They want me to hate her because she tends to hold grudges a lot, this is true but I feel like we're doing the same thing if we hate her. I'm supposed to hate her and her relatives that are not related to us such as her parents and siblings.

Are all Chinese moms and parents like this? I was the unfortunate kid that was born into a Chinese family, my mom is a psycho. I think she actually have mental illness...i have a older sister and a younger brother. Chinese families favor boys, so my mom screams at me and my sister to go die/kill ourselves every time we do something little, she screams for hours nonstop, when she does that, dad comes out and stare at us and grits his teeth asking what happened. He never knows what's going on, he never listens to us. Dad only really gets mad and hits us when ever mom starts screaming at us to go die and stuff. Our family is messed up. Mom screamed at me to go die and threw nasty words at me when i changed the video on the tv (and my niece was watching it too) my niece cried because apparently she liked the video before i changed it and mom heard her crying so she stomped over to us and began hitting me and screaming that i should die "if you were never born i could've lived another 10 years" and "i'll kill you and bury you in my backyard and use you as fertilizer."  She's all bark no bite, all words no action.  Well she used to not be, she used to beat me till i'm bruised up and bleeding when i was smaller. I went to 3rd grade like that and teacher asked so i told them about my mom, yeah the school called the police. So now she doesn't use violence, but just words. She lets dad do the bruising now.  My sister is also a victim. I can't move out, i'm 16. IS MY LIFE MISERABLE? note: she just slap and shove me now, which is nothing compared to years ago before the police came to our house.

He won't tell me his name what he looked like only that when they met he asked him for money for petrol and supposedly told lies. Even More frustrating my dad has my grandmas name so I have no idea of that history. Is it fair I'm being deprived to know about him because my dad doesn't like him. 

Our brother passed away towarwds the end of 2019 and i have three sister from the same mom and dad then my brother but me and him had different moms same dad... we also have a little sister but they would always say she wasnt my dads daughter but my dad always says it is his daughter. anyways, she is the youngest and just so rude and mean and a total b**** me and my sisters always tried to be there for her and she didnt want it she doesnt even talk to my dad anymore, but the thing is my dad does want to talk to her he acts like he doesnt care but i know he does.. and somedays i dont want to care anymore neither because she really doesn't care .. me and my brother were the same age and very close basically twins.. he was always the peace maker between me and her.. and i feel like since ive lost my brother i lost her... even tho she talk crap all over social media and to other people i feel like i still need to be there for her. She just had her baby girl and i want to go get her daughter something i was on here to ask if its even worth trying or what should i get for her daughter something a mother would really appreciate but i would know i dont have kids lol.....  My other sisters and even my sister inlaw who has my my brothers daughter whom lives with me.. they all say basically F*** her because shes a B**** and is always talking crap and says she wants to fight etc.. ya know? truth is i just miss when i could hang out with my brother and the days she would be there too. 

Currently my mom and my brother tested positive for COVID 19 my moms case is mild she has fever on and off. And she choose to stay home for 14 days in her room. But my brother case is a bit severe and his been having difficulty breathing and coughing. He doesn't want to see doctor he prefer to stay home. How long should you stay away from people because I wanted to visit my mom but not with my kids. I'm very terrified of this disease do you think it will disappear soon. 

So recently she confronted me about this (and it's not the first time) She said that whenever she tries to do something (like a hobby for example) I look like I'm furious or jealous over that. which is definitely NOT true. I've always supported her decisions, listened to her and comforted her when she needed it the most. I really wanted to just be there for her. But Guess she misunderstood my intentions? I don't know how or why because I always thought I was nice to her. This saddens me and it reminded me of all the times she accused me of seeing her as a competition. She once said that I pick boys over family (i never had a boyfriend that time) which is not true. Also, she started an argument over a stupid game (We played ml together and I took a diff lane from her and played safe) and said that I was a coward. She texted me the day after. I was in a shock, really. I didn't know she'd think of me like that. Even when she was in college, she'd text me frequently about how I make her feel and that always made me cry. Even though I compliment her works and  skills a lot, she feels like I'm actually furious about it and ends up NOT continuing her hobby. She always makes me the bad guy and now I don't even know what to feel about her. She supports me sometimes and I appreciate that but now I don't even want to put an effort because she'll always accuse me again.

