I've been getting looks and stuff and maybe look too. We don't talk on social media but they open snapchat stories of mine and like my stuff and sometimes comment on ig. I've also said hi to them sometimes and made small talk but that's really it. I want to be with them again as quickly as possible but idk what to do. I like my current table but I'm just not as happy as I used to be (don't take that into consideration cuz I rly want to leave) Should I just be with them, because I tend to purposely ignore them and they ignore me and it acc hurts. Any answers would help so much! |

I want deep, meaningful friendships but I'm very mature for my age (I'm 13) and all my friends are 3 and 4 years older than me which adds to my insecurities about whether or not they actually like or care about me as much as I care about them, or if they are just nice to me for the sake of my feelings. I know that as an extrovert it is very common, normal in fact, to feel lonely when lacking social interaction. I'm homeschooled and they all go to the same school and get to spend more time with each other and I know they all have better friends and I mean nothing to them, even though I would do almost anything for them. I know this all sounds one sided and toxic but they are nice people and are unaware they are doing this to me. About 6 months ago I went through a period of hormonally influenced loneliness and I'm starting to feel like I never left it, because I still have the same feelings of loneliness, I've just repressed them. And one of the hard things that I've found about being mature for my age is that I'm kind of like an adult and a teenager at the same time. I look at my problems and make them seem much more dramatic than they really are and then 2 seconds later I'm reminding myself that this is all stupid teenage hormones and none of this will matter in 3 months. Answer or don't answer this, I mostly just wrote it to get it out of my head and possibly get some advice. |

She's so nice and approachable and funny in a down to earth way . But she has a history of drama following her. Well first my sister said that's not a coincidence..that she's always the victim etc..but my main question is one really taxing /exahsting trait she has is shes always paranoied ppl are using her or like out to get her! Like the closer her and I get the more I see she seems! She thinks me and others are just faking nice to her but are really all talking about her behind her back . Or that if I give her a gift it's because I plan on asking her for a favor later . She's also very defensive. I like her but really this is getting kinda tiring trying to convince her. I felt bad but my sister noticed she CONSTANTLY gossips about other ppl and when tells private things about ppl who trust her and her excuse is ' well I'm sure she is talking crap about me too all women do it !' umm...no they don't . And now I wonder if she's not so nice after all and is paranoid everyone is out yo her her because SHE is secretly that way! Of course I didn't go out with her because I love my boyfriend but she did force me to hold hands with her. She'd pout and make me feel guilty if I didn't and she'd kiss my neck and shoulders. I always feel disgusted when I think about it and hate her now. There was this one time where I slept over her house and she touched my private parts (over the pants but still..) and I couldn't stop her BC I was too nervous. She tried to make me horny and wanted me to make her horny. I felt so forced but blamed myself for probably leading her on. She would constantly tell me how she was better than my boyfriend and try to make me break up with him. her friends also tried to force us together. I would always say no but she kept trying. Eventually she left me as soon as someone else gave her attention and acted like it never happened. But whenever I think about it I feel like I cheated on my boyfriend and I feel disgusting. What's weird is he tells my jokes to other people right in front of me without any shame whatsoever. Also, I'll be telling a funny story and making people laugh, and then later on he'll be like "Did you see how much I was making those people crack up?" even though he was just standing there silent most of the time and I was doing 99 percent of the talking. While it pisses me off, I can't really say anything because then I'll just look like an even bigger moron Anyway, I don't have many defining positive strengths or attributes about myself, so I've always felt good during the times i've been able to make people laugh. However, how I have my "friend" stealing my jokes and claiming them as his own and it makes me feel horrible. Anybody else have a "friend" like this? |

I had this other friend let's call her gloria. we all use to be close before gloria deleted instagram and blocked us on everything because she was going through something. anyways, my friend peter he made a group chat called 'solve things out' for me anna and gloria. anna only had gloria as her friend because she had beef (drama) with me. anna left the group chat because she didn't want to be my friend. me and gloria started talking again and anna got jealous and she made 'instagram stories' aimed at me and gloria. but i don't have time to talk about her. i wouldn't say anything bad because i'm straight up and i'm so over the situation. but does she have the right to be angry ? |

