Question: Can someone tell me what this means?!?!?!!?!?!? Posted: 09 Nov 2015 02:57 PM PST I graduated school in May of this year, during my time at school I added my teacher on Facebook a couple times as a joke to my friends, of course she didn't accept! She does have 6 mutual l friends with me on Facebook, 5 of who are former students of hers from all different years. My friend, who is a year below me and is currently in her drama class at school, told me that she is leaving the school to go to a new one. I went to see if I could visit her today but she was unavailable because she's always so busy with being Assistant Headteacher. So I emailed her off her school account, because that's how I've kept in contact with her since leaving school. I emailed her this:- "Hi. Sorry for disturbing you earlier, I should've planned an appropriate time to come and visit. I've heard from *My friend's name* that you're going to be leaving *name of my school* soon, I assume after Christmas? I was popping by to wish you all the best and good look since I'll be busy a lot for the remainder of this year. I will try to come and say goodbye just before the school breaks up for the Christmas holidays but if I don't see you, I wish you all the best and good luck to you! I hope we can stay in touch! :-)" Her response was:- "No problem! You know what a busy little bee I am!! Yes - I'll be going to *Name of her new school* in January :-( Of course we can stay in touch - It'll be good to know how you're getting on." Do you think I can add her on Facebook, when she leaves? |
Question: Is this woman trying to steal my boyfriend? Posted: 09 Nov 2015 02:47 PM PST My boyfriend has this friend. She's 20 and he's 28. She claims to be his best friend and she always texts him complaining that she's having troubles with this 30 year old man that she's dating who wants nothing but a no strings attached relationship. Basically, she calls him up and cries about how all men suck. She also cries in front of him saying that she is poor and can't afford things so that my bf will give her money. She even invited herself to family events and she is now friends with his parents and siblings. I don't get what she's trying to do here but I have a feeling that she's not being genuine. Is it bad that it's making me uncomfortable? My boyfriend doesn't talk to her anymore but she still attempts to make him feel sorry for her. |
Question: My son caught me cheating on his father (my husband). Am i a terrible person? Posted: 09 Nov 2015 01:53 PM PST My husband and I have been married for 18 years. Although my husband left me, we are still legally married beause we are only separated, but he is in the process of filing for divorce. Anyway I have been having affair with this hot guy at my work for about three years. I did a pretty good job of keeping it a secret for so long. You see although my husband treats me well, our sex life has gone kind of stale. He is always working and dosen't have time for me so I thought it would be time to move on to bigger, better things. I decided to bring my new lover to my house so we could fool around. Little did I know my 17 year old son was home. As we were fooling around, my son came downstairs and appeared to be in shock. I told my lover to kindly leave while I talk to my son. My son became enraged and asked why I would cheat on dad. I told him that it was time for me to move on. It didn't help he just got mad and stormed out of the house. I'm pretty sure he told my husband because the very next day my husband confronted me on it. He said the relationship was over and he packed a suitcase and went to stay at a friend's house. Is there anything I did wrong? I know I made a mistake but it's kinda my husband's fault for making our sex life go bad. |
Question: Married man is having affair with married woman? Posted: 09 Nov 2015 01:11 PM PST a married man is having an affair with a married woman. After that, he goes out and tell other people about her, he says she a slut, he is not guilty, he's a man, any women who willing to sleep with him, he will not refuse because he's a man. Is that right that he's not guilty, and does he have the right to say things like that? Thanks! |
Question: Does this guy sound normal? Posted: 09 Nov 2015 12:38 PM PST I met this guy in one of my classes last year during the fall semester. We kept talking in class until one day he asked me out. I told him that I was working a lot and I was unsure at first if I liked him. We continued to talk but sometimes he would not come to class. When the semester was over, he asked me out again to grab coffee and he complimented my personality. I didn't talk to him for a while after that. Finally about a month and a half ago, I decided to text him to see how he was. We have been corresponding everyday so far (sometimes we text more than once a day). My mom thought he sounded weird by the way he texts though. She says he sounds a little strange. He says weird things like "I ask my flowers what the meaning of life is but they never respond." Or "I was in a karate class and the master was a giant rat." Or he told me one time "I am free a certain day right after I finish a marathon run and give my class at NASA." He also said he is not a fan of shows that have violence because violence is unneeded. He seldom says lol so I don't know if he is actually crazy or joking. And if I do decide to go out with him, I think I would meet him in my own car at a location. Which day - Saturday or Sunday and what time of the day? Also, should he meet my mom right away? |
