I failed one class before graduating college. I was able to walk and get an empty diploma at my college graduation ceremony. I took the class I failed (a math class) during summer school and FAILED it again! I tried to take it the next fall but had to withdraw the class because I got sick. I am healthier now but it is approaching almost FOUR years since I fake graduated. Everyone I know thinks I graduated. I have a good job, but not getting my degree hovers over me.

21 weeks pregnant and I find myself one moment super happy, then the next I am feeling so emotional and depressed. But Soc Sec doesn't care that I made 18k for the year and he made about 300k, they are taking 350/mo medicare from me based on his income because the divorce finalization was delayed by the county. So tho I made 1500/mo I am being charged 350/mo for medicare because they look at his income. IF they went by my income it would have been 128/mo. Legally I can't get medicare to change the rules. Husband won't consider helping me. Is it possible to go back to court and request that he pay the extra medicare money because of his income? It amounts to some 7k. I did the divorce myself because I didn't have the money. So there was no lawyer that helped. I am not sure it is worth hiring a lawyer for the 7k.
