So I like my mattress to be closer to the wall because sometimes things fall through, so I push it towards the wall. But every time my mom comes in she pulls it way too far out. She stopped for a while, and when I went to adjust my mattress I noticed that the constant moving of it back and forth scratched a pretty big spot off of the wood. My mom is gonna be really mad when she finds out, what should I do?

When I was 16 I started community college. My family is very poor so my mom forced me to give her my government grant refund checks with the promise that it would be used to buy a car that would be signed into my name when I turned 19. She does not work a job and fought mr like hell to buy the car but finally did. I gave her around 15000 dollars and she spent 7500 on the car. I am 20 years old now and the car sits in her driveway. She gets angry any time I mention it and will only sign it over to me if I move back in with her. If I ever tell her that I bought the car and that it should be mine she starts screaming how she needed that money to live off if. What do I do?

my mom won t let me close my room door and she hates when i do when i m changing. she always tells me that she raised me to be comfortable around my family while being naked!! i am a very modest person. when i m showering my mom will barge in and go to the bathroom, wash her face, etc. she doesn t knock and she doesn t say anything before she walks in. my sister does the same thing. they don t understand when i ask them for privacy they just think i m being rude even when i ask calmly and nicely. my mom always thinks i m hiding something. she hates when i m on my phone for more than a half an hour at a time even when i m doing something school related. she makes me tell her my passcode on my phone. she even once tried to accuse me of looking at inappropriate things on instagram because she saw some inappropriate account request to follow me (i declined it). i don t look at anything inappropriate on any social media. she thinks i talk to strangers online even when i show her proof that i don t. i just don t know what to do.

I was wondering what would my cousin look like now, she died in a car crash in 1998 and was very young only 17 we are the same age and I was wondering after being dead and buried under ground for 18 years what would she look like now? She is buried in a wooden casket but before her burial an autopsy was performed on her so I dont know if that would make her body intact and lasting longer. If we would dig up her grave right now (which we ofcourse never will do) what would she look like now? My sister just left for college across the US and this is her Junior year. We're VERY close but everytime she goes it never gets easier. I KNOW I KNOW I CAN CONTACT HER but that just makes me sadder to know i can't physically talk face to face with her. Also, she would talk to me and hug right before we would go to sleep and say a prayer. It kind of feels lonely every night she goes because it's just me praying by myself since she's 3 hours ahead and i especially cant hug her even if she did do the prayer with me through the phone. I live with my parents and two siblings. I have two dogs. One of which I was her favorite second to my mom which is her primary owner. Every morning no matter who was home they used to come to my door and scratch on it to get in and say good morning and to hang out for a little. They have always loved my siblings but they would primarily hang with me in my room. Then all of the sudden this stopped. They are always either in one of my siblings room and I don t want to force them to hang with me but I will call them and they refuse. I am wondering if this has to do with me being older and working and being busy while my siblings are a lot younger than me and are home a lot?? It was such a sudden change it concerns me a little. I obviously don t care if they hang with my siblings but I miss them popping in every once and a while for some quality loving :(

