid that I might hurt him. That left me with guilt for leaving the younger kid being picked on but I couldn t hurt the bigger one even if I wanted. Note: I can Judo, I play American football and I am well built so there s no physical disability. |

So, I keep getting annoyed with this guy. He talks about the porn he's been watching which is gross. I mean, I don't really mind it when my friends make porn jokes or for example one of my friends and I use the word pizza hut as a code name for pornhub but we don't talk so grossly about it, I remember he even showed be his history at the graduation party for my school and "Pizza hut" was on it and he showed me as a joke, then deleted his history but this kid is just plain out telling me what he saw and it is really odd, to say the least. That's not the only annoying thing about this kid, there's more, he is just weird, he seems to be kind of hated by his classmates but they're not mean to him he's just one of those kids who is weird and doesn't really fit in but he still talks to his other classmates as friends even though im pretty sure most of them hate him. He's also a ginger which might have to do with it (lol jk but he is a ginger with no soul) Also, the last think that really bothers me about him is that he is always talking about "Oh we're such good friends" and stuff, and as I said in the beginning I don't really nor have a ever seen him as that good of a friend. My best friend rarely seems to care or even if she does its like she gets annoyed by me or we are more like aqquaintances.. So i get things change as do people but what happened here? Last year we were inseperable she would always text me, wish me good luck texts even before my game or text me after saying "heard you won congrats😘" we would always hang out, have so much fun, be laughing and smiling, this year is so different. In a few years, ill be going to college, so I'll need to know how to make friends without seeming weird or antisocial. She has been third-wheeling me, being kind of rude, so I finally snapped and we stopped talking. This happened more than once. A lot actually. To make it worse... I discovered she does drugs. Now, I know drugs aren't the worse things ever, and there is much worse but I prefer to surround myself with drug-free people for my own safety(in case a friend gets caught with weed and I'm with them, without even knowing, etc), and she told me a lot of times she keeps away from drugs but now.... she admitted it over our fight. She has been lying to me all these months, maybe even years. I don't even know what to feel. I don't eel angry towards her, not hatred- I feel NOTHING for her. I would try to forgive her, but I don't feel the sadness or anger towards her enough to forgive her. It's completely empty. We've had huge fights in the past and maybe this is my brains way of telling me to get rid of her because she's an negative person. When I say I mean nothing, I'm serious. Before, after fights, I used to hate her, or be mad, or be sad and cry but it's just... empty. I don't want her back, but I don't feel mad. I am a (violent, not sexual) sadist, so can that be a cause? Would you try to forgive her, or would you move on? |

He is sitting watching the tv when he notices a person walk in that he is familiar with. They walk in and sit at the bar. They then proceed to sit there for about a half hour, and the guy doesn't once go up to the person or make eye contact with them even though the person keeps looking over at him. He knows them and that person sitting at the bar knows him. He then gets up after a while and goes and sits outside cause its nice out. The person that he knows walks outside and instead of acknowledging the person, he just stares in another direction avoilding eye contact with them. We've never been apart more than a day or so for the past year, pretty much. That is until she went off to visit her family this summer, she won't be back until August. | Question: My best friends never got me a birthday gift? Posted: 19 Jun 2015 01:32 PM PDT Don't get me wrong, I am not materialistic and I don't need any gifts. However, I've actually been kind of stressing about this and here's why. It been a month since my birthday and my two closest friends in the world never got me a gift or a card. I don't want their money in gifts but I am worried this reflects how much they think about me or care for our friendship. I would really like a card, because usually we are good about making each other very cute cards!! My friends that are much less close got me small gifts and such. I think my friends love me, but I'm confused why they wouldn't think to give me some sort of sentiment. Am I being selfish or reasonable? Should I hint at this? I'm slightly hurt because they asked me what I wanted a month ago and acted as if they were planning. |

Posted: 19 Jun 2015 01:32 PM PDT okay so at the moment I only hang out with my fiancé of five years and all of our mutual guy friends. and it truly just sucks realizing and having my guy friends constantly point out to me that I have no girl friends. it really bothers me. it's not that I'm not friendly or anything like that. I'm just never put into environments that put me in touch with new people. I work for a small business with mostly older employees. and I do join activities, but they don't expose me to new people. all my guy friends have female-phobia I swear to god lol so there's literally no way I'm meeting any girls through them. I'm really trying. because I do feel lonely. it's cool being one of the guys but I miss having girl friends. does anyone know any ways I could make new friends? god this makes me feel so awkward and desperate but I need some advice. lol. thank you in advance! |

