We have said we love each other etc. One month into my relationship I had to tell him that my mother is possessive, controlling, and crazy. My mother is delusional and thinks I should only be with her the rest of my life and doesn't want me to have anyone in my life, including friends. My father is deceased, and I don't have a lot of family. He seemed good with our relationship, but said he doesn't want to meet my mother. Do you think this will be a problem in the long term? |

Then, she posted a picture of her appearing in the newspaper, so I liked it. Seconds later she texted me and we talked a bit about our lives. She seemed sweet and she told me that we should hang some day. Now that kind of comments and girls that text me first are stuff that are rare in my life, so I started to be happy and stuff like that. Although slowly, it almost seemed like she didn't really want to talk to me. Short replies (like 1-2 words, easy answers,etc.) and she would leave me on "seen" a lot. I'm naturally a shy guy and I never been on a date with someone before (I know, pathetic). Despite that, I decided to push myself to ask her if she wanted to hang out during the holidays and she said she couldn't. (I'm also a bit of a pessimist person). We go to church together, go to the gym, go dancing, movies, grab lunch together, and other random stuff. Just friends but people like to point out to me we are practically dating at this point. He bought me food one of the first times we hung out. I asked him he said just friends. Later on the year, he paid for ticket to movies. Asked again. Just friends. Just super nice guy. I came home(out of state) and my friends (knew of the confusion I've had with him) back home wanted to see pictures of him. And then I realized I don't have any pictures with him at all. All my other friends and I have a ton of pictures of us being goof balls. But I have 0 with him. We also don't talk a lot via text or snapchat, but we do hang out a lot together. With all my other friends I usually talk to them more through texting and snapchat. To clarify, I haven't been against dating him. We both just like hanging out with eachother and are content on being friends. If he had said yes, it was date I would have given it a shot. |

All of a sudden I feel someone grab my waist and lower back. It happened so fast, fast as though it was just someone accidentally bumping into me. At first I thought that is all that happened (someone bumped into me), but I felt like it was more of a squeeze at my waist. Not even a second after this happened, I saw the guy who I believe did it, run in front of me. He wasn t laughing, and no one had seen him do it. That s why I am confused if he was making fun of me or joking,or not. Then on our way back to the classroom, I felt and saw him gently slap and grab the back of my shoulder, also with no one looking or laughing. I AM SO CONFUSED! I was dating this girl non exclusively for 6 months and fell in love with her. I finally asked her to be exclusive. She said yes and it was exciting, we started making plans to attend events. I was taking my daughter to Colorado for a wedding and arranged for her to go with us, fly and everything. She s had a very troubled past though. Before I met her she broke up with her ex. Then her ex broke into her home and slit his throat in front of her and is being charged with domestic abuse. All of a sudden here recently, she dropped her restraining order and began talking to him with intent on getting back together while with me smh. We went to Colorado and I knew the whole time, she was texting him and whatnot about how she missed him and couldn t wait to see him. Meanwhile I was trying my best to show her a good time and was getting upset cause it didn t matter. I tried talking to her about it and she blew me off. It felt like I was being used and messed around with. When we got home, I sent a text letting her know everything I knew. It wasn t a mean text, but informative and I let her know how I really felt about her and how she hurt me and I wanted to move on with my life. She never responded and it was 4 days ago. I think I did the right thing...but was I wrong or should I have waited? |

I stood up to sit at the computer screen and I caught him intensely checking out my body - from chest to waist, to hips to crotch and then his eyes were just darting really fast all over my body. Once I sat down I was sitting right in front of him and he was staring at my face with his mouth open a bit while blinking, then he looked down at my chest then back to my face while I was on the computer trying to type something. My boss and the other guy were talking and he wasn't even listening to them. I didn't look at him at all while he was staring at me. why was he staring like that and did he really think I didn't notice? |