Posted: 09 Nov 2015 11:39 AM PST My boyfriend is in the army and he will not be able to come home for Christmas, I am planning on sending him a package to open Christmas morning kind of with all of the things that make Christmas morning so special. So far I am planning on sending him a mug with an inside joke, hot chocolate, an individual shot of baileys, and a candy cane/striped fleece blanket (one of the tie ones). I don't feel like this is enough though, any other ideas of what to send to make it feel like Christmas? Oh I also got a foam tree that he can put together and put his presents under until Christmas morning, and garlands to make his place look festive. Thanks! |
Question: I asked a man if he was married and he didn't anwer me back. What does that mean? Posted: 09 Nov 2015 11:21 AM PST Why did he tell me he loved me if he cant escape his reality if he's already gotten what he wanted? Why is he trying to resist that person? How do I keep pressing for the truth? Why is he trying to hurt somebody else who hasn't found love yet and now its in the hands of the wrong person. I have a right to find my true love. Why is someone trying to take advantage of my feelings? I already ran into a hypocrite that claims to love me too and he is practically a monster. All his bribes serve nothing but rage, despising my noble demeanor. I'm so tired of that man too claiming devotion when in reality he finds way to instill fear and anxiety. I cannot stand these fakes anymore and I am tired of proving to them that they can't fool me. Is this revenge for what others made him feel? Was he rejected in the past? I didn't reject him, only questioned his intention like he questioned mine. |
Question: My fwb said this to me? Posted: 09 Nov 2015 10:37 AM PST My fwb and I were hanging out recently. He was a little upset sounding when he said this to me, "I enjoy hanging out with you when we have sex and I enjoy hanging out with you without sex. I want us to hangout without sex more. I can kiss you without having sex with you. When I invite you over some times, I don't always want sex. I want to actually hang out." I always thought the point of friends with benefits was sex. Why would he say this? |
Question: Girlfriend or School? Posted: 09 Nov 2015 10:34 AM PST I'm 21, and my girlfriend Leslie is 27. Lately, I've felt like my success in school is starting to bother my SO. Leslie graduated from college 5 years ago, and has had trouble find concrete jobs since then. She has worked for some start ups, but nothing has worked out. Right now she delivers groceries. Things have been picking up for me lately. Over the summer I was in Belize and Guatemala studying archeology and botany. In September, a short film I directed was released, and did pretty well. Lately, all of my time has been dominated by a coral reef research project I'm working on. I've been invited to some conferences, and just went to one over the weekend. I make an effort to see her every other day, but she say's it's not enough. She's asking me to pump the breaks on my work so I can be around more. She's even asking me to not go to an up coming, and important conference. What do you think I should do? My education, and being successful is really important to me, but I also care about her. |

Question: Is it OK to cheat on my wife ? Posted: 09 Nov 2015 09:39 AM PST She completely refuses to have sex with me. I tried everything I can think of. I tried talking to her. I tried being more romantic. I tried buying her gifts. It's been like this for months. She completely refuses to show me any affection. At the same time I know a few girls who are friends of mine, who offered to help me with my problem. Since my wife refuses to sleep with me should I accept one of the offers given to me ? |
Question: How do I find a Christian Life Coach? Posted: 09 Nov 2015 09:12 AM PST I am looking for a Christian Life Coach. Probably online. Does anyone have any ideas and/or suggestions? Thanks. |
Question: Found some crap on boyfriends computer.? Posted: 09 Nov 2015 08:54 AM PST So while I was doing some stuff on our shared computer I went into a pictures folder to upload some pics. While I was there I saw a folder entitled "I Had" it's videos of the girl he dated before me sucking his d*** and her orgasming in her sleep. Plus other pics of his d*** and other females. The contents doesn't bug me but the title does, I had. Is it something that he wishes he still had or just a clever name to hide the folder. Backstory, this chick was 19 and he 33. I've seen their texts and he was never exclusive with her and wasn't in love with her. But she was around for a year so it would be weird if he didn't have them. And I don't mind him keeping them. Whatever, as long as its before me and not during me I don't care. But the folder name and the date the folder was created is what bugs me, we've been together since late 2013 and this stuff is from before me that year and the folder was created in May of this year. So why the name and why save that stuff to a folder that I have access to? And why now? Plus he never takes pics of me, it's very evident that he's not a picture person. But he's got pics of her that he took! From what he's said, his best friend and their texts they weren't nearly as serious as we are. So why the difference and why the name? I'm thinking it's a folder of his conquests. A trophy room per se. That's the only way I can think of it without wanting to cry and scream at him for him making me feel like I'm second best. |