I feel like a really bad friend as I can't think of anything perfect that she would like. I thought about buying her clothes but she's too fussy. | Posted: 19 Jun 2015 01:13 PM PDT Okay, so yesterday my suicidal friend(lets call him Jeff) decided to send me and my other friend texts saying that he wants to commit suicide and that he's going to do it because he doesn't have any friends. And that's very untrue because he has many friends at school including me and we care about him very much. I kept sending him paragraphs and texts saying how much he meant to me as a friend and how much I cared and so did my other friend who had manged to calm him down a bit. Jeff said that if we didn't tell anyone he'd stop but he's going through depression or something like that I guess and this is like the second or third time that he's said he was going to commit suicide and so I was still worried about him. Jeff means a lot to me and he's a great friend and I don't want to loose him. Then today at school he came dressed in all black and had sleeves covering his arms and he long pants I asked him what he did and he said he cut his wrists. Two of my friends saw us and found out what had happened and were also very concerned but Jeff didn't care and went back inside the school. So after that happened my two friends and I decided to tell our teacher and the principle ended up sending Jeff to the hospital for help and treatment. All my teachers said we did the right thing because it could have been much worse for Jeff but Jeff is very mad at us but we only told the teachers cause we cared and wanted him to get help. So was I wrong for telling someone :( |

Her mom is a manicurist, so my bf comes to school with perfect nails every week. Her mom is also a travel agent. (She is on vacation for the 6th time this year) and she gets so many presents and she has so many boys that have crushes on her and she has crushes on then and she gets everything! AND BRAGS ABOUT IT. She is very lucky I would say. She's been to Paris, Cuba, Mexico , Germany , Italy, Greece, Disney cruise, the Bahamas, and who knows where else. ME on the other hand am not as rich and fortunate as SHE is. I get jealous about it😕. Then I get mad at myself too...for being jealous of her. No boys have ever had a crush on me, but my teachers say that I'm more mature for my age than other kids and that's why I'm having some difficulty finding a good friend. She's coming back this week...and every time that she comes from a vacation she talks about how much fun she had, how she met boys,how she got her nails done, how she went to a five star hotel.....she talks so much about herself that I know her more that she knows me.😶. I am happy that I can get food in my stomachs, sleep with a roof on my head etc. she's my only friend. I tried to talk about this with her several times about how I feel. She just became defensive and said that its not her fault that her mom bought her so many pretty clothes(her mom told me that she begs her mom to buy her it) and that its not her fault and that I should just get over it. But I can't. |

Posted: 19 Jun 2015 01:00 PM PDT o I was best friends with this girl for almost 2 years, and then something just happened where we both started to have our own friends, because of the fact that she now lives in a different state then me, so I don't see her anymore. when we started to have new friends, we started getting in more fights and ended on bad terms and now she's always talking about how amazing her new friends are and everything and we haven't talked for a few good months now, and I just miss her a lot. should I treat this as something to let go of, or say something? I'm not sure if she'd want to hear from me, I just don't know exactly what to do. thanks! |

| Question: I can't let go of an old friend? Posted: 19 Jun 2015 12:15 PM PDT So I stopped being friends with this woman a few years ago and she betrayed me. We had a fight about me trying to lose weight and we weren't on speaking terms. I gave her space and then I find out during that time she's planning events that she didn't want anyone telling me about it and didn't want me going to. I found out my recent ex bf at the time was invited to one of them.. A guy she never liked to begin with and she claimed someone else invited him but knew he would be there anyway. This guy and I had a bad relationship and she knew that. I confronted her and she acted like I was bothering her. I stopped being her friend and I refused to be her friend again. Her long term boyfriend started being a jerk to me. Then I tried talking to her a few months ago and she still acted like she didn't care about why I was upset and continued to give fake apologies and told me to leave her alone because I was crazy. I'm having a hard time letting go even a few years later. How can I move on? I know I wasn't always perfect but I did try to show I cared. I guess it helps that I haven't seen her in a while either. |

