I always pay for myself when we go on dates, sometimes he lays for me but it's usually for small things like coffee or ice cream. However, we were at a department store and he tried on a $600 jacket. Now he's saying that he wants to buy the jacket. I feel bad because he's never taken me out for dinner at a nice place but yet is considering buying a very extravagant jacket. Am I overreacting? |

I don't know why my attention becomes so gravitated toward beautiful women. I just become so enamored I can't even help it. But honestly she was so captivating. Something about her eyes captivated me. But as I was saying, the first time we exchanged glances she was very expressive and had very soft features like a gentle smile, and a soft gaze. Her eyes almost seemed rather coddling. But then as we bumped into each other more and more (just during this one trip at the store) her face wouldnt light up as much as it did during the first time we exchanged glances. Then her face grew more and more sullen, where at first her eyes sort of read like they were coddling, the energy began to change and then it felt condescending. And then it made me feel like I never have anything good to offer. I don't understand how I can become so enamored by people but then I never feel reciprocity. Like I have nothing good to offer anyone. Its a terrible feeling. I don't know why I get so down. Sorry, I forgot the main part of my question. (I was with a man for 4 years before and he would never say it back when I told him I loved him, and that hurt deeply.) Is this a red flag that neither of us have said it after 6 whole months? Few times he called me upset because his mom interrogated him about our relationship (not sure why my bf thought he can rant to me about this without me feeling insecure). She'd grill and ask him if I'm treating him right, if he's happy with me, etc. And she once helped me with something important so I thanked her in person and via text. Then she told my boyfriend that it's a bit rude that I never thanked her. Thankfully my bf knows I did so he defended me. I was with my boyfriend for 7 months and then he broke up with me because of an incident where I stuck up for my friend that he doesn't like, and after the breakup he said awful things to me every time I begged for him back. But, a few weeks later he forgave me and we got back together and I was so happy, i looked past all the rude things he said. Anyways we were together for about three more weeks and our mutual friend started to text me all the time and tell me how he would treat me so well and all that. Looking at it, i felt like the right choice was to leave my boyfriend because he did say those things and didn't appreciate me like he should, and i felt as if i should go be with our mutual friend. at first it seemed easy because i was moving forward onto better things i thought. but in fact it's the opposite, my new "boyfriend" does treat me really good he's just jealous and sensitive of everything around me. he literally controls my life it feels like. Being with him just reminds me how my ex was so chill and we were really compatible. I'm not over my ex and what makes me sad is how all the memories with him are just gone, but most importantly his family became mine for 7 months and i have a hard time with change. everything just makes me so sad all day and i don't know what to do, please send added vice. |

Recently one of her friends from home moved here to work in this hotel, he works in the main restaurant of the hotel where I sometimes pick up extra shifts if I need more hours. He came to the cafe to see my colleague and he was introduced to me. I was friendly and nice to him but ever since my colleague told me he has a crush on me I feel his attention is unwanted as I have no interest in him and I am also in a happy long term relationship. He comes to the department everyday and always tries to talk to just me, I have started to talk to him less and I now ignore him but he spoke to me today as I was working and I acted like I didn't hear him until he was like " why are you not talking to me" I'm quite a harsh tone. I didn't reply but I'd there anything I can do to stop him coming to my department? I haven't told my colleague as she is good friends with him and I feel she would be offended, can I ask my manager to ban him from coming to the department?? What other solution is there?!
