Im the darkest person in my group of friends. I prefer white guys but all of them would only hookup with me and not date me because I'm not white. They all like white girls, and it sucks because I'm not one. I like the person I am and I know a guy should get to know my personality and like me for that, but I feel like so many more guys would like me if I was a different race and it just hate how society is like this. He hugs me and cries or he lets me hold him while he cries. He's a rock star he's been the drummer for lots of bands. He's older than me but age doesn't matter to me. His first wife died of cancer years ago. He had 3 kids with her. Me and him are having another baby this fall he's even has grandkids and a great grandkid. I know why he's depressed for him this is like starting over again. He's worried we'll be married for 10 years then divorce then I'll be like her I'll be dead with in the next 30 or 40 years but I'm still young also I don't have cancer. He said this really bothers him. He's so cute I hate seeing him so sad. Even though it's kind of cute when he cries. He even lost his two best friends too. These girls do coke and enjoy getting drunk and going out. My boyfriend says that he loves these girls (as friends) and everytime we go out with the mutual friend, my boyfriend always ask if these girls are coming along. We got in an argument at a party and my boyfriend was in a bad mood but as soon as these girls showed up he got happy and excited. He says that these girls are so fun "they are really fun girls" and it makes me really insecure. He's admitted to me before that he was attracted to party girls. I trust my boyfriend but I don't trust these girls. He says he doesn't want a girl like that and he likes having a girlfriend like me. The guy I lost my virginity to ended up taking advantage of me and making fun of me behind my back the whole time. He had girls on the side that were unattractive and had worse personalities but were treated much better. Since then, I've probably gotten a lot more attractive, but I noticed when I acted normal and friendly with men, they either would distance themselves, get bored, or treat me like garbage. This is especially true if you have sex with them soon, they think you want to get married. When I respond less to texts and act less nice, they get hooked. I have also seen really mean and malicious girls stay in long distance relationships. However, this isn't the life I want. I have started to spend a lot more time alone because it doesn't seem like most men are worth my time. Am I wrong to think as I stay nice and friendly, men will abuse me and move on? They probably perceive me as not a challenge, and because I am attractive, their egos get fulfilled when I speak two sentences to them. I definitely think men have a lot of psychological issues of their own and it comes out in who they are attracted to. Also I am 23. It's a lot worse with younger men. When we first started talking, he told me that women have told him that he's bad at communication. My ex and I talked all the time. I could get advice from him.
