Question: Should I call my husband daddy? Posted: 02 Nov 2016 08:57 PM PDT I think it would not be suitable for me to have babies. I fear my life and mental state. :( should I just let him take care of me instead? I hope he doesn't think that I'm trying to prevent sex or happiness but I'm Scared of pregnancy now and forever.. how do I let go of the fact that I can't have babies and can still serve my husband's needs? |
Question: 6 months has passed, why do I still think of my cheating ex? How do I forget her? Posted: 02 Nov 2016 08:52 PM PDT I dated this girl for 6 months. Everything seemed to be going great. She even started talking to me about getting married. Then I found out that she was still married to her "ex husband" and I haven't heard from her since. It's been 6 months. She even deleted all of her social media so it's like she disappeared off the face of the earth. Everything she told me was a lie. I know I shouldn't still think about her, especially after what she did to me. I was doing fine moving on but yesterday was her birthday. For some reason I feel like I'm back at square one. How can I forget about her? I'm tired of feeling the way I do about her. |
Question: Was this a bad idea ? Posted: 02 Nov 2016 08:37 PM PDT Me and my wife have been married for 4 weeks we've been together for a year. She's 20weeks pregnant with our daughter. I just found out that she's older than me. She's 6 years older than me. I'm only 18 she's almost 24. That really scared me when she told me. I didn't know before I married her. I thought a man was suppose to be older than his wife not the other way around. I'm still a kid. Now the scariest part is when my daughter is old enough ill have to tell her that her mom is older than me. That will probably confuse her and scare her like it is me. I can't stop freaking out over this. I'm not leaving her I really love her and she's having my baby. I'm so scared I can't get to sleep. Was it a bad idea for me to marry her ? Is it normal that she's older than me ? And how can I calm down ? |

Question: Trying to get over an inappropriate crush. Please help. It's been tough. Any advise? Posted: 02 Nov 2016 06:13 PM PDT I assumed this guy was my neighbor so I introduced myself to him. I've always been friendly with neighbors do this guy was no exception. I didn't think there wasn't any harm until I started getting more attracted to him. My work out time ended up coinciding with his so we would bump into each other more often. The problem is I started liking him more and I look forward to seeing him. We don't always talk so it was easier then. Eventually, we did and it hit me hard. I ignored him for over three months but his presence never helped. I felt horrible for ignoring him so I gave up and talked to him again. Now he is rude to me and I like him more. I gurss I suffered a backlash. But I can't get over him. I'm married and I cry because I feel weak. What should I do? |
Question: Married men, can you only be friends with an unattractive woman at work? Posted: 02 Nov 2016 05:51 PM PDT I guess what I'm asking is if let's say your having problems with your wife. But you do love her. If an attractive woman, you feel likes you would you avoid her. But if an unattractive woman, likes you, then you can still be friends with her! |