Question: Comments my husband made about me and his ex/babymama? Posted: 09 Nov 2015 08:52 AM PST Before we got married, my husband went through a phase where he was considering getting back with his baby mama. He was talking to his friend and he said, "Baby mama is so hot and F***s so good." Friend: "you know how she is man, if you get with her again, she'll go back to her old ways." Hubby: "I know man but the sex is so good." And his friend asked, "And it ain't with (me)?" Hubby: "It's good but not as good. Better with baby mama. And baby momma looks better. But (me) treats me 100000000 times better. She's like a girl version of me. But baby momma is a d*** 10 and that p**** is so d*** good. Baby mama has my son but (me) is so talkative and outgoing. You see how fun she is." Friend:, "With baby mama, you get better sex, a "better looking" girlfriend according to you, and you get your son. But you also get her family that hates you, her jelous s***, she's gonna ask a million questions about (me). With (me) you get an awesome girlfriend who is cool AF, her family loves you, and you'll still get to see your son." Hubby: "Yeah, that's true, (my) personality is just sooo d*** awesome, she goofs off, loves games, and talks a ton. The sex is good man, it really is. Its just not as good." Friend: "The only thing even making you consider baby mama is your son." Hubby: "I know man but I so feel like baby mama is hotter." Friend: "Baby mama is hotter to you cause she's different now. Now you're used to (me)." Hubby: "My heart is with (me) and my d**k is with baby mama. I just saw these messages now, almost a year later, when I was helping him clean his messages out. I don't know how to feel. Now I feel insecure... Help. This was before we got married, or even engaged, when this conversation happened, but I just found out and am very upset and hurt. |
Question: Husband's baby momma is out of line? Posted: 09 Nov 2015 08:30 AM PST She has harassed us before, broke into our place and trashed it out of jealousy, wouldn't let my husband see their child, and he went to court so now he sees her. Apparently, he had to give her his cell phone number, even though she has our home number. She texts him daily pictures of the child, which is okay. Then she says stuff reminicsing about eating blizzards, and that she's in class about to take a test. Then she said, "I did good on my test. I made an 80." He said, "Good job mom." She said, "Thanks, dad." Their child is two, so they call each other mom and dad in front of the child. But why are they calling each other mom and dad on text? They used to do that when they were together... That's a couple thing. It's not like the child reads the text messages and sees them calling each other by their first names. I feel like they're both out of line for that, and for texting daily and always ending up talking about other stuff that has nothing to do with the child. Do you think they're out of line? What should I do? I need advice. The thing is, they don't get along. They fight constantly. This is a phase where they're getting along. She cusses him out all the time, and then tries to bring things up, saying he cheated on her with me and making him mad. They're getting along now. I've tried to have a civilized conversation with her, so she can get to know me, who is around her child, but she refuses to speak to me. I'd feel more comfortable if she'd converse with me. But she won't. Ever. I've never even heard her voice. |

Posted: 09 Nov 2015 07:06 AM PST My friends and I are debating this! ....If you were talking to a guy long distance who you met & hooked up with several weeks ago and have feelings for and he asks you to send pics, would you? More details: At first we would text but he would take sometimes days to respond. The longest was almost two weeks, then he starts talking again and wants pics. He seems really sweet and is polite but is known as a player although he says he isn't. He was understandably busy when he would ignore me...but I say he could've at least responded. Seems like now he's not busy he can talk? Not sure if he's genuine and just wants to see me or if he's being like every other guy. Thoughts? |
