Ok so I babysit these 2 little girls. And I'll admit it it, their dad is really hot, but the thing is I never actually planed on doing anything with my crush, I just thought it was a joke to me. I never told him I thought was Hottie McHottie, and hes kind of flirting with me, and making it look like we do that everyday. We don't. One time we were talking when I was playing with the his two year old daughter, and I sat down on the couch next to him after she ran around the house, and he was on the other side of the couch and he scooted next to me and joked around and when we were laughing he put his hand on my knee, and brushed up and down. I really freaked out? Am I being paranoid, or is he hitting on me.

My direct supervisor is on vacation right now but my boss is still there. I work in a very high volume kitchen as a cook. While my supervisor is on vacation my boss sees it like I am in charge. Today one of my co-workers was mad that she had to work on Sunday(her words, she says she never said but she did)she is typically off but today was very busy so she was put on the schedule to work. Yesterday when we needed more food (right away) she would not help me make it even when I asked her to stop doing what she was doing. And when we get into an argument she tends to call me names such as evil. So today after we got into I went into the Chef's office to say something to him(I hated to have to do this I hate all of the petty arguments that people get into, I never go to HR for any of this kind of thing but something needed to be said. the thing is.. he is so impatient. about everything. when we have fights. its like the end of the day. and the fight subjects are very little sometimes. example i didn like his opinion so i told mine and i try to make him understand. but he is in like a freakin debate competition. people say communication is the key. but trust me. i tried. it just doesnt work when he is angry. and if i talk about it when he is calm. he gets angry. i usually stay calm in most of our fights. because if i not, result is much worse, read later. and staying silent is also problem. sometimes if i surrender like i say sorry. it works. but why everytime! while fighting, he tries to make me understand his point. and if i say allright i do. he says oww so now you are angry with me. because he says i sound like i am sad/angry/watever. doesn't even give me break. you know? when it goes really bad. he screams at me.. blackmails me with breakups.. i cried while he says. but he never let go. THATS the main prob, he never let go! such times what ever i say he thinks its against him even when its not true. makes me feel guilty. and these days if i feel like crying i have to keep it mute. cause its also another issue. this might sound really bad right now. but this is the only bad thing about us. other than this. every thing is perfect. just when we fight. he cant be calm. i cant be angry with him. sometimes i really want to be angry and show him that. but i know eventually it all will turn on to me.

My roommate has a cold and has been waking me up in the middle of the night coughing, sneezing, etc. Over the last couple of nights he's been snoring like hell. I couldn't sleep through it, so I've been going over to his bed and hitting him with a pillow. This morning he looked at me like he wanted to strangle me. I've tried sleeping on the couch but it's too cold. I can't get earplugs till Monday because the buses don't run on weekends, but he snores so loudly I'm not even sure earplugs would do much good.

Woke up this morning and he's cleaning his room for some reason.(he never does it unless I nag him about it for a while) I look at his hair, and it went rom black to blonde. Not bleach blonde, just light. Asked him why he did that. He told me cause he wanted to, said it was none of m business and left the house to go hang out with some friends. I went to see what he sis in his room and he threw away like half of his cothes,(shorts, shirts boxers) but he had new ones in his closet, like 10 pairs of jeans, new shirts mostly in dark colors and breifs. No idea where he got the money for them and I didn't bu the for him. Should I be worry that he dye his hair and got an completely new wardrobe without talking to me about it?

just wondering why this guy i know likes to tell me about what he does (or doesn't do) in terms of working out. is he telling me as a friend? or for me to like, pay him a compliment about his body? for example, i was chatting with him and he said he is going to walk somewhere because he hasn't done cardio in a long time and his fitbit shows it, or something. is he just telling me as a friend? he doesn't brag about working out, but basically tells me he needs to work out more.

