Threw all his money out on a nice vehicle. So he has no money saved. I want to move out with him (I'm able to save money in college currently) but he isn't ready financially. He has been SO dependent on his parents forever, to where he isn't worried about moving out and made it clear it isn't a huge priority right this second. He tells them everything, goes to them first and only takes their advice. He spends every night with his dad and they constantly text while at work. I'm ready to grow up with him- finish college, career, move in, marriage, kids. But it seems like he isn't ready to grow up but I don't see myself with anyone else. Does this ever get better? |

I swear she has never wanted me to have a boyfriend and has been the cause of all of my breakups. My current bf is an amazing guy. Best one out of all of my boyfriends. He's 21, going into the Air Force as an officer, just graduated college, always drove me home on the weekends, religious, smart funny and respectful.. He lives across a bridge and is about an hour and a half away. My mom says I go over there "too much" and he never comes over here, and she insists I'd rather spend time with him and his family than with them... He has come over quite a few times. However he lives on an island so there's SO much more exciting things to do than when were in my town. Also, my parents hover and the only thing we can do is sit and watch Netflix at a good distance away from each other. We offer for them to hang out with us or eat dinner but theres always an excuse as to why they don't want to whereas we always spend time with his family when I'm there. Not to mention she has life360 on me and won't let me delete it or else I cant have my car. She looks at it when IM AT WORK. She monitors where I go and tells me when I can/cant hang out with my boyfriend. I dont party, do drugs or anything yet hanging with him is a problem... advice? |

We live about 6 hours away and met on holiday so the distance is hard and I've only seen her 6 days in the last 21. I've made clear throughout the start that trust to me is the most important thing and she did really break it when she kissed another guy a couple nights ago while out whit her friends. She had kissed him a couple times about a year ago as they went to school together. Her friend went on her phone and posted a picture of them being all cuddly and close on her snapchat story at which point I started to think something may have happened. I asked her and she said she did kiss him but that she was very drunk and it meant nothing. She sent me videos after very drunk saying she didn't get with anyone and the morning after deleted the pictures from her story. The morning after She initially said after that the distance was maybe too far and we should call it quits, but soon after said she'd never meet anyone "as good as me" again and wants to continue. The issue for me is that I've now seen them close and that picture is really getting to me. I really like her and just don't know what to do and whether she'll do it again. The grooming salon isnt open at night anyways so that was great but today my college emailed me and told me that those night classes got cancelled due to lack of students enrolled in it and that they moved me to the mondays and wednesday morning classes instead. Now I'm embarrassed and dont know how to let the manager know about this change of schedule or if he will get mad or feel like i lied to him or something when i really didnt. My classes do not start till 2 weeks from now, so I will let him know immediately so that has time to accommodate or something. What should I do or say? do you guys think he will get mad at me? The job is part time by the way, and he did say that they are pretty flexible with their schedule. But I am scared that he will get mad anyways or something because I told him I was available on another time during my interview. I haven't even started working with them yet. I hadn't been to his FB in years, so I clicked on it out of curiosity. I found out he's seeing a woman now who is apparently moving in with him and saying she can't wait to spend the rest of her life with him. This "man" is almost 54 now and 7 years ago, he took my (I was 21 back then) virginity. He knew he had power over me because he was my first and I was naive and vulnerable and he took advantage of that. He treated me like crap. He didn't abuse me physically, but abused me in other ways. He used me for money and sex and manipulated me into thinking I didn't love him if I didn't give him either whenever he wanted. He'd "punish" me with things like anal sex and sex while I was on my period. He was controlling and tried to isolate me by telling me I couldn't hang out with any friends without him, not even female friends. He'd accuse me of screwing around on him when I had proof that he was having sex with multiple other women (I am so thankful and lucky I didn't get an STD). He would refuse to use protection, but would say I had to abort it if I ever got pregnant. When I eventually left him, he still tried to play mind games. I finally cut ties with him completely 4-5 years ago. Last night, I wrote this woman a long message explaining all of this to her in hopes she'd do herself a favor and leave him, but I chose not to send it. Should I write her and tell her everything or just pray/hope that she sees his true colors before it's too late? I put up with his crap for almost a year and nobody deserves to go through what I did. |

Definitely my first love and I'd say I was his first serious love too. We were absolutely in love with each other but unfortunately things got too toxic, he did very shady untrustworthy things and it made it impossible for us to work cause I was too stressed all the time. Ending things hurt but after not being with him for a couple weeks I realized we only stayed with each other out of comfort. I eventually started dating someone new, it didn't work out and it didn't last long. My ex basically knew it was happening cause we still kind of kept in contact (barely) , once me and the new guy broke things off me and my ex started having sex again but we both knew it meant nothing. Eventually that started drifting and we stopped and we kind of just stopped talking to each other all together. Would just Snapchat each other here and there. Now two years later he's in a relationship and I don't know why it bothers the hell out of me. I've recently just started messaging him through dms lol. It's mainly just mumbo jumbo, nothing too deep. He seems to act awkward around me, but probably because he doesn't really talk to girls + he doesn't know me that well yet. How can I get closer to him without making it obvious I like him? He has a bad lung disease and the doctors say he will not long live ( a matter of months or a year). The girl is anteenager and has fallen for him at first sight, had done everything to find him where he works, and finally the guy loves her back too,protects her from her bullies but it's too late when he realizes he loves her back he finds out about the disease. The girl was in denial at first and was sure there was a cure. When she realizes the truth she starts falling into depression and panic attacks having nightmares about him dying.
