I was there for about two weeks, and I kind of like one of the guys I worked with everyday there. I'd say we got pretty close for the circumstances, and since me leaving we have been snapping a couple times a week (internet is pretty sucky there). Anyways during our conversations he usually complements me or tells me that he misses me. also the other day I sent a snap with my brother and he sent back a picture of his hat asking if he was a friend. (usually he would send his face) and he still hasn't opened my snap saying that it was just my brother (it's only been a couple of days which is relatively normal between conversations and they are usually overlapping. Also this sounds silly but he never just likes my fb posts, it's either a heart or haha and a lot of times we will get into comment conversations. I guess I would just like an outside opinion on this. do you think we could have something? what if he moved to the US (he wants to next year and there is a 50/50 chance if he does we wil be in the same place)? and how can I improve our communication and talk to him more often? |

We have been no contact since, out of sight, (trying to be) out of mind. He deleted me off all social media so he's had NO way of seeing any of my stuff. Today, I got together with my best friend and she posted a video of me dancing on snapchat (I didn't even remember that they were still friends) and he watched it, then she posted with me a few more times and he was always one of the first 5 people to watch them. I'm trying to move on from him, and I'm getting better. But from a girl's perspective, when HIS friends post stuff of him, it sticks with me and makes me emotional as heck, because I see him doing life without me. Does it work the same for guys? We were together for a year, the breakup wasn't ugly, we just hit a rough patch right before college so he ended it. That was the first he's seen of me in a month. |

I'm the type of boyfriend that'll always be there for her, kiss her constantly, hug her tightly, give her gifts, let her fall asleep on my lap while watching a movie, those kind of things. But I've never had a girlfriend, and I feel it's because I'm not attractive. I also have a lot of medical issues, that I'm ashamed of (I have kidney failure, prune belly syndrome, I have to catheterize, and when I go to sleep I have to put a catheter in and leave it in overnight) not a lot of people know that about me, that's because I'm afraid my girlfriend (if I ever get one) would break up with me because I'm "disabled", I only tell my close friends about it because I used to be made fun of when I was younger physically and emotionally abused so I'm scared to tell people about it, but my friends that DO know say that the medical issues don't matter and that she will love me anyways. But I have asked like 4 or 5 girls out all said "no", 1 I was going to ask but was told today by her friend that she only likes me as a friend (and I LOVED this girl SO MUCH), so can I get a girlfriend that would WANT those things and will love me despite my issues. I also want to try and get a girlfriend this year since it's my last chance to go to prom. Or should I just give up? |

Friday was his birthday so he may have busy for his birthday weekend. He's also been busy lately with his mom and doing stuff around the house. He's left for a few days before and there was usually a reason but it's rare that it happens. He was also kinda depressed Thursday night before he left. I tried my best to be supportive but one of the reasons he was depressed was that he didn't understand why his ex left... I didn't say it but it kinda made me uncomfortable. It's not that it looks like he'd go back to her but it's just an awkward feeling... He's pretty public about our relationship so I don't think he's cheating or anything. I also want to know how I can deal with not seeing him for a while because it stresses me out a lot. I try not to tell him that it upsets me though. |

Let me first explain how much love my boyfriend and I had: we have been dating for around 7 months and we were each others first loves. But I was getting mad at him for simple things that he wouldn't get mad at me about latter in the relationship, that annoyed him. But he was very caring and loving and we could be bubbly and weird and very comfortable. When I left on vacation for two weeks (6 1/2 months in) I could barely talk to him, I was so busy! When I came back he greeted me with love. But I noticed something, he would be very silent when we were alone. He wouldn't ask me any questions or even sing to the radio like he used to. I was confused. The first weekend he didn't talk to me about hanging out so I asked my best friend. He told me he told all of his friends he couldn't hangout because he was hanging out with me. I felt bad but there was nothing I could do. The next day I went over to his house to hangout but there was a lot of tension. I finally asked him what was up. I ask if he had lost feelings and he said "I don't know" (which obviously meant yes). I asked him if it was me and he said it was him. He didn't want to break up and said he still cared about me. Right after we talked it through, we had fun the rest of the night. The next day he told me he thought we just grew apart because I was gone and we reconnected the night before. He is more loving now, but still not completely himself. Why is he losing feelings and what should I do? |

Some days are better than others since I have 3 children who make me happy. But other dsys are really tough. I don't cry as much as I used to but some times the tears just come on and I have to go hide to cry. A couple times the kids heard me or saw me so I had to pull it together. When I force mysrlf to stop crying I get irratible and feel like I'm about to lose it. How long before the pain goes away? This man was the love of my life and he said I was his. We had a really wonderful relationship and I just can't believe he did this. He said it was because I had called for a break once in our relationship when he was pulling away and ignoring me and because he felt he was strong enough to be a provider since he makes little money. I had had some financial strain but pulled through it so don't understand this. I feel like it is all my fault. |