Before I say what has been happening I think you need to know I had become really good friends with D's ex, also that my friends, age 13 btw, had sex with these boys they met at a beach and didn't even know them a week. Now the following has been happening for more than a month. My school had this camp trip and because my true friend (she'll called O) was sick resulting in her not going I decided to not go, because I didn't want to be alone on the trip. When the trip ended I tried texting D and B to see how the trip was, B responded while D opened the chat and proceeded to tell O that "I was being annoying and a *****." and then she told O to "stop talking to me so I didn't have any friends". On Monday people started coming to me, telling me that D and B had called me ugly, and other terrible things to my classmates. Later I was told someone I liked for a year, D knew I liked them too, was now dating her. I was honestly broken about this and couldn't function properly for weeks (I know its really stupid). When they posted a picture together D's ex and other people made a group chat that me and O were added into but didn't speak. In this group chat that D and B and this other girl (I'll call M) were added into, my friends called all of them 'thots' & 'whores'. Now they accuse me of stuff i never said. Idk what to do plz help. Although we're not close we're very friendly with each other, and I really want to add him on Facebook so that I can actually talk to him outside of college, but I'm scared that he's one of those people who are really picky about whose friend requests they accept, and I know that if he didn't accept mine it would absolutely crush me. So to avoid that from happening, I want to find out how many friends he has before I send or don't send him a request, because I know that if he has over 1,000 friends then he's probably one of those people who accept everyone who sends them a friend request, and that he would almost definitely accept me, and that if he has say, under 300 friends, he's probably someone who only accepts people who they know really well and he wouldn't accept me. And any number in between is just a gamble lol. But I'm scared to go onto his profile to check how many friends he has in case I accidentally like something, so I was wondering if there's a way to find out how many friends someone has on Facebook without having to go actually on their profile? After lunch I got called down to the principals office from my math class and I tried to explain to them why I scratched her face off I told them that i tried to be nice but she decided to be all rude about it they did tell her that she should be more nice but she didn t get a consequence for what she did even though she deserved it ( they were talking about how her feelings were hurt and they even said that she could be going through a difficult time!!! But there s no excuse for that I don t care about your feelings or what you re going through you still need to respect me no matter what) I tried to convince them light up the punishment but they wouldn t they even made me apologize to her even though she was the one that needed to apologize to me she deserved to have her ugly disgusting face scratched off she looks better that way anyways. One day I invited him to come to my younger sister wedding but he was not sure to come. So I asked him to come a week later by saying "i am so sad because my bestfriend (you) could not attend to my sister wedding. Please come!" And he only replied "you kind of enjoying of being sad." And I said "i am not that sad. I wish I could slap you" I mean he is the only one who said such a rude statement. And the most annoying part is he did not come to my wedding either! So when i was travelling to his home country, I did not tell him. I only wrote status on my Facebook "OMG my flight has been cancelled to (his home country)" and he suddenly wrote a comment to ask me out for dinner. But me, i am still upset with him. Because i am still going through such sad times of my relationship with my husband ( and he knew that but he mention "you kind of enjoying of being sad"). And therefore, i suddenly rejected his invitation by pretending of being late. I already visited him for so many times! And for your guys information, he traveled oversease alot. He went to visit his other friend to a country that needs a lot of budget to get there! But he could not visit my country! I already befriends with him for a long long time. He told me about his relationship with his parents. His brother is mentally ill and seeking for a psychologist help. His mother is too overprotective. His dad has cheated on his mom as well. I tried to comfort him to get through all of this. This is why a few years back, he can admit he is a gay. But lately, i found it is seriously crazy. He keeps checking me online on my Facebook or Whatsapp. And last week, i went to his home country and he initiate to meet me almost everyday! When i went through a hardship, he kept telling to video called him for so many times! I am not sure what this guy is into. But i am married and has a son. We laid talking and then she kissed my forehead and wrapped me in her arms, with my forehead touching her jaw. We stayed like this for 30 minutes. Then I had to leave so I woke her up slightly. She pulled my face towards her and kissed my forehead. "What was that for?" I asked. She replied "Because I love you." She was holding my face and was looking at me then she leaned in and kissed my nose and giggled. She sat up and said "I'm going to miss you" (as she's traveling in a couple days back to college) and hugged me tight and kissed my cheek and forehead. Then she stared at me and said "I want a kiss." I then kissed her cheek. And she got up to sneak me out. She held my hand and led me to the door and asked me to please come again tomorrow after her parents sleep. |

