He's a colleague. We used to talk a lot, but all of sudden he avoids eye contact, and acts kind of rude. In meetings he doesn't even look at me, he sends email with only two or three words without mentioning my name or his name. It is frustrating, I tried to ask him but he didn't say anything and walked away. What's up with him? I don't think I said or did anything to offend him.

Someone anonymously posted my question and my original got deleted So there was this "competition" on who can chug a whole milk down.the reward was $300 and 2 boxes of vans. This was a good deal so I joined. My enemy who was competing against me was dressed as Jesus Christ. I then used my friends Halloween costume and I dressed as the devil.(My cat was watching me for some reason). I then competed against my enemy, and we chugged milk. I tasted the milk, guess what? I dropped the milk chug, and I vomited a lot. My cat then went close to me, she hopped on my chest, (i fell on my back, from exhaustion of vomiting.) she then stared at me, and she just stayed on my chest staring at me. She then got off of me for about 2 minutes. It's like she's watching me to make sure I'm not doing anything stupid. I then didn't back down, I picked up the milk, I kept chugging and when I tasted the milk, I immediately vomited A LOT, and I fell on my back again, to breathe more my cat hissed at me, and she then went on my chest and pressed her claws against my shoulder not painfully, it did feel like she was going to attack me. I started to laugh because of this, and my friends were laughing as well, but when I tried to get her off, she pressed her claws deeply more, and I was getting scared. She made a warning hiss at me for trying to get her off of me. It felt like 16-20 minutes she finally got off of me, I then left to my house and she listens to me and behaves great. Wtf? Why was she so mean?

I'm 19. I'm a male. I don't really have a high confidence level. I'm beginning to realize that there are people younger than me who have more confidence. These people are way more mature than me. These people probably already have boyfriends or girlfriends. I haven't even been in a relationship. Do you think this is embarrassing?

Been with my boyfriend for 10 years and I've complained that after we eat and watch tv we go straight to our phones and look on social media for the rest of the night before bed and I'm getting no tired of it and want more interactions after we eat or on our down time. Okay guys, I broke up with my boyfriend of three years about a week ago because he took me for granted, was very controlling, and was a compulsive liar. In these three years he has stole many things from me from game systems, game discs, a lot of money from my purse, just random things. He didn't ask, he just took it without asking and when i'd ask if he took it, he'd lie. I found out he was doing all of this, though. I am much younger than him. He is very controlling, I wasn't allowed to talk to my family (even my parents, i am 17.), any friends, or anyone. He made me leave school and get on virtual school and he threatend to kill himself if i didn't because he didn't want me around anyone. I wasn't allowed to have any social media, while he went behind my back and had his own. Now we are broken up, he keeps calling, texting, he even had his mom call me, he is threatening me, he wont go away. He's telling me he will make my parents disappear, that he will take me to court (because for some reason where he's much older than me, he things I want to make this a legal issue, but I don't.) My parents don't know his real age, and he told me if I tell them he is theatening me or doing any of this stuff that he will make them dissappear or get put in prison. (He is saying he can get them put in prison for letting me around him but they never knew his age.) How do I make this stop. He is so insane.

So I have this friend (well I don't even know if you could call us friends anymore) who I've known since 6th grade so like 3 years. (I'm almost 15 in 9th grade) So she's a girl and so am I and we've been through a lot because we've been friends since 6th grade and I told her I liked her near the end of 7th grade which kind of ruined things cause she didn't talk to me until the beginning of 8th grade. I cry because I love her more than anything and I guess I just miss the way things were before. I also am constantly scared that something will happen to her, like someone will be mean to her, or hurt her or just anything and that bothers me. What are your thoughts?

My niece is 24 and has just discovered she is pregnant, her boyfriend has left her before she found out and she is also unemployed. My Dept Manager was recently terminated. It was a shock to everyone. She was the type of person, that she always came in early and left late until all tasks were completed. She was in the top 5 managers overall in productivity and had just received a good evaluation. When they let her go, other associates ran to our Director to defend her, and many said are you mad because this or that was not done, "we can stay and complete this and that even thou the dead line for completion is not for another 2 months". Corporate policy is all terminations are to be approved by HR, she called our HR office and they did not know that she was terminated. They asked all kinds of questions, who fired you, what was the reason etc. HR told her that they would look into her concerns and get back to her within 24 hours. Well she send them a 6 pages outline of how her supervisor had been harassing her and the mistreatment she endeared with him. So HR said now they need a one week to look into everything and they will let her know their decision in about a week. Also there was no proper documentation done, this is according to another dept mngr. Long story short, is this ethical or legal. Is that a common practice or depends on companies. I recently found out (since my father spent a long time putting together our family tree) that my great great grandfather ran a Concentration Camp in Germany. Apparently it was family owned with his wife and teenage son. After the americans won the war his family fled to USA to escape being executed for "Crimes Against Humanity" I absolutely love history so I was both saddened and fascinated at this fact and decided to share it for heritage day at my school (Where we all had to reveal one fact about our family) and then kids sneered at me, i was the only one where no one clapped, not even my teacher. This Catfish account named "Jimmy Trooll" meaning "Troll" I'm presuming started catfishing me tagging my name in a Facebook status saying mean things to me like "Drink piss" under a status about how I wasn't allowed anymore 7 up and "Show him your big toe" about a guy I liked. They would post things about guys in my class calling them gay together and would post inappropriate pictures of a cartoon of a penis and vagina in a fan group I made for a famous guy and under a status a guy in my class had up. Then on Saturday it told me it was one of those guys little brothers and said he was using this account to get back at his brother and his brothers friends as they call him the only ginger in the family saying he must be adopted and his brother says "he is NOT my brother" and goes ballistic if the teachers call him his brothers name by mistake. It sent me a picture of him with "Hi Eva" written on it on the Jimmy Trooll account and sent me a video of him singing "Give it all to me" 3 times from "Dark Horse" by Katy Perry on this Vladimir Chipet account. I noticed the picture had been cropped from the video of him singing. A video the Jimmy Trooll account sent me kinda sounded like his mannerisms like the way he'd say and stuff and I thought a voice recording sent to me on the Vladimir Chipet account sent to me kinda sounded like him too but I don't know. So, for the last couple weeks this guy I work with has been giving me the impression that he likes me but Im not really sure. His locker is right next to mine. He started asking about my day, then when he left his locker he put his hand on my back and said have a good night. The next day when we were at our lockers again he walked by me and he ran his hands through my hair. We both left our lockers at the same time, which I think was his intention. I was trying to get by a group of people and I could feel he was really close to me, it was crazy because I could feel the Sparks between us. Yesterday evening, I was walking around the block with my mom and this van pulled up near us with two guys inside. One of the guys asked where the nearest McDonald's was. I checked it and I had one missed call. They called exactly around the same time as I was getting the calls at work today.
