Question: Snapchat emojis not updating/accurate? Posted: 08 Jun 2018 05:57 PM PDT I've had many number one best friends the past month. It will show the heart but then they will move to let's say the third spot and continue to have the heart while the person in the number one spot will have the regular best friend emoji. And if I snap someone and become one of theirs it will show the smirk face. Then they will show up on my list with the smirk and not the best friend emoji. To fix it I have to log out and back in. But it doesn't fix it permanently. I tried deleting and reinstalling the app too. Does anyone else have this problem. |
Question: Trouble with my friends? Posted: 08 Jun 2018 03:22 PM PDT i'm going to be a junior in high school in the fall, and honestly my friends are driving me nuts. i'm not 16 yet so i can't drive, and most of my friends haven't had their license for six months so they can't drive me either. this makes it hard to do things with them when my parents can't drive me, so i miss out on a lot. i'm decently popular, i have a lot of "friends" but i don't really talk to any of them daily except my best friend, and it seems like all she wants to do is make out with guys. she always wants to set me up with guys, but honestly they annoy me so much and i don't want to to hang out with them. all i'm focused on right now is my modeling and planning on moving to new york for college. i'm kinda a loner though i'm popular & social. i have this image i have to upkeep but i'd rather stay home & do makeup and watch a movie than go out with my friends. but i also don't wanna be excluded. part of it is that they don't rlly have the same interests as me, i'm rlly into fashion, politics, & art, & they just care about drama at school. i also am pretty shy so it's hard for me to meet new people, but i don't come off as shy which makes it more difficult. my friends are just bugging me because they keep hanging out with new people who i don't want to make the effort to socialize with bc they don't have similar interests as me & i can't hold intelligent conversations with them. i'm sorry, this probably sounds really pretentious. but does anyone have advice? |

Question: Do you feel his friends are interested in talking to me? Posted: 08 Jun 2018 02:56 PM PDT The guy I like knows I like him. He sends his friends to my work to see me. There's been a few times where they came through my line, they know who I am, they know what I look like, they know I like him, and interested in dating him. |

Posted: 08 Jun 2018 01:53 PM PDT So me and this girl had sex last night but the condom broke and I didn't notice until I finished inside of her. She has been on birth control since February, just got off her period 2 days ago, and she took the Plan B pill the next morning. I told her it wasn't necessary but she insisted on getting Plan B because her cousin and friend both got pregnant on birth control. I guess she just wanted to be extra safe. So I went and bought it for her. I didn't watch her take it (dumb I know) but she was the one who wanted to get it so I'm sure she did. What do you think the chances of her still getting pregnant are? Just curious on your thoughts |
Question: Asking for a phone number? Posted: 08 Jun 2018 01:18 PM PDT I feel like this is such a dumb question, but I'm just curious on how you can ask someone for their phone number (not romantic based) at least in the least awkward way possible. Like, I participate in an extracurricular activity and there are some people I'd like to get to know better and hang out with outside of practices. Or, I guess also would it be odd to message them privately on social media about hanging out? |
Question: Do you think my friend is crazy ? Posted: 08 Jun 2018 01:18 PM PDT My best friend is 21 she's gonna be 22 next month she got married when she was 16 she's got 5 kids. She got pregnant with her twins when she was 15 her husbands side of the family has twins. They're almost 6 her second son is 4 her other daughter is 2 she just had another baby a week ago. Her mom died when she was little she doesn't remember her it was just her and her dad until he died he died not long before her twins were born. Also her husband is twice her age but they've been friends for a long time. He's in his 20's maybe early 30's I'm not sure how old he is. I can't believe her dad let her marry him. She said she's been drinking since she was 11 years old her dad didn't care. He never really cared about what she did. Her daughters are gonna grow up to be whores like their mom. Does she sound crazy ? Also her husband came to pick her up from work the other night she was really drunk also she was mad she said she drove half a mile with the back car door open with the twins in the back seat luckily they were buckled up she said she did that to teach her kids a lesson wtf. She don't even see her kids all day while she's at work also her kids are good they never do anything wrong is she messed up or what ? |
Question: Why does my friend acts like a jerk on purpose? Posted: 08 Jun 2018 12:18 PM PDT This started happening a few months ago out of nowhere. All of a sudden he just started saying rude/insulting things to people on purpose and will constantly brag about how much of an @sshole he is and then laugh about it. The thing is the majority of the time it isn't really funny and people wanna fight him but then he acts like the other people are the jerks and when people crack one joke about him he gets all pissed off. All my other friends can't stand him and won't hang with me if he's around. I tried explaining this to him but he just wen't in to the "I tell it how it is, they need to get over themselves and man up". He was never like this before. Why does he act like this? |

