The few that I'm very close to, I can talk to for a long time without running out of conversation topics. However, some of the ones I'm not as close to, I find it harder to talk to them. For example, I went to see a movie with one of the friends I'm not as close to, and I asked her a lot of questions about things going on in her life. However, when we ran out of things to talk about in her life, we sat in silence for a while because I didn't know what else to ask and she didn't bother to ask questions about me. Any tips on what I can do to get closer to them? |

Whenever I tell someone about the bullying or the abuse, they never believe me or they say I'm just being too sensitive. It sickens me when people say things like "life is good" or "look on the bright side". The world is NOT a good place! I always feel like I'm fvcking crazy! I LOVE revenge! It feels good to make someone suffer after they made me suffer. I fantasize in great detail about killing people and hiding the evidence. I love pissing people off and I seem to do that even when I'm not trying to. I think of the human race as selfish animals that only care about themselves. I LOVE gore. Seeing someone getting their face split in half doesn't affect me and it's actually kind of funny. By kind of funny, I mean really fvcking funny! I have trust issues, so I'm always careful about who I'm around. I always observe my surroundings to see if I'm around people that I might be able to trust. I feel like I HATE everyone. I'm an ugly, disgusting, loser, loner, freak, and an outcast. I love it. I don't think of those words as insults. If you were to insult me by saying I'm a loser or a freak, I would just agree with you. I'm great at lying and deceiving people. I practice these things. What is wrong with me? I also practice not being tricked and tricking other people. I always question popular opinions. |

I live in a very small town where gossip spreads quickly. Last April I ended up getting in trouble with the police during school hours and got suspended for a week. I told no one at school what happened. As far as I could tell, only the people who got in trouble with me knew about the incident. But by the time I came back basically the entire school (400 kids) knew. Everyone was sympathetic because everyone is 420 friendly, but I really hated that people knew anything about me, I don't care about anyone here. The same thing happened to a friend, only the whole school knew about it before her parents knew. I also notice that people call my mom about the stuff they think they see me doing and I end up getting in trouble due to assumptions people make. Is there a way to prevent this? |

Okay, so first off, it is very important that you know my friend and I are Jehovah's Witnesses. We do not encourage dating at a young age, such as 13 or 14 years old. This makes sense since, you know, when you're a teenager you like to "do stuff" with your partner, increasing the risk of pregnancy and STDS and all that. Anyways, she had told me she liked this boy and they started dating a couple weeks ago. I was, of course, mad because she's violating scriptural laws and she could also have serious consequences with her very strict grandparents since they know nothing about this boy. I let it go for the first week or so, because she seemed so innocent and naive. I thought maybe all they'd do is kiss and then break up and she would learn her lesson or something! I just recently found out they've been making out and doing some really really inappropriate things together and I'm, actually scared. She could seriously get disfellowshipped if she ends up having sex with him and this could ruin her relationship with Jehovah! Sorry this is so long it's just I really need some advice. I know it might be hypocritical of me to even say this because I've had various boyfriends before but I've never done anything even close to what she's done! |

We're really close and we talk a lot and she shares so many stuff with me. She had hard time last month and we got closer at that time. I was there whenever she needed me and she kinda sensed that i really like her more than a friend. I helped her move her furniture to/from self-storage that we kept her furniture while she was without apt. We might hang out or even cook together but never been physical or got closer to each other. Recently, I noticed she might say stuff like ( I don't date ..) but i think she felt that i really like her and she tries to let me know that i'm just a friend. Btw in our culture we don't have premarital relationships and she knows that I never dated before. What really disappointed me was that she doesn't answer my text/calls or may take like a day to reply back with a text, although she always answers other guys so quickly even while we were carrying her boxes.One time, she said she was free so as we were hanging out she wanted to call her teacher who just broke up with his girlfriend to join us and i advised her not to, but i felt she was using me just to ask him out and to give him the green light to ask her out. Her sister is visiting her from overseas and she told me that she'd let me meet her. Posted: 28 Dec 2015 12:27 PM PST My friend is going through a difficult time so i let her stay at my house a lot to sleep over cause she said she gets depressed and cries when she stays home alone. Im pretty much the only friend she has. I have kids and so does she so when she stays over it can get kinda hectic. She does babysit my kids and helps with them like get them bathed and ready for bed and stuff. She made a comment that her back is hurting from sleeping on my couch and i told her shes gonna have to stay home tonight cuz i need alone time and peace and quiet. I said it in a joking way but also in a way that i meant it. Now shes kinda quiet around me and avoiding me. Do you think she's upset that i said that? Was i wrong? |

