Posted: 24 May 2018 08:19 PM PDT For about the past 8 months,I have been in a relationship which started out great and everything, but over time started to become more and more toxic and emotionally abusive. We would break up at least once a month, and she would always go into a very depressive and suicidal period, and guilt me into getting back with her because she "has nothing to live for" that she "might as well kill [herself] because she will never find someone who will love [her] again". It has been on and on like this for the last 8 months, and I have just gotten so sick and tired of it, and have finally come to the realization of how toxic it really is. It was just like every other college relationship, we slept together every single night that we were with each other. But I am not going back to the same school in the fall, and neither is she. We also live 3 hours away from each other, so without having to drive that far just to see each other, we will most likely never see each other again. So in reality, just blocking her on everything is an option, but I would feel so bad for that. Also, the other night we had an argument that lasted until 6am. During this argument, she made it seem that she was going to kill herself, sent me her "last goodbye" and everything. But just like every other time, she guilted me right back to staying with her. She made me feel like everything was my fault, that she has no reason to live other than me and all this other stuff. I just want out, but I just don t know how |

OKAY so I am 5 feet tall, and have DOUBLE D's, and I weigh around 120. LIKE they already look big on me. It just seems like I am never good enough for him, and he always wants to change me. He also told me to do squats to get a bigger ***, and to change the color of my hair... I'm not a model by any means, but I have no problem scoring some digits... Do you think all of these requests are a big deal and red flags or am I just blowing it out of proportion. He said he would never break up with me because of these things, but it would just be nice if I did it, he even offered to pay for it. But I feel like he should just love me for me and what I look like, and has to understand I will never have a Kim K or Demi Mawby figure... Do you think I have a right to get pissed about this? When I was 18 I was almost raped. I've had a lot of guys take off condoms when I didn't want them to, stuff like that. I've had drug problems before. I've dated a very abusive guy that would say things like "You don't deserve to be treated well" and would make me do really degrading things in bed to prove I loved him. I know I sound like a moron that makes bad choices but I'm otherwise an intelligent person but not when it comes to men. When men want to take me on a simple date it's too easy for me and I'm not intrigued. I get intrigued if a guy only wants to **** me, then it feeds my ego if he ends up having feelings for me. It's happened before. I'm very socially anxious, but honestly, also a bit sociopathic and have a hard time connecting with others. I have a deep longing to, but at the same time and unwilling to put much real effort. I'm into really violent, degrading sex as well. Well anyway, I've always stayed out of it because it is not my place to judge and I just mind my own business. Well the other day, she met up with the guy and they both went to the food court. Another girl I work with went to the food court to get a drink and when she came back she said "Oh my gosh, look" and showed me a picture of Ana and that guy kissing. I said "Haha wow what a sl*t, she shouldn't be married and doing this crap" Well unfortunately for me, Ana came right behind me and heard/saw everything and got super mad. She then said she was going to tell our manager me and that girl who showed me the picture that we are bullying her and taking pictures without her consent. I didn't take the picture but I did make that comment. Can I get in trouble for something like that? I doubt she'll even go to the manager because that's just embarrasing to admit to cheating. She pulled by and said "I can give you a ride home! Get in!" I kept saying no, no, no and she kept saying it was ok. I felt really stupid when I finally said okay and walked to her car in shame. I should have just kept saying no, maybe then she would stop. Maybe I thought it would be safe just because she was a woman. I felt very scared as soon as I got in. If it was a man I know he would stop asking and following me after the second time just so he wouldn't feel creepy. And I sure would keep saying no anyway. I would always gush about him to my friend Katie, I'd tell her everything about him, how I felt, including how he's really the only person I have ever truly loved. He and I didn't really work out, but we stayed friends. I thought my feelings for him had left by now, but I guess not. He and Katie are in a relationship, and I feel so uncomfortable and awkward around them. Every time I see them together I feel so crushed, my stomach fills with anxiety and I just want to cry. I feel like this is very selfish of me, as I really do want to be happy for them. Because of the circumstances, I feel the relationship can only be a "fling", even though I genuinely like him. The whole thing was new to me, and frankly, quite confusing. I ve never had a "one night" stand, and definitely not something like this. Let s just say that this guy radiates "bad boy" vibes. Long story short, he invited me to stay with him for 5 days where he would show me around his town and hang out with some of his friends. We had sex numerous times since the second day. In public, he would show me what I feel is affection, like holding my hand and lightly touching my back. When I met his friends though (he introduced me as a friend), he was quite careful. But he eventually kissed me at a club, knowing that his friends could see us. And just small comments about "the next time", or that he ll get along with my mom well and etc. And instead of "goodbye" he d say "see you". At first, I was just enjoying myself, then I eventually distanced myself from him as I started to feel vulnerable. We never talked about the relationship, and haven t since. He would visit me, but only if I invited him... Which i haven t... Yet. I feel that it was just about sex, but then his small comments/gestures are confusing me... |

He constantly teases me in his messages, kinda in a mean playful way, sometimes even making fun of me. I've never experienced this with an American guy so I got the impression he's deliberately trying to be mean. Is this something British guys just do with girls? Or is he truly trying to be mean? He doesn't seem like a bad guy at all, I enjoy talking to him, but I just don't get why he teases me this much. He also kinda flirts playfully if that makes sense, we send each other tons of smiley emoticons and it generally seems okay. I just don't get why he teases this much. All of her friends have told me things like: "She thinks you're super cute" and "She's upset you won't talk to her more". She is funny and has a great personality and is kinda cute too. The thing is, I don't feel the same way since I never got a chance to develop any feelings for her and since I already know she feels this way about me, it's kinda awkward since I know I'm the object of her affection (that's the best way I could put it...). Everyone knows that she likes me and almost expect me to get with her and feel the same way when I don't. Now there is another girl who I've known for much longer and I actually am pretty good friends with her to the point where I certainly would love to be in a relationship with her since we work well together, she's funny, and she is also very pretty. I also got shown texts where she says that I'm really cute. Her friends have told me she's wanted to try and get with me for a while now. I want to start talking to her, but I'm super scared that my friendship with the first girl will be ruined and that she'll be hurt, and that people will see me as cold, cruel and insensitive/selfish. What should I do? Sorry if I sounded dumb but it's just I've never been in a situation quite like this before and I just don't know what the right thing to do is. I want to be happy but I don't want to leave anybody hurt since I know how that feels. |
