He bought her louis vuitton purses, paid for them to stay at the ritz carlton, took her for steak and lobster in manhattan, bought her a tiffanys necklace, diamond earrings etc. She had an entire room as a closet. Very high maintenance, self absorbed etc. She has a small dog with a diamond collar that wears a tux and she carries in her purse. I know this is judgmental but just hearing about her was sickening. He talked about her so much that I looked at her instagram. She considers herself an "influencer" and has photos of her in miami, paris, new york, hong kong etc, photos of her on yachts, drinking champagne, photos of her closet etc. If the guy I m dating was attracted to this type of female should I just break up with him, people like her nauseate me. He told me he spent over $6k on her for her birthday month last year. He makes like 50k a year so I don t know how he made that work. Her parents pay her rent and bills. Him and I have practically every single class together and within the past few days, I've actually gotten pretty comfortable around him which is hard for me considering I suffer from anxiety. He's really sweet, funny and outgoing (the complete opposite of me since I'm very shy). The first day of me talking to him on my own, he offered me a ride home, but when I told him that my mom was on her way, he offered to sit in his car with me (it was raining). A few days later when we had lab, he came over and worked with my partner and I and kept standing in between my partner and I and reaaaaally close to me (my partner is a guy). After that class, we had a long break in between our two classes so him and I went back to his car and hung out. He even offered me half of his sandwich and said "I'm not keeping you from doing anything important, right?". After a while of us hanging out, his best friend came over too and we all had a really good time. They were including me in the conversations and filling me in on all the stories/tea and it honestly made me really happy especially since I have a hard time with people (after a while his best friend left). We ended up talking a lot about sports and cars and on the way back to class, he said "if you're ever trying to figure out a guy, just talk to him about sports or cars. That's the way to his heart" which didn't have much to do with the conversation since I brought up how I miss hanging out with my guy friends. When we got to class, he went to the bathroom while I waited outside the class and when he came back, he sat down and then gave me this little nod like "come sit by me" so I did He's also constantly nodding or smiling and me. That's when it literally hit me that I have been turning down girls my entire life and that most people that I've read and looked at online are saying they've had 15-30 partners by my age and it's killing me to know that I'm missing out on this. I'm not an insecure person but for some reason this has me feeling some type of way. The fact that my future girlfriend will probably have been with 15 or more guys and I haven't had sex yet kind of gets to me. I'm not one to judge people for having tons of sexual partners and I believe that people should be able to do whatever they want to with their bodies but knowing that she will probably have had more partners than me makes me feel kind of nervous and I feel like I'll get cheated on for not being good enough. Sooo today I got off at 1 pm and was stoked to be able to get some things done. But then... I go to the break room and shes sitting there all puffy eyed and in her pajamas and asked if I could give her a ride to this mechanic who is working on her car then to her place. I said ok, but I needed to go to target first. So we go to target she said she forgot her purse at work. Go back to work, she gets her purse. Go to the mechanic then on her way to her house shes looking through her stuff. She looks at me and asks if we can just go to my house. I said what for? She said she forgot her house keys at work. I asked him if he would ever like me that way he said he didn't know that's how life works. I would assume if he is gay he would say no I'm gay but he never did. It is confusing, in person he indicates he likes me but on social media he indicates he is gay. He joked on social media before him kissing Harry styles then he said April fools....so I don't know if he is doing this gay thing on social media as a joke. Should I pay attention to his actions instead of his gay words on social media? |

I caught her checking me out few times. I flirted back. However we did few projects together and I kinda screwed up. We had huge misunderstanding and my actions showed how much I questioned her. She pulled back and stopped flirting. I know that she kinda feel something still because when I talk to her last time she stood very close to me and kept getting closer and looked deeply into my eyes. I started to like her for real but she ignores me. I mean when she think im not looking when I pass her by while she is sitting she would stop what she is doing and look at me. I talk to alot of customers at work...one guy that comes in...we have great conversations...He always stare at for a long time...maybe be I look like someone he knew. I dont know his name he never told me...Onetime he lefted his shopper card at home...so I asked for his phone number to type it in the system...he paused...and he started studdering...he gave me the number. So I said..."You are Mr. Glen right"(not his real name) and he said "yeah...that use to be my name...that was my ex wife name"...he didnt make sense...Today I seen him and he asked me what I did over the weekend...and he gave me some vacation spots to check out. We've been together over a year and a half now. When I first met him, I didn't get the butterflies, he's not the most handsome man. But I fell in love with him because he's nothing like other guys. He's gentle, warm and so so kind to me it's amazing. He's a beautiful soul and I love him. I pushed flaws to the side because they didn't matter to me (mostly). But now I just feel repulsed. All I see is how overweight and hairy he is. I have really gotten into fitness, but he hasn't even when I try to suggest exercise like a walk on a weekend. He either eats takeaway everyday or he eats an apple with oxyshred (fat burner) and that's it. I am putting so much effort into my appearance, eat healthy to look good. He won't go to the gym because he has no time - works as a forklift driver from 8-7pm. The thought of sex has me hurling and cringing. He's a bit smelly because he's overweight and no amount of showering keeps down there smelling fresh for too long. It also has a horrible taste (unsure if this is because he's uncircumcised - SORRY TMI) and he just has a large round hairy belly (I mean you can't see skin). Please help, I love him I truely do but I'm just not physically attracted anymore and I don't know what to do. Any advice is much appreciated. Thank you |
