However, she seemed to be less helpful towards me for some reason and would give concise answers to my school questions. I decided to stop asking her for help and do things myself. Two months later, I got admitted to med school and posted it on FB, (she's on my FB) but she didn't bother congratulating me even though I'm pretty sure she knew about it. Then nearly half a year later she randomly texted me around 11 pm to tell me she saw me with her brother earlier that night and to congratulate me on getting to med school (6 months after I had been admitted and announced it on FB). In that text she wrote a really nice congratulations text with a few smiley faces but I dont get it, why did she wait so long to congratulate me and why did it happen so randomly? |

She is also a vendor. Before the covid 19 hit we used to say hi to each other but never had a conversation because she is very work oriented which i respect. The next day, on Saturday, it was the 4th of July. After spending the whole day in his house because he didnt want to do anything or go anywhere with me, even for food. He gets a text from his friend Leo and tells me he's going to go hang out with him because hes leaving on Monday to go out of town for awhile and doesnt know when he will be able to see him again. I haven't minded i miss seeing her all the time but whatever makes her happy. But recently I found these stories or "movie scripts" she writes in a Facebook group. I was never in the group but I joined recently and she's not aware I'm in the group. She basically has been writing this story about herself and the life she told me she wants to live. On a farm with her horse her dog ( she even went as far to write them as the same as the one's she has in real life) and she described herself as she is in real life. And even wrote she drives the car she always dreamt of. And in the story the only thing left out is me. It's she lives alone. In some of the stories even this girl meets a farm guy that she falls in love with. Which is not me I'm a college student I didn't grow up on a farm or around horses. A lot has gone on while we dated where he has hurt me badly. He told me he purposely got me pregnant when I was 19, he wanted to keep the baby. His mom found out and thought it wasn't a good idea for him to have a baby with a 19 year old since he is a teacher and teaches kids 2 years younger than me. I then had an abortion and had to go on my own (2 hours there and back), pay for it myself and everything. This all happened within the first three months of our relationship.I've been trying to leave for two years. The first time I tried to leave, he stood by the door not letting me leave. I sat by the door crying, he called his mom thinking she could talk me into staying but she was really angry he called at 9pm and ended up just screaming at me. Once the call was done, he thought the neighbors would hear me crying so he drug me by my one free hand to the bedroom. I've tried to leave since, but it usually ends in me crying myself to sleep. I'm not saying I'm the good guy in this situation at all, I full recognize that 99% of the problems in this relationship are because of me.I want to leave and find myself and try to become a better person, or even just a break so I can think.I havent told anyone the things happening to me because I dont want their view of him to change. Is it wrong for me to want to leave?I'm constantly being told it is by him and his mom. I have the money to leave, my own car and am working two jobs. That's not an issue. I just dont know if I'm doing the right thing leaving someone that I've been with for four years. I'm constantly being told I'm the bad guy and I believe him. But why doesn't he let me leave then? Typical asshole type who thinks he should act that way to get pretty girls to fall in love with him. What ended up happening was he was telling me he was still a student and didn't feel ready for a relationship and wasn't treating me right, so I left. I ended up being in another relationship for 2 years but once we broke up, A noticed right away that there weren't any pictures of us on Instagram and wanted to see me again. Once we saw each other he told me how much he missed me, kissed my hands and my forehead many times. We have been seeing each other and sleeping together. He has been acting very generous, going out of his way for me, buying me things, spending lots of time with me, opening doors for me, making romantic gestures in the car even after sex. He has said that since he has a good job now he feels ready to be in a relationship. Is it possible that once I left him he realized how much he cared for me and wanted me back or do you think he is doing all this just to sleep with me? |

A good chunk of her family got infected and she is a single mom looking after her kid. During the chat she kind of subtly said that she still loves me and asked me if I had found anyone since we broke up I told her no. Here is what happened next: Me: So what's been going on with you am I stepping on anyones feet at the moment? Her: It's complicated rn but the fact that I'm here should tell you something I always took the it's complicated rn because of everything going on in her personal life so I just thought it was her saying "yes I do like you but I'm not in the position to be dating anyone". But everyone I have talked to keeps telling me its because she is seeing someone else but to me at least she doesn't seem like the type of girl to be messing around with other guys if she was in a relationship with another guy she has always been known for her honesty so I don't think she would do something shady like that. I do plan on talking to her again and really asking her what is going on but what do you think? I prefer girls opinions on this thanks! I know that he feels strongly for me but I am confused because this was unexpected. I'm not sure how to respond, I do have very strong feelings for him but I don't want to move too fast and he's expressed that he doesn't want to move too fast. There is this one girl at a safeway that i go to and i find her very cute. She is also a vendor. Before the covid 19 hit we used to say hi to each other but never had a conversation because she is very work oriented which i respect. When the covid 19 hit i stopped seeing her for three months. Today was the first time i seen her since then, we both were going through the same doors and met up at the entrance I said hi to her like i always do and asked her hows she been. She answered but i could sense she was more nervous than i was and gave me basic answers so i backed off just in case she felt uncomfortable. Does she not remember me? Did i come off too strong? I've also never asked a girl out before or anything so I kind of forgot about girls for 7 years now and pretty much just focused on myself with work and hobbies. Sometimes at parties or events I try to look at people and smile or stay in the corner saying nothing and just watching and waiting for something to happen but most of the time I cant read "signals". I've met some girls here and there and I even bought this ebook on how to get a girlfriend and that you need to look for signals before approaching her. Even when I do talk to a girl, how do I tell whether or not shes interested? I met a girl a few days ago while walking in the neighborhood and it almost looked like she winked at me when we talked briefly (she had errands to run). How can you tell whether or not a girl wants you to approach/talk to her? |
