My best friends then threw the pen out the window and smashed it against a brick wall. Today when i was leaving school him and his father stopped me. (His father has no self control and doesnt understand he has no right to get involved in this situation) He asked me that he heard something about his sons pen being stolen. I was scared out of my mind so i told him the truth. I said i originally took the pen but was going to give it back to him the next day. I also had to tell him what my friend had done to the pen and I think I might have gotten away. I was talking to the kid earlier and i was being super nice to him so I hope i dont get in any trouble. My question is I am nervous that I will get suspended for theft? I go to a Catholic Grammar School in Bronx, NY. Is this only harmless and no serious punishment will be given? Thanks! |

Also, before I go with a big group, I like to scope out the area with two or three friends of mine who are also experienced in night hikes. P.S. Would regular radios (like those found in Fry's Electronics or online) work fine in these areas or should I bring along HAM radios, which is licensed to one of my friends. She'll send me copies of the horribly scathing emails she's written him with nasty language and threats, and will laugh about how she demeaned him until he cried, and then 2 days later "all is well" and he's a nice man. When she rips him to shreds (which pretty much happens 1-2 times a week), I suggest perhaps this isn't a healthy relationship. But she'll backpeddle and say that once he meets all her demands, it's fine. I never knew this side of her and I don't like it one bit. Other than that, we get along fine but I'm so shocked and disgusted at this mean, cruel, nasty side of her. Any advice? |

Personally, I wouldn't mind if it were anyone else having a few drinks, but he seems like he may be an alcoholic, always trying to persuade me to go drinking with him. I'e turned down the idea nicely multiple times and simply said that I don't feel comfortable around alcohol. They just don't let up on it though; I ask them to the movies or out for pizza, they decline and offer a place that serves alcohol. I honestly don't feel safe with this guy when he's sober, let alone drunk. He seems like the jealous-type, and me being a male might make him believe I'm a potential threat to his marriage. We reunited at the age of twelve, and everything seemed to be going great for awhile. Soon, I decided that one day I'd buy her a One Direction magazine as a gift, since I knew she loved them. After that, she demanded I keep buying them with my allowance money for her or the friendship was over. I was scared that I'd lose her, so I went to the store whenever they sold new magazines and bought her one. Stupid, I know. After that, I spent the night at her house and changed into pajamas. She told me it was weird that my boobs were so small because I was fat, and after that she would make rude remarks about my body on occasion. I'm sensitive and insecure, so of course it hurt me. Then, she'd get angry if I ever hung out with anyone else, but she had tons of friends of her own and frequently posted photos of her with them. I made the mistake of posting a photo with a friend of mine on Facebook, she saw it and threw a huge fit about it. On top of that, she was always critical of me and how I did my hair and would constantly say things she knew would hurt me. Even though it's been three years, I still haven't forgiven her and my mom acts like it's a crime that I dislike her, because in my mom's mind, she was a great friend. She s told me once that I m crushing on guys too fast (insinuating I was some attentionwhore or guy lover) while saying I know nothing about love unlike her, and that i wrongly think i m in love(I do not even think this). All that because I make first steps towards guys in order to see if things work out). Now she s telling me she thinks I have some kind of mental disorder, that I m obsessed on gaining weight. (It s true I wish to have more curves, but I still like my body, I m a bit confident of it.) I talk about my weight more than the average. But that s not a reason to say I have a mental trouble. When I try to answer we get into some sort of debate and she ends up telling me to stop the discussion and that it is a shame I take things badly and that I won t accept what she says. She is the kind to think she knows everything and she won t back down except if there is a scientifical proof against. I m usually not that way, but I don t like when people call me things which are false. But isn t it the same for anybody? Am I in the wrong here? Isn t it weird for her to be mad that "I don t accept her warnings and points of view", when I really try to make her see things, the way I do? And I should know better than her, right? She would put me down(sometimes in front of others), tell me that other people are better than me, talk about me behind my back, ignore me(if she saw me in the hallways, she wouldn't speak to me) and she once said, "Don't leave me here with (my name)!" because our friend was quitting soccer (the 3 of us all play together). She doesn't hang out with me, and for our soccer tournament, she wanted to room with me. So I switched out and roomed with someone else, (she got mad) but why would I room with someone who doesn't even talk to me? I signed up to be a team captain, and she told me that I'll never make it. Unfortunately she was right; she ended up being team captain. She would stop hanging out with me and she sort of stopped talking to me. But this year, she's nicer. She doesn't talk to me a lot, but she does talk to me. She only talks to me when none of her friends are around. I think she's wishy-washy. I don't know what to do. |

Her mom is shy so my mom said she'd call her instead of vise versa. but my mom still hasn't done it and refuses to do it because it will be "weird" I hate this so much because she does it every ******* time. My whole life shes been the awkward mom who refuses to set up playdates, come in to pick up you from the sleepover, won't come downstairs to take homecoming pictures. Shes so ******* lazy and annoying. Okay so I have a friend and we both come from a single income family and we're not poor but it's really hard to buy nice things with the money (or lack of) that we have. But she clearly doesn't accept this. She steals money from other people at school even people in her own family, and pretty much anyone she can and takes things from stores sometimes,. And she NEVER gets caught. She's been able to get all kinds of things. Michael Kors wallet, Calvin Klein things, getting her nails done, expensive shoes, makeup, clothes, backpack, food. She now has a credit card and always has cash in her wallet. How is she getting away with this? Its really frustrating that she gets to buy all these things and I can't. And she does whatever she wants. Drinks at school, smokes weed, parties, and she barely even shows up bc she skips classes to hangout with her boyfriend. But she never gets in trouble. She just texts in class when she comes & is usually late but the teachers don't yell at her and still give her good grades even though she doesn't do her work. Plus she cheats a lot sells drugs sometimes. She & this other girl just bought gold jewelry & $600 concert tickets that I really wanted but can't afford. it's so annoying cause I feel left behind now that she's got all this money & just does what she wants. I'm just really confused, how come she does so well & is able to do whatever she wants, but not me? |

Anyways, my parents said it was too expensive for a birthday, and I was perfectly cool with that. I had absolutely no problems with it, I understood. Then I got a PS4 for my birthday. So something 50 dollars more expensive, and it wasn't even what I wanted. Am I greedy if I'm a bit peeved? For some reason my parents seem to think they know what I want more than I do, and even if its something more expensive, they get it anyways. I've even expressed my distaste towards PS systems in the past, yet they got it anyways. Today was the first day of summer and I had no plans last night so I just stayed home. All my friends were hanging out with people and it was all over snapchat, and I kinda felt lonely and upset. Today, I walked to the pool in my neighborhood to read a book and a large group of my friends were at the pool. They ran up to me and hugged me, got excited to see me, but I found myself feeling angry. No one thought to invite me to the pool, and I felt like a loner seeing them all together. They quickly invited me to stay and hangout but I brushed it off, coming up with a lame excuse for why I couldn t. Then I walked back home and cried.
