I believe he has developed feelings because He never wants me to go home. He gets mad at me when I want to leave after sex. He said, "Why can't you spend the night? I want to wake up next to you" I like him but if were not having sex there no point for me to hang around. We text everyday. After trying to get me to stay and holding on to me I finally got dressed. He said "Alright baby drive save" he kissed my hand. The number one reason why Im not pursuing a relationship with him is because I dont trust him. Let me start with the clincher: she has a boyfriend and doesn't avoid talking about him. Also she hasn't asked me about myself, like whether I have a girlfriend or what I do outside of work. Even though she's super friendly with everyone some of the things she does seem a little more than friendly to me. No girl has ever acted like this around me. She smiles and is always excited to see me (is like this with everyone though), talks to me like I'm one of her friends (even though I'm the quietest dude at work), listens intently when I talk, compliments me all the time (nothing about my physical appearance though), a few times touched me on the shoulder as she walked by, holds glance for a split second when she sees me, sits right next to me in the break room when there are plenty of seats open (sometimes she initiates conversation, sometimes doesn't), sometimes stands very close to me (like, within an inch) when there is absolutely no need to (but with her back turned towards me), asked for my number and put a smiley face next to my name in her phone (only calls me for work purposes though), tells all her coworkers about me, once or twice deliberately smiled at me for no reason, giggles at things I do sometimes even if they're not very amusing, and one time while sitting in the break room I thought I saw her make several quick glances at me out of the corner of my eye every 30 seconds or so (not sure about this one, though). What do you think? |

So, earlier, we went skating and we were in the locker room and j was like you're hot, you're hot, you're hot. To the other girls, starting with me. And then he left the room and was like "you're all hot" and today was the first day I actually talked to him (I've seen him around but never talked to him) and he kind of kept looking at me. And then at the mall, we were running (haha) and he put both hands on my waist and then said "come on, babe" and also, i was going to get food and he said " I'll come with you" quickly and when we came back to our friends, they were like "look at j and (my name) hitting it off!" And my sister made us a SHIP NAME! And we went to a store and I was facing a table in there and I felt something touch my butt and J was behind me and one of the other boys started laughing afterwards. They were performing with a singer, for her recital. At the end of the performance, he picked up a bag of candy, and reached in to grab one. He threw it at me. I ducked out of the way because I didn't know who it was being thrown to, I didn't want to catch it. Then, he pointed at me and said, "its for her." The music teacher asked something like "what was that?" and he told him "she's my favorite." Most of the chorus heard it. At a summer camp I volunteered at, we talked more. He asked me "do you have a boyfriend." and we played frisbee. One day at camp I was in the kitchen, and he walked up behind me and hugged me. He said "she's my favorite" He recalled the candy throwing memory. A bunch of other stuff. He told his friend that i'm his fave. He got happy when i switched to a class he happened to be in. She said she is sorry that she couldn't make the date but also told me, the next date I will be free, she will be free no matter what. She told me if she have plans like a weekend getaway to vegas with her friends, she will cancel it just to be with me. She says she will prioritize me. I don't want this. I just want her to continue her life, and make time for me whenever it is convenient for her. I just feel bad if she have to cancel her original plans just for me. 1. Should I just continue dating my girlfriend? 2. Would you feel bad if your significant other needed to cancel his/her original plans (with other people) just to spend time with you? 3. How should I feel? (if you were me, how would you feel) I want to feel special but I feel she is overdoing it. I just feel bad for her. She told me she will skip jury duty just to spend time with me. 4. How should I explain to her that that isn't needed, and all she needs to do is just make time for me whenever it is convenient for her. she doesn't need to cancel her plans just to be with me. And I basically told him that if he "ever needed to talk I'd be there to listen." I'm just wondering what this means in terms of our relationship? This guy and I have been slowly becoming friends, but I have a crush on him. I've been wondering whether he was into me, but this message (however sweet) makes me think he only cares for me as a friend. Instead of putting himself out there and saying something like "I'll always be there if you need help" he said something vague like "you always have friends to support you." Does this mean he only likes me as a friend? This guy is a true gentleman and he is incredibly sweet to everyone, so I can't tell if he's playing it safe (by hiding his feelings because he doesn't know I like him too) or if he just genuinely cares for me as a friend and has no idea how much he is confusing me? |