Question: I hurt an betrayed my own mother...? Posted: 09 Nov 2015 06:44 AM PST Just a little lead up to the event- When I was 16 I met a guy in North Carolina over the internet, fell for him yadda yadda yadda. He was 21 at the time. He and I had such a special relationship, but she really really disapproved of it. So I had snuck out more than once to see him when he would drive to come see me. Well she found out on the last time and then we had a major falling out, cops were called when she found us at Walmart and I wouldn't leave with her because I was so madly in love with him. He and I stayed long distance for a long time after she eventually said she was okay with it being long distance and we had to wait until I turned 18 to meet again. He dumped me about 6 months later, but we remained good friends. I'll say even more than good friends. Coming up to the event- I'm now 17, almost 18. He and I are a lot more than friends. Occasionally sending nudes back and forth.Occasionally turns into a lot more. We eventually become friends with benefits I guess? Just long distance. Mom comes in last night knowing I'm doing something on Skype, when I admit it she takes phone and laptop which isn't a big deal other than I do my schooling online. I don't care about the phone,I don't care about the phone. I wan't my mom to hear my side. She won't listen, she won't even let me tell her my side. My side being I just want him to take me back and I'm really willing to do whatever...but I won't give up my mom and I's relationship for him. How do I get her to listen...? I don't even care if I'm with the guy. I want my mom back. I turn 18 in 3 months, he's not my priority. |

Question: Why do I only attract guys i don't like? Posted: 09 Nov 2015 05:26 AM PST Well only guys I don't like, seem to be interested in me. I only attract the nerdy, intellectual and shy/low profile type of guy-that i DON'T like, wouldn't date but never a higher profile guy (you know the business type of guys who dress well and have a decently/ high income, nice car, nice watch or lawyers etc.) I find really charming the way they can rock a suit a la Barney Stinson. What's wrong with me? Should i change sth in myself? Do i need to pay more attention in my looks (makeup, diet, confidence etc)? I dress in a kind of hipster/bohemian way and don't like mainstream culture, music, films etc. Cause usually high profile guys have higher standards right? I know this may sound shallow but you only live once? So why should i lower my standards? I am an athlete, i have won medals, i deserve beter |
Question: Is her reply unkind? Posted: 09 Nov 2015 05:04 AM PST We're staying in a temporary apartment provided by our landlord while our bathroom is being fixed and wanted to do some ironing but forgot the board. I asked "would you like me to go and get the ironing board from our apartment?" (it's 10 minute's away). I was expecting a yes/no style answer but got something about it being stupid to go back now (it was getting late). She said "no other man would do that". I took this "no other man would" statement as unkind. Is it unkind or am I overreacting? update: argh, I see how I haven't been clear. It didn't feel like a compliment. She said it was stupid of me to consider going back for the ironing board and was angry that I had suggested it as I should have known not to go and get it. She didn't want me to go and get it. So I felt the "no other man would" was used to suggest that I was in the wrong for suggesting it. |
Question: Trying to let go of being the side chick to a guy I'm in love with...? Posted: 09 Nov 2015 03:45 AM PST Ok.... Me & this guy have been talking for about 5 months now and I'm in love with him. I've been knowing him my whole life and he was around my mom when she was pregnant with me... He's 34 and I'm 19....... BUT he has a woman. They've been together for at least 20 years now. But I just couldn't resist him. I wanted him, but we both knew what his situation was so we just went with the flow. I know he dosent care for me like I care about him. I BARELY get a text back from him, he's always so busy for me, and we never see each other. Outta these 5 months, we've only saw each other 3 times! He never makes time for me and he always has excuses for everything.... I just.. Wanna get out of this situation because I know I deserve better and I don't deserve to be coming second to anyone. I'm sick of trying... I need advice |
Question: Can having different sleeping times lead to a conflict in a relationship? Posted: 09 Nov 2015 02:53 AM PST My girlfriend expects me to go to bet at the same time as her and get up at the same time, she says, if we do not have the same life rhythm, we can not be together. So if i do not feel tired, i have to go to bed else she would complain. I am not working at the moment, so she also expects me to cook every day before she comes from work. If i don't, then she would complain how all i do is sit in front of pc and how i might as well do something useful. I do not think she is being fair but i might be wrong. Maybe i am the wrong one. Is this a reason for a conflict? |

Question: What's with the terms "half white" & "half black"? Posted: 08 Nov 2015 10:21 PM PST My son felt outcasted in Detroit because he "wasn't black enough." (I'm Caucasian). Then in Texas he was marginalized because He's "black" He's been a victim of racism from both sides. I want to move to The Bronx (where were from), and where it doesn't matter. But I don't want to teach him to run from the world. He's 16. |
