I've been staying with him for a few weeks now and tonight is the first night I'm not due to him having a late shift. Before him, I've always been fine with sleeping alone, I've had my spurts but recently when bedtime rolls around and I'm not over there spending the night, I just go into an anxiety attack. I don't know if it's fear, or the comfort element I have when I'm over there but, I'd really like to know what are some ways to get past it and be able to sleep by myself again without any problems with my anxiety. |

No one at my college interests me, almost all of my friends have little to no female friends (and if they do, they are weirdos and often unattractive), and I have no female friends myself. I'm not a person to go to parties or anything like that either, so I have pretty much no other ways to meet women who I would be interested in other than through luck. I am very picky (not just about physical looks), since I do not like most girls my age due to their huge immaturity. Plus, I have a very unique personality, so only my few close friends come anywhere remotely close to it. Any advice? |

Before we started dating I was always healthy, but I was constantly being dined by him and we didn't have a lot of time together so we both stopped working out. I gained about 15lbs He always said that he didn't care but all of a sudden he does & if I don't change soon then he will leave? I knew that I could not focus on college and work to support myself so I joined the military. I had a hard time with college at first, but I am now getting all As now that I have adjusted. Although I am following my plans, he constantly tells me to get a job and said that I was ambitious when he first met me but now I've gotten lazy. He also put down my new accomplishments by saying that they weren't **** bc he knows people taking more credit hours Then covering up by saying "I'm just saying that I know you can do better." (It was the summer semester which means less classes offered, but fast pace) I know that I have stopped working out as much as I used to & I am working on being healthier but I am put off my someone saying that if I'm not a certain way then they don't want me. All though at the time I was very busy with college and eventually we drifted apart. No hard feeling or anything, just didn't talk as much but he would comment and like things on FB that let me know he was still interested. In this time he was obviously talking to a new girl who I know of but not personally. She was tagging him in several posts a day but I noticed she was also taking to a different guy at the same time and seemed to be dating. Eventually she got into a relationship with this other guy. My schedule freed up with summer and somehow me and this guy started talking again. Within a few days we were really hitting it off, more so than before. Lots of talk of a future and dates. He's not my usual type but his personality just won me over, and that he wanted to take thing slow. He kept telling me he wanted to wait to hang out because he didn't want to "ruin this" or go to fast. I agreed saying the guys in the past had been too pushy, another reason I liked him! He went away for a guys weekend and didn't hear from him for those 3 days but I gave him his space. I noticed that girl he had talked to before was now single again and commenting on all of this stuff. One being that she was in the same area as him and wanted to meet. They didn't but he said he was mad they couldn't meet up. Meanwhile he didn't even text me. Once he came back we started talking again then all of a sudden nothing. Recently she's been hitting him up to hang out and I trust my boyfriend, but it's not the fact she will definitely be throwing herself at him... and then some... but it's actually how negatively she impacted him. She would invalidate him as a person, has lied in the past or milked situations to get attention and this girl even has gone previously as far in the past as to claim my friend assaulted her. He says he won't see her if I don't want him to but I just told him to do him. I love him and if by seeing her he can find some sort of satisfaction that's fine. But I feel contrary to what my mind is telling me. She makes me nervous. I don't want her making him uncomfortable or do soemthing that'll hurt him. Like I know a benefit of his in seeing her is his ability to see her family who he loves really dearly. What should I do? I feel so conflicted and if I'm in the wrong for feeling this way please affirm it, but if I'm not please tell me reasons why so I can try to validate it. I don't want to control him.