Question: Why do my mother & husband PATRONOZE me? Posted: 02 Nov 2016 05:35 PM PDT They underestimate my INTELLICENCE. They think they KNOW it all & Mommy does think that. Same with my husband. They underestimate my intelligence. Treat me like FORREST GUMP. I work & HELP pay bills too! What the hell.....they think @ age 34 I l know a few things. Sorry! |
Posted: 02 Nov 2016 05:33 PM PDT However he was still texting and calling me everyday telling me that he loved me and that he wanted us to get married and work things out and I would just ignore him mostly. I hadn t spoken to him in nearly a month and hadn t seen to him in 2 months when he called me last week telling me that he missed me and wants us to work things out, he claims that he is no longer involved with this other women. I still don t know if I want to get married or if I even want to be in a relationship. Should I give our relationship another try or just let it go? Posted: 02 Nov 2016 04:30 PM PDT We started working on a project together 2 months ago..and I realized I was blushing and my hearts beating fast.. always want to see him or talk to him, lost my confidence when he teases me.. I start mumblieing and I can t even defend myself and then I realized he would blush too and have a smirk on his face.. like he knows I have a crush on him. 1.5 months ago something in me pushed myself to ask him to go out for lunch.. now I ask him to lunch every Thursday and he always said yes. I know it s so bad but I really get the butterflies, and I always go by my feelings. one day we spoke about our future spouses, That we are both engaged, he s getting married soon..But that didn t stop me from asking him out for lunch. Every time I see or hear him, I want more of him. But if I don t see or hear him or see his emails, I m not that bad. He ALWAYS teases me, makes fun of me, mocks me. And there s something about that I enjoy. And I try to do the same.. but he s better at it then me.. I always give up.. Today we went out for lunch again.. and I already asked him for lunch for tomorrow.. he replied "hey no need to make future plans, we will see how things are tomorrow" And today before leaving work, I was waiting for another coworker to get out so I went by his side of the office.. he said "are you checking up on me??" And I m blushing and said no.. I was waiting for someone, just came by to say hi.. he said Uhuh.. I think he knows I like him.. How do I stop? |
Question: Question for men in their 30s - would you marry a woman in her 30s? Posted: 02 Nov 2016 04:15 PM PDT I'm 35, and I wouldn't marry a woman in her 30s. The only reason I'd want to settle down is to have kids. Women over 30s are far from being a good choice to have children with. |
Question: My fiance says she won't marry me if I vote Trump? Posted: 02 Nov 2016 04:03 PM PDT Should I just bote Trump and lie about it? She is an extremely hot woman and I really want to marry her. |
Posted: 02 Nov 2016 03:44 PM PDT Their divorce was a trauma for me. Anytime it has been mentioned they have gotten defensive. They divorced to protect us they say and that adds to the guilt I felt as a kid. I felt ashamed when they divorced because my mother tried to paint our Dad to us as a monster and I was the only one in the extended family with divorced parents (my Dad has 6 siblings and my mother has 5). So I am 31 now and have huge fears of rejection. My mother personalized their divorce so much I thought my Dad left us when he left my mother (turned out my mother purposed the divorce). My mother would say he'd left us. So to conclude some things trigger this trauma as an adult. Family events I always pick my Dad first because I remember the trauma when my mother kept us from him. Holidays I fear only seeing my Mom because it brings up the trauma of the years she didn't let us go see Dad until the judge ordered her to. And anytime she gossips about him or his family now I remember the guilt that I joined in with her as a kid and gossiped along thinking he had divorced all of us. TO CONCLUDE, how do I explain this to my parents over time without seeming like I am casting blame at them? My mother's parents were divorced and she had great resentment at her father for it so my counselors theory is she was carrying that anger over to her divorce and placing it on us? They were otherwise great parents so I dont want to hurt them. ADDITIONAL THING----The reason I feel the need to tell them is so they can be supportive and understand my anxiety (PTSD Like) instead of just feeling it is some wacky quirk of mine. |

Question: I heard that my boyfriend might propose but I still love my ex more. What can I do? Posted: 02 Nov 2016 02:50 PM PDT His older sister got drunk at a part during Halloween and mentioned that my boyfriend has been talking about proposing to me. I thought she was just rambling but the next day one of the rings I always wear was missing. I'm sort of afraid he took it to get a size reference. I'm so scared because I'm pretty young, 23 but we have been dating for 3 and a half years now. And I do love him but I feel like I loved my ex more. Let me explain that the only ex I ever had was a childhood sweetheart I knew my whole life we started dating at 14 and he died when I was 17. When I started seeing my current boyfriend I felt that 2 years was too soon to start dating again but all my friends and family knew I wasn't getting through my depression and thought it would be good for me. Since day one I have been straight up in telling my boyfriend about me and my ex. I told him that we even talked about getting married at 18 when we graduated. He always said he understood and that he knows I'll never stop loving him but that he hopes one day I can love him just as much. And I do love my boyfriend very much. In any other situation I know I love him enough to marry him but I dont love him as much as my ex. And I feel horrible for saying it but I still feel that if my ex were to come back I would chose him in a heartbeat. I know that will never happen but it is a thought always in the back of my mind. I dont know what to do about this. It may be a matter of time but then again it may not. |

Question: What should I do if my boyfriend does not want to meet my ex husband? Posted: 02 Nov 2016 02:04 PM PDT I share children with my ex husband. He is sort of involved in their lives (sees them a couple of hours a week supervised only). My ex husband is insisting on meeting my boyfriend as he has a good relationship with my kids. However my boyfriend is hesitant mainly because of my ex husband criminal history and lack of involvement in their lives. It is creating great stress because my ex is insisting he meet any man who is going to be around his kids.what should I do? |