So my family has been having a really tough time over the past few years; I think my dad is emotionally abusing the rest of us (I have two siblings and my mom). My parents split two years ago but he still makes us go over to his house. When we re there he constantly isolates us and leaves us alone. He ll spend time in his computer room for hours and find reasons not to let us be with our friends. He talks about how stupid my brother is, constantly telling him he acts like a baby and he s not smart and he "isn t a man." He talks about my brother behind his back and tells me I m his favorite. I'm 25 years old. 25. YEARS. OLD. I just want to be left alone! She constantly texts me, and if I somehow don't see it or reply to it within 10 minutes, she thinks I'm rude and goes off on a tangent in multiple texts messages telling me how rude I am and yelling at me. ALL BECAUSE I DIDN'T ANSWER WITHIN THOSE 10 MINUTES. She'll also keep sending the same text over and over and over and over again until I see it and answer. I'm not trying to be rude! I have a damn life! She is ridiculous when it comes to this and I really don't understand why. I don't want her to be ruining my life like this. I don't want to be attached to my phone all because she wants to know what I'm up to... God forbid I answer an hour later and see that she left me 20 text messages. Ok this will be a long story but he yells at me for having the tv on loud when he always has his on loud but when I ask him to turn it down he never did he got mad when I still had it on my tv will be loud even to leavel 10 he asked why I was on my phone I said it's none of his business. I always eat a good amount they don t see me but I do but the times I don t eat is when my grandma comes over. I have had expierences where I see she enters and leaves the bathroom without washing her hands.she had also given me 2 cases of food Bourne illnesses. Last night there was a beach party - I told my parents that I will be leaving my phone at the house where I am sleeping, but will later on come back to check my phone... So later on I checked my phone twice.. my parents did not call or message so I thought okay everythings fine then. When I got home at 00:34 my friend came out of the worried sick.. asked me where I was because my parents are looking for me. I'm a college student suffering from pretty intense anxiety issues. One of my biggest fears is driving, I shake, panic and cry every time I get behind the wheel. I developed this phobia in high school when my best friend was killed in a car accident and while I am making steps to work on my anxiety issues, but the driving fear has been the hardest to face. I've struggled with this for years and my dad knows how bad the anxiety is. This weekend I am babysitting my 7 year old little sisters and while I would be able to handle myself driving them in an emergency, I don't feel comfortable driving them around by myself if I don't have to. It makes my anxiety worse knowing that if my worst fears did come true and I made a mistake driving with them I could hurt them. They are also normal 7 year old twins who don't understand that I need complete quiet and focus when driving so they tend to complain and chatter a lot in the car, distracting me. But today before my dad left for work he promised the girls that I would drive them to get ice cream and the park, which I cannot do. They were very disappointed when I told them I couldn't and it made me feel like an awful big sister, but they wouldn't have been upset if dad hadn't made unrealistic promises to them in the first place. I don't understand why he does this, why would he want someone who struggles so badly driving his small children around anyway. It makes me feel like a failure. How do I make him understand my limitations?

so, my favorite band (aka Green Day) are playing three hours away from me on a Thursday night (which is not a problem since I'm homeschooled) and I found really good seats at a great price, and I'm even going to be paying for everything (tickets, hotel, gas, etc) but for some reason my parents are still not sure about me going. The other day I heard my parents arguing, but I didn't really pay much attention to it as they sometimes fight over dumb things, and in like the next few hours they get over it and move on,however, this time it was different. It kind of shocked me when I saw my dad setting up one of the couches to sleep on it. The next day they started arguing and this is where i got kind of scared. My dad started yelling at my mom continuously and my mom yelled back at him but after a few minutes my mom started ignoring him. I got REALLY worried and scared when he started to mention me and my sisters. I thought it would all blow over but no, I was wrong, he kept screaming and at one point my dad started crying. I opened my bedroom door and just stood there but it seemed like they didn't really care I was there. I tried opening my mouth to talk but I was too nervous and I started to cry and words just couldn't come out. A few minutes later my mom knocked on the door and told me that she was tired of hearing my dad and that she wanted to go to my grandparents house. On the way, my mom started explaining to me that my dad was diagnosed with a lot of mental problems. I already knew this but as she was talking to me I started to wonder what could have set my dad off and I remembered that a few days ago someone had called him telling him that one of his close friends had died. While my mom was talking she also mentioned that a few weeks ago my dad forgot where he was for a few seconds.

I grew up with an evil stepmother. I was never a problem child but she just hated me for being my father's daughter and just wanted him to himself. My husband and I invited our relatives to visit us for holidays and spend some time with our 6 months old baby. As soon as my mom came she tried to be the boss. She stated that my mirrors look horrible and don't fit the living room. She tried to feed my baby with a pickle and apparently even fed her with fried shrimp when I left my baby for 10 mins with her! I begged her to please not do that and when she tried to salt her cereal I told her I am the mom and we will get in the argument if she won't respects my decisions. Today she randomly decided to get rid of my baby play pen. In her opinion it takes too much space. She pulled two pieces (fence parts) and put near the crawling baby. I told her, mom seriously move them they can easily fall on the baby!!" She started to call me horrible names, that I am nagging and said if I won't shut up she will beat the **** out of me. Can you believe this? (she did beat me when I was a kid). I am 30!!! I said she needs medication if she thinks it is still ok to physically abuse. I was seating on the couch and holding my baby. She came up to me grabbed my hair and with another hand started to punch me in the face and hit my eye so bad that it is purple. For the first time in my life I really wanted to call police on her. She could simply hurt my baby really bad. I told her to pack and leave. I am locked in my room and she is sitting in the living room and watching tv like nothing happened. My husband is at work, I can't reach him. any advice would be appreciated... sorry for the typos..