I almost always sleep in my own bed but sometimes I wake up during the night and crawl into my parents' bed. My dad doesn't like it and told me that he might be doing things to mom so he is going to have the door locked all night. I am 13 btw and mom and dad are 32.

I have a brother who always belittles me in the name of fun and jestering. It really hurts me and he's been doing for as long as I was able to hear. I'm the youngest one in the family and I have always been the little one or the stupid one. I've told my brother many times that I take his jests personally but he doesn't halt. I assume that's why I have started to abhor him. How can I deal with such people who humiliate others in the name of jokes?

I'm 13 and I'm a boy and my sister is 24. But she kicked me out a couple days ago because i was disrespecting her boyfriend. I have anger issues so he just made me mad and i ended up cussing at him and calling him offensive names. I'm back living with my mom now! But it's just crazy how my sister chooses her retarded boyfriend over her blood sibling. She literally kicked me out on the streets just because i called her boyfriend names and she didn't like it. Should i tell my mom that my sister literally puts her stupid boyfriend before me?

I am the only girl out of us 4 siblings. Thwy are 17-20 and I am 16. We often have movie nights when we are home alone. I wear quite tight jeans or yoga pants with a t shirt. The bathroom is far from my room so I have to walk past them when I want to go to my room. I usually only wear a towel here.

I have talked to my niece why she doesn't talk to me at all and she tells me she doesn't know. Is this kids just growing up? She laughs and hugs my family but always gives me the silent treatment. I have spoke to her I never did anything wrong to her to not talk to me at all. Maybe I'm taking it too personal. She only hugs me in my birthday which is a little uncomfortable because she never speaks to me. I'm also a distant family person and maybe that's the reason. Please don't judge me. I'm not a mean person but I'm so tired of my boyfriend's 23 year old son. He seems too attached to his dad and my BF has major "guilty dad" syndrome. He's always feeling bad for his son and makes up excuses for him even though his son is lazy, spoiled and unemployed for over a year. He even brought his son to live with us for months without helping us financially and I lost my privacy because we live in a one bedroom apartment, which is mine. When the landlord found out that the son was here, his son left but my BF keeps bringing him back and constantly lies to me telling me that his son is not sleeping over with us anymore. This has happened 3 times already. When his son is not here, my house is so peaceful and I feel so much freedom and I deserve to be happy. Why do I have to be stuck with a 23 year old all the time? He takes up space at my house and I have to listen to him playing video games from my room. Sure, my boyfriend can see his son but do I have to be involved? I made plans for the 4th of July weekend to be alone with my boyfriend and now my plans are ruined because the boy stayed the night to be with dad again. When I came home today, I literally found his son laying at our bed!!!!!! Like he thinks he's entitled to my house. Should I leave this man? He has proven that he only cares for his son by constantly lying about him not sleeping here anymore. I feel that I won't be able to trust him and he will always do what he pleases.

I call my boyfriend everyday, usually his younger siblings will interrupt every now and then but it's nothing totally obnoxious.  But recently his little brother began barging into his room and insisting on showing him how to play foot doctor; it started out funny but now he won't stop. How do I help my boyfriend stop his little brother from mentioning foot doctor so much

I don't understand these women. They dropped out of high school, work at McDonald's, and can't support themselves financially and will never be able to support a family on their own, yet they claim they don't need no man even though the only way they will ever be financially secure or have a family is if they get married to a man who can provide for her and the family

So I'm 19 years old I'm about to be 20 in September. Me and my bf have been together for around 9 months and pretty much already lived together for the majority of our relationship while I was at college. My parents pay for everything. (College, rent, my phone bill, etc) I've already told them I wanted to move out and they said they will cut me off financially and cut all ties off with me completely. Ive never had a good relationship with my mom but my dad is easily one of my best friends and he was disappointed when I told him I wanted to move out. My rent is up in late July and if I move in with my bf it'll save them 300 bucks a month but they're super religious and my mom hates my boyfriend with a passion. How do I tell my parents that I want to move out
