He broke up with his ex girlfriend for me. 12 days after he broke up with me we were in a relationship. He told me that his ex loved him a lot but her family didn't want them together because he was 5 years older than her and they felt like he was further along in life and would potentially use her. My boyfriend left his phone unlocked last night i went through his text log, and i saw that even though he broke up with his ex he's still responding to her text and intimating some sort of conversation with her. They text at least every couple of days most of the text are initiated on her part and a few on his. The most recent text was from him and the text said "hey how are you doing" and he sent that around 9:30 last night. I see text from her asking to see him on days i was at work. Some of his text to her says "hey sweetie,how are you sweetie,how's your day going so far sweetie" ... she keeps telling him that she misses him and he says he misses her too. I saw a text from last Wednesday that she sent him just saying "hey" and he said " hey how are you doing" she said "good how about you" and he didn't text back until the next day and he started the conversation saying "hey how's your day going so far" |

He had been sexually suggestive with me in the gym and he made me totally uncomfrotable. That was our fight #1. He never apologized for it but we made up. We have many things in common (she's Christian, she loves death metal, she's fascinated by everything 1950's and vintage, similar values and life goals). She seems to be very compatible with me. The issue here is her ex-boyfriend. They had been together for three years, long-distance. He ended things with her over "little things adding up" (she tells me he had mistreated her throughout the course of their relationship, bordering on getting physical). He dumped her last November, so I'm wondering if just a few short months is really an adequate span of time for her to be getting over things (which I've now thought isn't). To make matters worse, they are now talking again on a friendship level (which has me thinking she may get back with him if he plays his cards right, as the wounds are still pretty fresh). She also has many friends (male and female alike) that have/had crushes on her. She continues to hang out with them despite the feelings involved. So this leaves me wondering, should I really pursue her? Should I invest in her because she seems to really like me, or does she just like the attention I give her and wants to get back with her ex? She has told me herself that she wants nothing to do with him, but them being friends again has me second guessing her intentions as well as myself. |

When she came through later on, I told her it was really good and honestly not intendin to try anytnin, asked if she could text or email the recipe. We just recently hung out last weekend & everything was great. It always is when we chill on the weekends. Anyways, most of the time I text him which I'm gonna slowly stop doing bc half the time he doesn't reply back. For example, I texted him yesterday & he replied back just to tell me he was busy. After that didn't hear back for the rest of the night. Today, I hit him up bc I had a question to ask him & he never replied. I get it ppl get busy but I find it to be bs when someone can't take the time to reply. It takes 2 sec. Yea he prob doesn't feel like talking but I rather be told that than nothing at all. I believe he's ignoring me like he always does. He has a tendency of sometimes disappearing & leaves my messages hanging then a week or two later he'll come back texting me acting like he didn't just ignore me using some bs apology & excuse. Why tf does he do this? It's starting to make me not want to talk to him. Mind u in person when we chill it's so much better & we both have a good time. It's when we text there's always a problem. After our breakup, I didn't let him move on, I called him when I was lonely, and used him for sex, went to his job when he didn't answer my calls, and even tried to get back with him. When he kept rejecting me, I kept on trying to seduce him. After he kept rejecting me, we didn't talk for a few months, he called me and I said some really cruel things to him, which hurt him badly. He became extremely depressed and was crushed.. After one phone call where he confronted me about me using him, I later apologized to him via e-mail, telling him that I still really cared about him a lot and how I was sorry that I was going through stuff.. He called me, we chatted and I told him that our relationship happened because we were young and naive and that I was interested in hook ups. He wished me happiness in life and said goodbye, I never heard from him again. |

I told him whenever the manager lets me go and yes i would like to see a movie so he told me he wanted to see a pacific rim uprising. When I clocked out and waited for him to finish his shift, he asked me if I asked our other friend was going I told no i didn't asked her. Then we spent another five minutes figuring out the a movie and he asked me what movie I wanted to see. So we went to the movie and split the popcorn, but towards the middle of the movie he was very fidgety and I was leaning towards him. Him and I never go to the movies without a group so asking me was strange and weird I do like him and I think he does like me too. He did say this was fun when we were both at our cars. He was very flirty with me all day at work and trying to make me laugh and at the movies too. |

He has a son and 3 other possible kids by different girls he had serious relatiobships with. The only thing is that he talks about himself a lot never asks about me really. He changed after prison. He is always speaking positivity. He is an ex felon (for a robbery) and he got out in 2016. He is blessed with a job working at la fitness as a membership counselor and bouncer at a bar. He doesn't make a a whole lot of money but he says we are a team. I was letting him stay in my dorm with me because he is living at home with his mom now to help her out and he is kind of homeless. He owes 3,000 for his liscense and he wants a car so he is trying to save up for that. He wants me to quit my job making less than minimum wage to drive uber so i can make enough money to help him get his liscense back but i'm nkt comfortable driving even though i have my liscense. He says he will buy me a car and teach me but i really need to focus on school its near the end and im just not comfortable driving. He said he loved me really fast. We have our fingerprints on eachothers iphones. He does take me out. I paid a couple times. He talks about the future and says he wants to live together and all that. He says he knew i was the one for him the first time he saw me and that i'm a sweet person and he loves that about me. |