I'm quite overweight and my teeth are crooked, so I'm not being unrealistic in my assessment of myself. This man is attractive, thin, and very smart. We had lunch together this week and found we had a lot in common. I worry that I come across as lonely or an easy lay, so I try to be friendly but not flirtatious. Okay so there is this singer I used to hate. He was (and is) very very popular and i went around telling every one how much i hate him and used to get in long debates with people who tried to convince me about changing my opinion. Recently he was in this musical tv series where they sing live songs and their are also behind the scene moments which show what was the whole song making process and i started to like his music and him as a person. So one part of me loves his music and voice and the other hates him because he is too mainstream. I already know I am going to get soo much judgment for this but please hear me out. I am 19 and the man that I have taken interest in is 58. I know he's old enough to be my father and maybe even grandfather but he is very sweet to me. He was married previously with no kids but divorced almost a decade ago. He is very financially secure but doesn't try to win me over with money. He is a complete gentleman and has never asked me for anything sexual. I know I shouldn't care what other people say because they will always have their opinion but it really bothers me when people assume things about me. I realize that the issue with huge age gaps is a level of maturity and just the simple fact of what you have in common. We are both very willing to try out things that the other takes interest in and I feel that though I may not be as mature as him he handles me well. So I want to know if there is really any moral issue for not being in a relationship with someone you feel connected to. I have always been attracted to older men but it usually never went older than late thirties. I know all the "complications" that come with dating an older man and I am willing to go through anything. I m 7 months pregnant and work all the time. My husband also spends a lot of time at work. They just hired a new girl who he will be closing the store with and working side by side with from now on. She s skinnier and prettier then me. Today my husband asked me to take our son to the car while we waited for him to get off work. He we where embarrassing him. So we went to the car and watched him talk to his new girl coworker. It seemed harmless enough but why we had to leave when our son wasn t acting any different then normal but a little more existed to see his dad I didn t understand. I feel like slowly he s been less and less interested in me. Maybe because I m getting fatter and so tired. I feel like seeing him with that girl was a preview of how my marriage will be once I have the baby. He ll work more spend more time with another girl then with me. Today I talked to him about it and he just said I was being ridiculous. This is our first kid. Our son was adopted. So as far as my body changing this isn t something I ve been threw before. I moved across the country with my boyfriend and we ve been living together for almost 3 years. I fell in love with his "YOLO" attitude, never sweating the small stuff. We live in Los Angeles now and he s aspiring to become an actor, which I think is great that he has the courage to follow his dream. But now that we re here, he s always angry, always stressed over money because instead of working for financial gain he works mostly for free to try and make connections. The tiniest thing can set him off into a rampage. At first I thought "well we just moved", and excuse after excuse. I begged him to go to therapy for his anger and he wasn t doing it. One day he punched our window and it shattered breaking his hand. I was about to leave then, but he promised to see a therapist. I stayed, but he never saw one. I ve come to the point to where I was pretty sure I was going to leave, but I had doubts- what if we re just having a rocky time which is normal? What if I have grass is greener syndrome? But I made a choice that I was finally going to leave, and then he sprung me for a loop- he finally has a meeting with a therapist. If I stay to see if it works out, I ll be signing another year lease and will be stuck for that time. But my whole beef was that he wasn t even trying, but now I guess he is. I m so nervous I m going to make a big mistake, and I know I would break his heart if I left- but I m also almost 30 and don t want to waste anymore time. Does anyone have any advise?

So I am 25 years old and I am currently holding off on getting a job until I come back from my trip. I am going to vietnam to meet a group of ladies who I will choose one of them to marry and let her be my wife. I couldn't find anyone in america and no woman wants me in america and so my family is helping me out. One of my friends was criticizing me because I am choosing to hold off on getting a job until I get back from vietnam. The reason I am holding off on getting a job right now is because if I started working and tried to take two months off after only working there for 6 months the employer wouldn't be happy and I would get fired I think. My friend was criticizing me and said that I need to get my priorities straight. He said that no one over there would agree to marry me if I have no job. I mean everyone over there thinks that I have a job because I told my aunt that I have a job as a computer tech and she believed it and told my fiancee. That means no one will know because I will get a job as soon as the wedding is over and that I am back in america.