Posted: 02 Nov 2016 12:59 PM PDT Hi i'm thinking of getting a divorce. wev'e been married for 8 years now. we both make roughly the same income. i supported her while she was going to school. we don't own a property. we dont have any assets. however, i have a 401k. would she be entitled to some of it ? it's from my employer before we got married and it's not a joint account. |
Question: Where should my child live? Posted: 02 Nov 2016 12:49 PM PDT Please no rude comments. I have a 4 year old daughter with my ex husband and a 2 year old son and a 2 month old son with my husband now. We have shared custody of our daughter with her father a week on week off situation. We recently had to move from the town we loved in to the town he lived in to keep the agreement because we decided it was where she was going to attend school. My 2 year old son is special needs and we thought that moving to the new town would also open up more doors for him but has not been the case so far. Im torn between moving back to our previous town because they now have new opportunities for my son that he is missing out on and staying. I love my daughter and would do anything for her and i also want whats best for son. If we move back we will only get to see our daughter every other weekend ans every other holiday. What would you do? |

Question: Was she bad in bed? How? Posted: 02 Nov 2016 10:45 AM PDT This husband and wife couple has 4 young children. They are both working professionals. The wife did all the house work, dealt with the kids. The husband would belittle the wife. He had an affair with the secretary that both the wife and husband hired to deal with their home business. Everyone knew the husband was having an affair but the wife did not know. The husband wanted a divorce. They got a divorce. He moved 400 miles away. The wife was pretty good looking. The wife looks better than husband. Does this mean the wife was lousy in bed? If she was, what did she do wrong? |

Question: Best ways to deal with ex-husbands new girlfriend? Posted: 02 Nov 2016 10:26 AM PDT My ex-husband and i had our co-parenting down to a T, until he started dating this new female. He is so love-struck that he blames all issues on me in order to keep her happy. His new girlfriend will throw a tantrum if i get off work early and am able to pick up my son from the sitters house and she will refuse to pick him up from my house if she can't get him from the sitter. I have been very lenient in the visitation schedule to suit there needs but it never seems like its enough for this girl. They have been dating for less than 2 months. My ex and I have always seen eye to eye on our son up until the moment this girl became his girlfriend. Any advice on coping with this? We've talked numerous times and it gets us no where. I did try inviting her over once to have a talk and she said she would and then waited for my ex to get off work so they could come over together, where she did all the talking and he said nothing! and yes i do understand how the example could come across as confusing. But we have always been so lenient and easy going about schedules and we switch days if something comes up and have always just communicated and worked together in favor of our son. Previously there has been NO issues until the last 2 months. It was always my responsibility to get our son even on his dads days and then his dad would pick him up from my house on his way home from work. |

Question: How to handle someone harassing you as you drive by daily? Posted: 02 Nov 2016 06:40 AM PDT Let me lay the foundation: I have lived in my house for 6 years on a dead end street with no issues with a particular neighbor that lives about 6 houses down. One day a 16-17 year old boy from that house started riding his 4-wheeler up and down the street in front of my house. It's illegal to drive a 4-wheeler on the road. He had been told previously by the police to stop doing so. This is at a time when I was having horrible migraines. I had asked the boy nicely to take it back down the road as there was no 4-wheeling in the road and it was causing me issues. He then started laughing at the fact that he had turned my home into a race-track. When he refused to stop and then started riding around my grandfather's vacant property (lots of hills-unsafe) which is adjacent to mine, I called the police. They did nothing, as he had put it away as soon as they got there. I thought that being an adult I would go and talk to his parents. Maybe they have no idea what a problem he is causing me?? Then comes an old drunk guy to the door calling me a b**$! and anything else you can think of. He threatened to come to my house and said I better watch it. I filed a report. The 16-17 year old has a friend who lives across the street from him. Maybe 10-13. Forgive me if I am rude about this kid...but this has been going on for 2 months. He yells at my car when I drive past. He yells things like, "Slow down.". Well, I am driving 25 mph. That is the speed limit in a residential area. It is getting me angry. I have tried to ignore it. I don't want another old drunk calling me a ...... Yesterday I backed up and he started running lol. He hid behind some trees and when I pulled up I said, "If you yell at me one more time as I drive by, I am having a serious talk with your parents." He then said I need slow down. Because children have inner radar guns apparently. I was pissed and I said: Everytime you yell at me I will go faster. I know that wasn't the best thing, but damn. I am over his little butt. Seriously. He is doing it to my husband to. What can/should we do? Oh, I also must add that the 17 year old boy opened my gate and walked through my yard, telling my dogs to get away from him and kicking at them. I told him to get out. He told me he would walk in my yard whenever I wanted. I called the police and they warned him about trespassing. This little boy has gotten worse since then. |
Question: Why won't my wife ask about Thanksgiving plans? Posted: 02 Nov 2016 05:49 AM PDT For years my wife and I would alternate Thanksgiving holidays. One year we eat with my family and the next with hers. This year is her family. Her parents apparently own a timeshare a few hours away in the next state and have decided this year that we're all going there for Thanksgiving on a lake. Ok, I'm fine with that. I've never traveled before for Thanksgiving so this will be new for me. First of all, the headcount going this year is up to about 15 people. My wife tells me that she thinks her parents have 2 units. One a 1 br place and the other one a 2 br place. That opens the door for sleeping arrangements. My wife and I and our 3 grown kids. My wife's sister and her 4 kids. the inlaws, another sister and another niece and nephew. I figured my in-laws could take the 1 br unit and us along with my sis-in-law would bunk in the 2 br spot. This place has rollout sofas and we could take our queen sized air mattress for several others and sleeping bags for the younger kids. I asked my wife for more info on the unites like maybe a website or something and she says her mom is not info or tech savy so she doesn't have that. Ok, well get it. Is that a problem? She's scared to ask her mom for that. Ok, I've been trying to get a menu so we can start preparing but again my wife hasn't asked for that. I want to know who's bringing what so we don't have too much of one dish or not enough or none of other dishes. My wife acts like she's scared to ask her mom for a the menu and a list of who needs to bring what. I'm a planner and like to know these things whereas my wife and her family is more of the "wing it" type of people. Thanksgiving is in a few weeks and am I wrong to want to know these details before hand so we can prepare? |