Posted: 28 Dec 2015 12:21 PM PST So my family and a few others, all decided to go up to tahoe(there is snow here) for skiing and an event called snow globe(a music festival). Now i know none of the music in snow globe and have no one to go with(none of these people am i friends with) but im being forced to go, in the snow, but im also being forced to go skiing(i just haven t really skiid that much and i get reallly cold so). Not only is there all this, but there are hella people everywhere, and we have like a few time share rooms were all staying in, an they are smaller than most studio appartments( about 205 sq ft including bathroom). Im so miserable i just want to go home but I don t know how. I have to sleep on the worlds most uncomfortable couch ever, so i get no sleep. idk what to do i hate this and being in such small space with no privacy is making my anxiety horrible I just need to get home what do I do? |

I've tried talking to new people, joining an already formed group, and inviting people over but nothing works for me. I feel like I could try all I want but nothing will ever happen. I want to stop trying but I know it'll just make me feel more alone and sad. I don't know what to do anymore and it just feels like everyone already has friends and no one is interested in me. (also I can't join a club because there are no clubs going on right now) I just don't know where to start and it's weird. I hate this so much and I constantly feel terrible. what should I do? |

Posted: 28 Dec 2015 11:36 AM PST So recently my best friend has been getting on my last nerve because every single song I have on my spotify or instagram she has been stealing. I've loved Tegan and Sara ever since I was about 9? So I have loved Tegan and Sara for 7+ years. I put one of their songs in my bio on instagram and had dedicated an entire playlist to them on spotify, and the next day shes got a spotify playlist of them and is putting their song lyrics as captions on instagram. Like tf? And I asked her about it this morning because she has NEVER liked them and she said "I changed my mind". And shes getting attention for it: like she said this morning 4 tegan and sara fanpages had followed her on instagram. what??? i bet she doesnt even know theyre twins? And shes doing the same thing with Panic! at the Disco. Panic! is my all time favorite band. She has always said she hates rock and pop punk and people like MCR and Being as an Ocean, but shes putting brendon as her profile picture and telling me she loves panic!? And i recently got adidas originals, cut my hair to my shoulders, got a fjallraven kanken backpack, started to wear makeup, and shes doing ALL OF THOSE NOW? know I sound really bratty and childish, and sure ill admit im a little jealous of the attention shes getting for it. but im really pi**ed. help me please?? |

He had a girlfriend who loved him very much,Iwas single but I was a teen,I thought I would've gotten marriend like everyone. One windy day in 2005 my buddy was KIA at age 19. An IED exploded and then he was gone. I think about him every single day without exception. I just think sometimes,he had a gf.I didn't have anyone.A decade later that hasn't changed. | Question: Who is wrong me or her, roommate problem? Posted: 28 Dec 2015 11:09 AM PST I had a new roommate and she moved in. And she grinded her teeth every night. I can't sleep with that. I told her to sleep in the other room, maybe put the bed in the living room or something... It isn't fair. I can't sleep well.... Have to go to class early in the morning. Finally the police resolved our problem... she moved to another room. And she was doing revenge on me... I got another roommate... she's black and she said "I heard what you did". With an attitude. Then at night, she blasted her radio and I told her to turn it off. She said "I turned it on so that you can stop snoring!!" How am I suppose to learn in college if I have to tolerate with roommates at a dorm? If I have a kid, I will tell my kid to get a dorm where he doesn't have to have roommate. |

He kept saying yes even After I said - if you don't wanna hang, say so. But he hasn't gotten back to me about a date he's free. I realize he's blowing me off and I'm upset. Since the summer, every time I meet him he's constantly bringing the subject on to sex or girls. He's almost a bit flirty bit it's odd as he's quite a bit younger than me and I'm also friends with his dad. The guy does this all the time now, also around other people. Not sure what to think here |
| Posted: 28 Dec 2015 10:22 AM PST I told my mom and she called her white trash. I don't know what that term means. I do know that she is married to a Hispanic man and has like maybe 10 or more kids. They live in a really small townhouse and she seems to be in a bad mood all the time. She is very rude and mean to her kids. Very strict too. She yells at me and tells me to get off her lawn. I used to be friends with her daughter but she told me she wasn't allowed to see me anymore. It was because her mom told her too. I was like okay but kind of sad. She told me how much she hates her mom. Her mom makes me feel uncomfortable. I can hear her whispering about me and talking about me. She stares at me and gives me dirty looks. Our family is a nice, typical family and we didn't do anything to them. My mom doesn't know her I just ride my scooter in their neighborhood or talk my dog for a walk there, Her daughter goes to my school and we talk there, but not after school anymore. We are good friends and we've never fought before. I told my mom and she said she would talk to her, but i didn't want her too because i would be embarrassed. What should I do? I still want to be friends with Sophie. |
