He told me that i can talk to other guys and he can go talk to other girls. He told me he has a lot of things going on in his life now and with work, and that he needs to sort himself out by spending some time alone to chill. He said that he wants to spend time alone and hang out with his friends. He said he doesn't want to be dating right now and really just take his time to do stuff. He said that i was a distraction and that his friends were a distraction. He told me that down the road, if he wants to date someone, he will and it may not be me because i'm no longer here. Before I did, I did a post saying so and for anyone to message me if they wanted to keep in touch. Fortunately, she reached out. She said that even though she doesn't know me very well, she's here if I need her or if I just wanna talk. She offered me her number (I didn't even ask). 3 days later I texted her to say what's up. We talked about a lot of stuff like music, family, etc. At one point I opened up more to her. I told her about how I don't feel welcome at college. Well both talked about our reasoning why that could be and she said that I'm a great person and that she respects that fact that I don't change myself for others. She then asked me to hang out when our holiday break is over. We talked from 4pm to 1 in the morning. Then i found a great girl and now in my first deployment I lost her to. I'm an inafantrymen here in a few months I'm trying out for special forces. Do u think its possible to have a good relationship in the marines yet alone special forces? The worst part is that it seems like everything is ok then out of nowhere they leave you! I'm not gone that much I deploy for 6 months every 14 months. When I'm home I get my first 7 months to have just a regular schedule and then fir the other 7 months i go out to the feild for like 10 days ever 2 months. Money also isnt an issue. My base pay isnt that much but with incentives I make around 75 grand a year and when I'm deployed it's more like 83. When I get thought this special forces tryout I will be getting a 100,000 dollar signing bonus + more incentive pay |

And then we broke things off after she took some time to figure out what she wanted to do because she didn't want to move and I couldn't promise her I could find a job to be near her. 5 months later, I got a job interview near her and told her that at which time she had said that she scheduled a graduate school interview where I lived but cancelled it once she got an acceptance where she lived. Her brother set her up with a guy that she was asked to get to know by family and she told me that she wants to see me when I come but she's scared of committing and doesn't want us to actively talk because I won't know until March where I go, she doesn't want to pursue two men at once, and I don't have final say over where I'm going. We've texted since and I see her in 3 weeks. I really do feel like this is the girl I want to marry and I get the sense that she loves me as well. I am talking to others right now but my gut still remains that this is the person I want to commit to. I'm not sure what to do and any advice about what I should do? |

One of my managers told me he wants me to stop talking to Joanne because we are apperantly getting to close. So Joanna knows im not allowed to talk to her and shes really upset by it. Me and her stand in the hall for maybe 4 minutes to talk when no one is looking. She also got a warning from managers that she could lose her job if she is caught talking to me. I saw her on sunday and she kinda gave me the cold shoulder, but i would keep catching her staring at me. Joanne is married and has 1 daughter, so why does she keep acting this way with me? Is she catching feelings for me or something????????? Im not interested but im curious |
