I went to school late because I had to step up for my family and financially support them when I was younger for few years. It was a setback for me and I went back to school late. I have life experience and people experience through job and despite being at a reputable university with a major that has good job prospective but I have a long way to go and I don't have much else. For women my age, I'm less established than men in my age, for women at school, I'm too old and I become self conscious because of it. And my guess is that to women, I don't have much to offer and they don't see me as a potential partner. I have to focus on degree and career but it will take time and by then I might become too old to date or to get married and I'm worried. I have other basic adult life skills that everyone else eventually will learn and some artistic talent that I never reached my potential because my family was too poor and that's about it. Good thing that I'm not obese/overweight and I'm trying to get in better shape at least but that's it. I never had any kind of back up or support so I'm self reliant and independent, specially financially, thus I'm not lazy but I have trouble relaxing sometimes, I do not tend to think optimistically and a bit dull. I'm afraid that I feel like I need to justify why I'm at a university as an undergrad student at my age, despite having taken care of my family at the age of 19 for few years and being a workaholic until I returned to school, until I earned my chance back to education, yet I feel worth less than everyone else and I feel lonely and self conscious. |

Long story short, I have a decent amount of women hitting on me, but there is this one girl I met on Facebook through my former room mate. He has met her in person, I have not. However, I have known her about a year and a half. We comment on one another's posts all the time, I have DM'd her, and I have even Facetimed skyped this woman, and we seem to have great chemistry. I am planning on flying out to see her in February to hook up with her, to see how we click. This most likely is a hook up, but it could turn into a relationship. It might, or might not. I am not planning on moving there right away though, this would only be a hook up, and then and only then would I consider moving there to be with her in person. However, I don't have a new job lined up but I am searching for a new job in the new year as well, and I don't know if they would allow me to take the time off (my current job I know would). However, this woman is very special to me, and this could be missing out on the chance of a lifetime. How play this out? I guess it's possible that we could reschedule to a later date like March or so, if went wrong, but the longer I wait, the higher the probability that she will find a boyfriend. No, I have not bought plane tickets yet, but she lives in a major city so I can get them pretty cheap. |

The next day i recieve another message on whatsapp with the same area code which is 346 with pictures of guys in ski masks with guns holding hostages and alot of crazy **** like that saying they aren't playing around and demanding money and if I don't he will send his men to kill me and my family.