Question: Did I go on a date with a terrorist or....? Posted: 08 Nov 2015 10:06 PM PST So I went on a date with this guy. I could tell he was middle eastern when we met but I didn't know from where. So I ask him where he's from and he said Iraq. I said ohhh what brought you too America. He said I was in the military and things got complicated. He said he likes to keep things secret and doesn't like people to know to much about his personal life. Although I googled him and found every job he's ever had and where he went to school, but that's besides the point. Should I be worried that I might see him on the news saying he blew up a building?? A lot of the post I was being sarcastic lol. But I really am curious to see what other people think of what he said about moving here because things got complicated about him being in the military in Iraq. Also he didn't say if it was an Iraqi military, or and Isis kinda military of you know what I'm saying |

Question: Please READ until end before you make your decision. Can you help? Posted: 08 Nov 2015 08:51 PM PST Hello. I am a single mom of 3, ages 7, 4 and 5 months old. I am a full-time college student and am very close to obtaining my associate's degree. However; I have fallen on extremely hard times. In August 2014, my children and I became homeless. We've been staying in a motel room since then. It has been a very heartbreaking experience as it is no life for a child. Things could be worse but to live in a single room every day, the same room that is the bedroom, kitchen, living room, bathroom is very sad. I wish I could give them more and I am trying but I desperately need help. To make matters worse we are often stuck inside due to the fact I am not yet able to afford a vehicle. This makes life so much harder. All I'm hoping for is a little help in being able to afford a car or help towards being able to afford housing for a couple months until I get back on my feet. I wasn't going to make one of these but I feel like I've been suffering in silence for too long and I owe it to my kids to at least give this a try.The stress of feeling I have let down my kids is sometimes unbareable and a heavy weight. I don't wish it on anyone. Through my experiences of being homeless my eyes have been opened toward the epidemic. After I obtain my degree I hope to write a book about what it was like firsthand to go through something like this and to keep hope when you're constantly on the brink of feeling hopeless. I hope to return the favor one day when I am able to. gofundme.com/bc99w4hw |
Question: Are car insurance companys trying to extort me? Posted: 08 Nov 2015 07:33 PM PST Right I've had two cars and fair enough one was a gti but the other was a very safe astra 1.6 twin port. Now I acquired a quote on the gti and got just over £3000 for the year which at the time wasn't something I was willing to pay so I waited.. Then they wanted £4500 for the exact same car and same details, then (with two or three quotes in between) now they wanted just over £9800. Ok so just today my uncle said he can get cheaper insurance which he did and I sold my £1000 gti for £2bob to buy myself a snail of a corsa which would of been a 1.0 just under 1000cc and before I had the cash to buy one my insurance quote on one of the same spec, same amount of doors, same corsa name tag which would of been club, would of been £1900 which is high but doable. Now I've done another quote on one I've found with a lower mileage and I'm being tricked by the computer again now being asked for 4500, so I've gone back and done the quote on the first one I looked at and they want 4400. So I've gotta ask myself why but I think they've got something against me as a driver. Is it because I don't own a fully locked compound premises that they can conservatively praise. I also support the conservative government but they are not without they're imperfections. So I ask what is wrong with my insurance Thingy? Thanks |

Question: Parents refuse to buy graphics card? Posted: 08 Nov 2015 05:55 PM PST My birthday just recently passed and I've been planning to get this very cheap graphics card for my PC, as the integrated graphics in it sucks big time (Intel, I'm looking at you!). However, my parents said no because they think that I will waste my time playing games. I am not trying to waste money because I researched which budget card gets you the most bang for your buck, and i chose this GPU. I explained to them that the graphics card is meant for workplaces, and that I can learn how to put together PC parts, but they wont have it. My parents are kind of in the anti gaming crowd (though my dad ironically builds PCs), so any help is appreciated! EVGA Nvidia GT 730 2GB GDDR5: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814487052 Oops. Forgot to say that I have no PC games AT ALL. Sry, just realized that I have Minecraft and Beam NG drive Techdemo, but whatever. Also, the PC is from 2010, so....yeah Gave me PC for school stuff |