I've met/talked with a few guys but i think i fell in love with him. He treated me like a priority all the time and spoiled me with so much attention. After being with him for three months i got excited and wanted to tell my family about him. The only thing is my parents didn't like him because he was 7 years older than me. They made my relationship hell. They constantly told me that he was using me because i was so young. They told me that he was a "clown,jerk,user" etc. the things he gave me my father wanted me to give back to him. They didn't want him around the our house. They didn't want me to bring my clothes over his house. My dad told me not to buy him anything and to stop spending my money on him as well as stop going out with him. Any time we'd go out they would make him stand on the porch and wait for me. They told him that because of his age (27) that if he wouldn't talk to them "man to man" "face to face" that he couldn't come around to see me anymore. They wanted to talk to him because they felt like he was trying to potentially use my youth and the fact that my dad felt like i was naive to get sex and leave. They didn't want me to spend the night with him or go over his house. It was literally hell being with him .. every week they had something new to say about him. She's smart, funny and amazing all around! The plan was to ask Emma out and then go to prom which is about 7 weeks away. However, sparks haven't been flying. To make matters worse, over the last couple days I've found myself more attracted to another girl in my classes (Grace) who I've gotten to know over the better part of the last 3 years. She's pretty casually flirtatious with a few people, but I'm fairly certain that she actually likes me as we talk a lot. What would be something cute to say to her to make her smile? ^-^ Sometimes I say cheesy things simply to mess with her. Like once she was showing me pictures of her cats and I said " aw! They're so cute! But, not as cute as you! " And sometimes she will ask me to hold her hand or kiss her. I'll just say " that's gay " and afterwards she gets a bit annoyed saying " we are two females dating! Things are going to be gay! " What would be cute to say to her? I have seen him in some brief moments when he worked at a certain store in the mall I would go to. We even started talking via Facebook and Instagram though it has been a few years since I actually saw him in person. I feel like maybe this guy feels the way I feel, because all the signs are there. He is already with a girl, but this is a Polyamorous relationship, meaning they are looking for another girl to be included in it. A conversation with him on Instagram direct a couple days ago made me feel strongly in my heart that he may be feeling the same way I am feeling. The next step would mean going on a date with him. I feel so many different emotions and back and forth kind of feelings. My heart feels one way, but then my head is filled with doubts. I feel excitement, but then there's also fear and anxiety. It's very strange because I never got this far with a guy before where it could actually be life changing. Does this sound like love? |
| Question: How can i get over a breakup? Posted: 03 Apr 2018 04:38 PM PDT My ex gf broke up with me in February, i know its still early days but im still at that stage where i think about it every day and miss her, my old life and so on. I had a house with her, i work up in the area where she lives which is an hour away from where I am now. She bought me out of the mortgage so its official, i removed her from all social media, removed her friends so i could try and forget but its not working. My confidence is gone with other girls, most of my friends are in relationships and im living with my parents right now, saving up for my own house. She broke up with me because she said the spark in the relationship had gone and she was trying to force it to work which was making her unhappy. We werte together for 5 years, last year she went on holiday with her single friends and ever since she came back she was never the same, complained to me about things and said she wanted out, but we agreed to try and make it work. Before xmas she complained again and then cheated on me, after that she was crying and wanted me back, i agreed to try and work at it but now in February she finally broke up with me and went through with the house situation. It was a mess, and i cant move on... |
| Question: Why does my brother keep getting into my bed? Posted: 03 Apr 2018 04:37 PM PDT I'm a 17 year old American male and my 15 year old brother keeps getting into my bed while I'm asleep. I wake up some mornings and he's wearing girl clothes and it's really weird. Sometimes he says things to me that come off as flirty and calls me names that aren't really sibling like, for example, cutie, big boy, daddy and hotty. I know these are common names that girls call their boyfriend... but I doubt it's anything like that. If anyone has any advice on what I should do about it, please tell me! And when i was sitting opposite him with another dude, he sat face to face towards me with his feet pointing at me for awhile. And when he was talking, his eyes made eye contact with mine and then he glanced at my hoodie and then repeated that. He also kept fidgeting while talking when I sat in front of him and beside him but sat still when I was not near him. |

I lived in England while my ex girlfriend lived in America. I'll be travelling to New York in the summer and she is going to stay with me for a week. We had previously had two vacations together. We're not talking very frequently but when we do it usually concerns the trip to New York. I'm in an odd situation where I'm currently planning a vacation with my ex-girlfriend. The break-up was amicable and we decided to remain friends even though I had hurt her badly. I feel so distant from this girl despite the fact I'll be seeing her very soon. I do want to get back with her and I've not made my feelings known as of yet and our conversations aren't romantic. TLDR; I'm going on vacation with my ex, it was planned after breaking up.