Posted: 08 Jun 2018 11:06 AM PDT I don't really like Fortnite that much, since I don't like that type of game. However, most of my friends love this game and treat it more than just a game. When I do play with them, I will admit that I'm not good, I always died early and have little to no effect in the game. This causes my friends to constantly yell at me making me know I suck. Whatever, right? But when I tell them to calm down saying it's only a game, they retaliate and say that I suck too much at the game to say anything about it. Not only that, but my group of friends (roughly 5-6) yell and bully each other on the game. One time, two of my friends were arguing at each other back and forth over who was more successful. It got so bad that they were taking personal shots at each other and it got ugly (like: no wonder nobody likes you because you're annoying, or: at least my dad doesn't have cancer). Arguments over Fortnite are so common in my friend group, that I always dread it when they ask me to play with them. Although I am rarely involved in any way of the arguments, I can't seem but feel disgusted and hurt that this game is seemingly destroying our friendship. One time, it got so bad that no one in the group would talk to each other except me since I rarely play Fortnite. In fact, another altercation happened. I was thinking of deleting the game, but it would have little to no effect on everyone else. How can I make a last ditch attempt to save our close friendship we had for years from Fortnite? Help |
Question: Should I confess to him that I like him even though? Posted: 08 Jun 2018 11:04 AM PDT He already has a gf, he is leaving soon and I won't be able to see him or contact with him anymore , I think he knew that I like him but due to the fact that he is just attached , he is acting blur and so do I? So my question is - after he left, should I tell him that I like him but I don't expect him to be with me or like me back, I just want to confess and then make a closure and move on coz I don't like this kind of feeling dangling on the air and yet not et get an answer though, of course I won't be telling him face to face but I would text him, should I do that or not? |
Question: Are people messing with me? Posted: 08 Jun 2018 08:24 AM PDT Why would a girl say "hi.. Buddy..." to me in a sarcastic voice, then girls around would laugh. What does this signify? Why do guys and girls call me buddy? im in highschool btw. |
Question: Is asking someone let me know how something goes demanding? Posted: 08 Jun 2018 08:14 AM PDT say it is a job interview, or an operation that they had...etc. Is it demanding to request that? |
Question: Gift for my friend? Will she not like it? Posted: 08 Jun 2018 04:59 AM PDT My best friend is not feeling good, we had a tiny little fight over something stupid yesterday. We're both girls. I wanted to make her feel better. So I went on facebook and saved a picture she absolutely LOVES of her puppy and I printed it out! Its such a cute photo, she never printed it so I thought to print it myself and send it to her. I wanted to put it in the envelope eith a hand written letter and send it to her, do you think it would make her feel better? I just want her to smile a little bit. I didn't want to spend a lot on it because I'm on a tight budget, should I send her the picture in the envelope and send it with the letter or frame it? |
Question: How can I handle this issue with my roommate? Posted: 08 Jun 2018 01:11 AM PDT So I just moved into a new place after going through HELL at my last one. I was gone most of the day today, and my roommate Steve has offered to take my dog for a walk and seems to really like him. My dog todd doesn't have a cage, and i always leave food and water for him if I'll be gone most of the day or am getting home really late. Today I got home around 3.30 am and Steve yelled at me and belittled/ talked down to me and said it's really not right to have todd cooped up in the room all day, and that todd is not his responsibility . I disagree that it's not right to leave todd in my room by himself, and never once asked Steve to do anything for todd— in fact , he's the one who has ASKED to take him for walks! Is Steve completely out of line in this situation? How should I handle this? |
Question: What's happening with him. I dont understand? Posted: 08 Jun 2018 12:14 AM PDT We broke up and when I tried going back(6 months ago) he said he wouldn't forgive me for saying something about his mom when he said something to mine first(idiotic).I didn't chase him. We ran into eachother one day i expected him to ignore but he smiled and said hi.Now he keeps looking at me, making eye contact and i caught him looking at me sneakily through the door crack. He's started coming out about the same time as I do and he said hi hesitantly and smiling. Few Sundays ago I was going down the stairs and he was behind me. He was "on the phone" saying he was leaving church and would call back which wasn't necessary since church was already over. I feel like he did it so I'd know he was behind me. We walked next to eachother he smiled and said how are you. We had a few exchanges and I asked him about his sick brother. The following week he didnt show himself inside church(he's a deacon) as I was leaving he was behind me going down the stairs. I turned around just saw a glimpse of him and turned back around didn't say hi. He would look to lock eyes with me and smile when we'd be close now even though throughout church he keeps staring but now he doesn't smile anymore and is acting kind of avoidant. I stopped going to church for a month, I went and he was staring at me constantly. Then would try not to come out often like why change your behavior if it doesn't matter? |
Question: Should I tell her how I feel after graduation? Posted: 07 Jun 2018 11:51 PM PDT I've had feelings for the same girl since kindergarten, I graduate tomorrow. We've been great friends forever, not the hanging out type but if we'd see each other in public we'd talk. Since I don't really expect to see her again I figure what the hell and tell her but I feel like it would make our great friendship weird. Just looking for guidance. |
Question: Is this girl trying to tell me she doesnt want to talk to me anymore? Posted: 07 Jun 2018 10:57 PM PDT So I've been talking to this girl for 6 months. We go to the same college. This girl and I went out a lot together and hooked up. She admitted into liking me to my face multiple times. She always used to give me random kisses, play with my hair and tell me how cute i am. She went to study abroad for a month and she reached out to me multiple times. I only kind of reached out to her once, but I had some stuff going on. So one night she drunk texted me saying, Im drunk, you should be here to take of me" and I just said im on the way and ill give her one of my famous massages and she just went "i wantttt" since then she went a little cold. I texted her on Tuesday to see if she got back and she responded and told me yeah that she was. I then called her yesterday to see how her trip was. She didn't answer and texted me this last night 3 hrs later: "Heyy sorry whenever you called me I couldn't talk! I'll call you tomorrow :)" and the whole day and night went by where im from and she never even called me... im just confused. I get she's spending time with her family but I feel something is up. And because she just drunk texted me not even a week ago... |
Question: Why do girls at my school always wear mini skirts and show lots of cleavage? Posted: 07 Jun 2018 12:28 PM PDT Some freshman girls wear short shorts that are TORN around the back - as short as a pair of panties. And what's funny is that these girls are self proclaimed 'perfect' christians with morals ( nowadays, lots of the teens at my school love to hold on to their Christian beliefs, surprisingly) |