| Question: How do I stand up for myself? Posted: 27 Oct 2017 12:06 AM PDT I m a college freshmen rooming with my best friend of 18 years. After living with her for a couple months I ve realized that she drives me insane half the time: she doesn t clean, the light is on when I want it off and it s off when I want it on, she stays up really late, etc. That and I m realizing that she treats me like an idiot some of the time and she expects me to remember her schedule but won t remember mine in turn. I ve tried to talk to her about some of the smaller things and she s belittled me by saying that it doesn t matter or its not that big of a deal. How do I go about standing up for myself before I blow up? |

Posted: 26 Oct 2017 10:44 PM PDT So i am guy and i had like 4 friends. its me , my guy friend and 3 other girls. we are all really good friends. we seen eacheach other as family. but one time i wsd hanging out with my guy friend. we were alone and bored at a carnival so we asked one of our girl friends to hangout with us. she was down to come hangout with us but when she found out that was only us 2 and not the whole squad, she laughed at us and said "lmfao only yous 2"? and we said yeah why? she asked if everyone was coming and we said no they were busy. that s when she said nvm some other time then. she send us off only because it was just me and my guy friend. why does it matter if its only us? we have been good friends almost 4 years and for her to say that or send us off like that. it made us sad that she was never a true friend. so we got a lil upset and we left a group chat we all had on snapchat. we did to see if she would ask us whats wrong , or to ask why we acting weird. to check up on us. she didnt bother. to us it seemed like she didn t care if we stopped talking to her. after that we just deleted her off any social media. she still didn t bother to ask us anything. she doesn t care about us. she doesn t care if she looses us. if she was a true friend, she would try to fix the friendship. WHAT SHOULD WE DO? we really miss our friendship we had with her. |

I've made friends at past jobs but we weren't like good friends after I quit. I work alone at this job I'm at now. I go to bars and meet people when I see live music or some football game. I kinda like being a loner though. I've had too many fake friends in the past so I'm going to keep it this way. I'm looking for some cool female friend to hang out with. I just think there better then guy friends. I used to always want to hang out with someone. Now I'm fine going out to bars, restaurants, movies alone. I do have a really good friend and she is a female friend. I just find them better to trust. She has told me the same thing that females prefer to have guy friends then female friends. |

I just started high school and I'm looking for the perfect best friend. But either they're just not the right one or they already have their best friend. I met this one girl who's new and just moved here and I am friends with her but I really want to become best friends with. The one problem is that there's this other girl that's becoming good friends with that new girl. So how can I become close to this new girl?? Right now we are in that awkward stage where we can have a good conversation but moments of awkward silents and we both aren't yet comfortable around each other. But how do I change that? I asked her to help me since I am behind on class, I sent her message on groupme and the message had Read on it. She read the message. Since she was responding to my message, after hour later, I told never mind I found someone. She sent me a message hours later saying "Sorry, I did not see your message. My notification was not on Why she lied? the message said Read hours ago. |
| Question: My dad never lets me hang out with my friends!? Posted: 26 Oct 2017 07:50 PM PDT My dad hates all my friends. He's always telling me that they're bad influences. Most of them are from my art class at school, and we're all into all types of art, including graffiti. None of us would ever do graffiti illegally, though; one of my friends' dad even lets us paint the side of their garage. But my dad is a cop, so the second he hears graffiti or sees spray paint, he goes berserk on me, and rants about how no child of his is ever going to break the law or do graffiti, so he never lets me go to my friend's house. He simply doesn't trust me, just because of one of my interests! What should I do? I'm never allowed to see my friends outside of school because of this! |

I wasn't even home when it happened but it was on the couch and apparently she picked it up from there and started shaking it. My mom was the one who told me, not the baby's mother. She didn't even apologize! Should I ask for a portion of money from my mom's friend? |