However I also feel like I'm not close with my old friends either because they have all kinda "moved on" in a way. I have been planning a vacation for over 6 months with a friend and my mom's niece has been saying she was coming down this summer too. We kept asking them when they were coming because I had this vacation planned with my friend who was flying across the country to see me for 6 months. Well yesterday they said they were coming down the SAME WEEK my friend is coming down. I haven't seen this friend in YEARS and we have been excitedly planning this trip down to the last detail. Then my mom mentioned it was the same week we were going to be on vacation and my moms niece asked if she could go to Universal with us. I am very socially awkward around new people so I know her coming would make the entire day uncomfortable for me having to appease to a teenager 5 years younger than me (I am 20) and i'd have to split my time between a girl I don't know and a friend whom I love for a ENTIRE day just does not sound fun to me. Also....I am kinda more than friends, not quiet dating yet with this friend (which I wanted to change on this trip because we plan on going to school together in January). But my family doesn't know I am bisexual and neither does hers because it could jeopardize her safety and I would be cut off from half my family and I would just rather wait to say anything until I am independent and on my own. So i'd have to pretend all day and I don't want that. |

Posted: 19 Jun 2015 11:55 AM PDT (I'm not going to use real names in this for various reasons) So I've known this girl Casey since Year 6 and we were basically inseparable - everyone called us twins. And then, one year later, Vanessa comes along. In the beginning, Casey and I played tricks on her and we were enemies with her, but by the end of the school year, she ad become our best friend. It's only this year that things have gotten bad - whenever Casey and I are alone, it's like we are best friends again. But when all three of us are together, Casey constantly gets annoyed with me and seems to take more interest in things that have happened to Vanessa than things that have happened to me. (It's sometimes the same when Vanessa and I are alone together) It's leaving me feeling like there's something wrong with me - also, Casey is like the 'cutie' of the school; everyone thinks she's so amazing and talented and stuff, and Vanessa is so 'cool' and everyone thinks she's so awesome because she's so dirty-minded and gross. I've had friend troubles my entire life, and I'm not popular at all at school. I used to be, when I just didn't care about anything, but Vanessa recently wrote in her diary that a lot of people think that I'm a selfish *****. I don't know what to do. But I've gotten much better, and I became acquainted with a girl whose house I went to one day, and after that i went to her house again, and then she went to my house. I think we're a good match, she's really nice and we're both intellectual and like the same things. She's 17. Whenever I can't visit her or she can't visit me for even a week I panic and worry that we're growing apart like the other people I knew, and I know it's ridiculous. My dad took me to therapy, but I just made the therapist uncomfortable.I'd pretend to be a sex addict, talk about my desires to have sex with the therapist, and stalked them beforehand and say things like, "So, Janet, what caused your second divorce?" I'm really pissed off. I drink a lot. I smoke. I love dick. I started having sex at 13, haven't seemed to stop. This is my second abortion. | Question: What should I do today on my day off of work? Posted: 19 Jun 2015 11:11 AM PDT So two weeks ago my friend told me to take off today and tomorrow in order to plan to go to hang out and ride ATV's all day. Well things changed and now I have nothing to do. Even worse, I don't have many friends, about 1/3 of my friends don't want ot hang out, another 1/3 have to work, and the rest of them just didn't reply to me when I asked if they wanted to hang out. So now I'm cooped up in my house with nothing to do feeling lonely and depressed because this has happened twice before. I even asked my family to go out with me but they said no. This also annoys me because I took off of work for this and he cancelled our plans. Im willing to do tons of stuff but I have no one willing to go with me. I would go to the movies, go to the beach, go to an amusement park, go to a restaurant, anything, just not by myself because its weird, sad, and boring. |

I was one of her first friends in the district. But as time goes on I feel like she has gotten more and more friends and has slowly forgotten about me. I'm one of the three people that she invited to her sweet 16 from her new school. I just feel like I invite her places and text her first. This week was the last week of school. I have told her before how I feel like I bother people when I text and plan things first all the time and her response was well you don't bother me and I know you care. The last 2 times she texted me first was asking which outfit to wear and for a ride. We used to hang out after school everyday. But towards the end I felt like she started bailing on me and like if I hung out with her and her other friends that I was bothering her even though she has told me I'm not. But I feel like her attitude towards me says different. I decided not to text her first this week and I have received no texts at all from her. But she has family over for her birthday for this week, her uncle has cancer and finals are going on, so I have tried to understand where she comes from. My sister who usually scopes out my fake friends before me, says it seems like she doesn't care about me and is only concerned with her own life. Our mutual friend thinks it's just the stress that's gotten to her. But I feel hurt she doesn't seem to care about my parents divorce or me moving like I care about her life events. |