Question: How do you teach your husband empathy? Posted: 02 Nov 2016 03:20 AM PDT One thing I've noticed is my husband could learn to be more empathetic...when it comes to making decisions with people or making comments or giving opinions he doesn't think about the other person and what they might be feeling or thinking. Even things like being late to events...I feel like I'm freaking out because I'm worried about keeping other people waiting and how that's rude to do that, and it doesn't phase him at all...how do you teach an adult about empathy without calling him out as being bad at it? |
Question: What to do with ungrateful husband? Posted: 02 Nov 2016 03:06 AM PDT We are married for 20 years. We both were very young when we married and he had nothing back then. We built our life out of nothing, and I did my best to support him in every way I could. Now he says I did nothing in this life and he did all this by himself. He said I lived with him because I knew he will succeed later. I spent 20 years doing everything I could in this life and now he tells me I did nothing. What should I do with such an ungrateful man? |
Question: I cannot put up with my husband's drunk friend. I need help.? Posted: 02 Nov 2016 01:17 AM PDT My husband does not drink anymore and hasn't for the over a decade we have been married. His friend is still living the "high life". He often comes over to watch movies and this yeasty bread smell is just pouring off of him and hangs in the air like a fog. He flops down on the furniture (which is all cloth) and it takes an act of mercy to get it out. We often have movie nights and he will sit and drink a 30 pack through the movie and is often too drunk to get home. About a week ago my husband bought what he affectionately calls the "drunk bed" which is an inflatable mattress with a built in pump for him and so he does not lay out on the furniture. He is literally blind drunk every night so when he comes here it is no different. My husband has to lift him off the furniture and lay him down. In the morning he gets up cleans up the beer cans and steam cleans the furniture and cleans the floors from his spills before I wake up. I do not understand why he does all this. I heard him joking about how he would let someone "tazer" him for a 30 pack and I know that he would. I do not know why my husband does all this work and puts up with it. I know he wants to help but he gets used by him all the time. I also know my husband has a soft spot for alcoholics being that his dad's entire side are very much alcoholic but often times very abusive which makes me wonder why he allows it. It is driving me crazy. What should I do? How many more times do I watch my husband have to leave home walking the ditches between his house and ours to see in he is passed out in one? It is sad to me but it is worse to see what it does to my husband. I don't know what is going through his mind. What should I do about this? |
Posted: 01 Nov 2016 11:20 PM PDT My brother got his first cell phone in 2003, and he has always kept a code on his phone, never given email passwords, and he doesn't believe in having a joint bank account. He met his soon to be ex wife in 2007 and since 2014 she was on him about wanting the code to his phone, saying that he should not feel the need to keep his phone locked, or have a problem with her checking it. She wanted his email passwords, saying he should not have anything to hide. She wanted a joint bank account, saying they are married so their money is each other's money. He had his two email addresses before he even met her. He told her in front of me she doesn't have any reason to need his phone code or passwords. She pressed him about this for some time, before he got fed up and filed for divorce, and it's now pending. |