For my entire life they always kept me indoors. I've tried talking to them but they think im too incompetent to understand the world. They always use excuses like "well crimes are bad" I have a phone on me. Do they not expect me to call 911 and there house number if something goes wrong? And we don't live anywhere near the hood, so that is out of the question. I feel like they're to scared to let me live my social life. I am a thirteen yr old girl (but unlike some others, I actually like to do stuff and not watch Netflix 24/7) today is really snowy, and the roads are bad, so we can't really go anywhere. I am a little sick, so nothing crazy. I want something to do maybe with my mom. Any ideas?

So I know that it's a process and it's a problem that can't really be helped but I NEED TO KNOW SOMETHING!! I'm 13 and this has been going on since my father dies in 2012. Last night at about 2:02 am my younger brother caught her trying to take my step-fathers pills, which can kill her or have her be prone to seizures. But my fear is, she's going to kill herself while I'm at school and my step-dad is at work. But the main point is, the reason why she does this is because her drinking causes her to do crazy things and I'm really worried about her. Is there anyway I can help her?

Question: Help I don t know what to do about this?

When i was younger i was molested and possibly raped by my brother No detail. i had told my parents and they didn t believe me the worst part isn t just reliving it every single day and not knowing if he continued because i passed out or not or what happened after that, its that i have to see him at family things+he keeps trying to come over to my house, at first though he might not know what he done because he s classified schizophrenic. My mom said that i need to stop living in the past and begged me to forgive him,we have hung out but i was afraid he was going to hurt me like i feel like if i tell him no he will do it again because the last time i told he did it again and said that if i said anything else hed would do worse to me more than what I could imagine, i dont want to say i cant be around him i need too. A friend told me that she was afraid of him and she just came out and said this: when he was younger he said he was going to rape and kill her whole family so i asked him he said I remember. I realized that he had been hovering over me for years knowing what he did and he could have hurt me at anytime and I didn t know that because I thought he was schizophrenic but really hes just a monster? How do i tell him to leave me alone without him retaliating? And I really cant stand a trial because I have severe ptsd and anxiety and depression I already relive it every day and no one believed me already I really don t want to be ridiculed more i dont think i can take it.

my attitude is really diffrenet between home and the outside world ,i act all nice and stuff on the outside but at home i have a really bad temper and attitude. whenever i want to change and say my real opinion or my real reaction to something ,people judge me ,they all do what they want but when i do it they all judge me and look me in a different way,that matters to me since im shy ,insecure and sensitive.

Hi there, everyone. I know this might seem petty to you all but I'm actually concerned about becoming an actual adult within the next few days. To be honest, I'm not exactly too keen on becoming 18 already; and by that I mean I'm not exactly ready for life on my own. I can handle some responsibilities for living on my own but not all of them and it's kind of scaring me to death. Aside from that I have three other issues: I've never been "bad", not good at socializing, and my parents. To be specific, I've never had a chance to get in trouble and make mistakes that would somehow affect me in the long run (call me crazy if you want, but I've never been allowed to be stupid like some would). The other part is that My idea of fun used to be socially isolated from everyone and read books and practice drawing (fun, right?), and now I'm not so good at making friends and keeping them (don't pity me for this, ok?). Lastly, when I turn 18 my parents expect me to leave the house and go to college, only to come back when I have breaks and all that. I wouldn't mind that if it weren't for the fact that my mother is completely sick, having just completed a major surgery a few weeks ago, and relies on me mostly for support and caretaking. Along with this doubles in the fear that my dad might not take care of her properly. He's not abusive, I swear, just utterly lazy and focuses a bit more on himself and other relatives sometimes. Any thoughts would be dearly appreciated.

Do I tell our parents when I don't know for sure that he is doing them? He is an adult so do I just stay out of it? I also think he might be the father of a 2 year old as the dates add up to when he was dating this girl I've met. My brother is 26 and has long had problems with women and on and off with drugs.

Question: I won 300 dollars and my father said you didnt earn the money.You won it.You have to give it to your family.We are 4 members .Divide .?
