I was 23 and she was 18. She claimed she was a virgin & said she wanted to wait. I being a gentlemen highly respected. Yes we'd touch, make out, send sexy pics but that was it. She now broke up with me and we lasted 1 year. She actually said we'd be better off as "FRIENDS" after one year!. Can a girl loose interest in a guy because he's not trying to sleep with her? hard to explain but like will a girl not look at the guy she likes manly/men enough if he doesn't try sleeping with her? some of my guys are telling me this could be the case as in she must like aggressive men/who take charge etc.

I don't see her as real competition where I am 42 and she is 14. I see me at 14 too. I think back and remember what happened with me and boys and she is having the same experiences. My problem is, boys of 1998 are not the boys of 2015. She had a crush on a boy and they exchanged numbers. She snuck and used her phone late at night (as I did too when we had cordless). This boy is texting her..I'm gonna fck you so hard you gonna beg me for more..my conversations were more like..From a scale from 1-10 how bad do you want to kiss me.. I lost my virginity not by choice, I was molested by one of my mothers boyfriends. I had breasts and hips at her age and now I am looking at her hearing people telling me/her that she looks grown. I breath a sigh of relief when she opens her mouth to talk and she has the dialogue of a 14 year old with a lot of ums..likes..and giggles. But then again the predators of 1998 are the predators of 2015. Last year she had a crush and she let this kid know my work schedule and that she was..bored at home alone..had me so paranoid that I micromanaged her life in 30 minute incriments. I even picked out her clothes for about a month. Didn't want her wearing anything suggestive. To me at that point skirts and tank tops were suggestive. Although we have open communication and she feels free enough to tell me about her crushes and her age appropriate desires. I am acting like my life experiences are likely to become her life experiences. Do I worry too much?

So to start this off with, I'm Asian. So my parents are harsher than other parents. They think I'm too skinny. Yes I do know I'm underweight, but I'm not anorexic. I'm a girl, 14, and weigh around 80-85lbs and I'm 4'11. It's my metabolism. I can literally eat the whole China and still not gain weight. They don't get it, they always make me eat a big meal every 2-3 hours. Also they make up dumb reasons why they think why I am skinny. 1. They think that me staying in the toilet makes me skinny. My dad said when I stay in the toilet for too long, the air the toilet makes can suck the nutrition out of my body leaving me skinny. 2. They think me putting the laptop on my lap makes me skinny. 3. They think me staying/feeding/being in contact with my rabbit for too long makes me skinny. So those are the stupid reasons they came up with. They also told me to stop working out & I did, but my dad forced me to go jog one day, saying if I stay inside too much I'm skinny. So I said no, because that's still working out. He drag me out of my room start hitting me & yelling at me. Saying that I make can never be successful in life if I don't listen to him. Being the stubborn person I went "outside" meaning my backyard, hiding. But he found me & he said some hurtful stuff, I didn't let his words get to me. How do I stop this? I tried explaining to them they're wrong. But they don't listen, and think I'm stupid and too young to know what I'm actually talking about.

So I had this dream a couple weeks ago that I was in my grandfathers house. I never met my grandfather but I know he was divorced and didn't live with my grandmother. Even though my grandparents lived in seperate states in reality, in the dream they were on the same street. I kept walking into the empty house but I was scared and it was dark. (Keep in mind I have no idea what my grandfather's house even looked like) Now last night I had another dream where my grandfather was sitting next to an elderly lady who I didn't know. Nobody said the man in my dream was my grandfather but somehow I just knew it was him. I remember asking my sister in the dream "you know who that is right" and I said how I thought it was him. What could this mean?

This morning my sister started saying how I was miserable when my boyfriend isn't around and just shouting really hurtful things at Me all because the toilet overflowed? She's literally a nasty person sometimes. Constantly bosses her boyfriend around and calls him stupid. I pointed that out (he was tryna help mop up the water) and that's when she attacks me with all these things about how my whole family agrees I'm miserable etc etc. I have severe clinical depression which she definitely doesn't understand. I'm depressed 24/7 (I even take meds) with or without my bf, and I try my hardest to get out of it but it's nearly impossible. I'm 23 and she's 19. Now I'm feeling suicidal and idk what to do. My family doesnt get it. I don't wanna tell my bf and bring him down.

Im getting REALLY tired of staying at home. Im really bored, and also kinda hungry. My parents refuse to go to the store, even though we don t have any food, I can t drive because I don t have a car (or a permit), and I don t know how to make any food. I live in a really boring neighborhood, with literally no resturants or places, for 20 minutes down the mountain, but I do live about 5 minutes away from this cruddy shop called the ridge market and cafe, but they refuse to let me in because kids from my school were shoplifting from there, so he targets me for it. I ve been stuck at home for 2 weeks during Christmas break, I can t go anywhere, or do anything. My computer broke the Friday I got off, so that s a bust, I ve lost all interest in video games, I ve listened to every album I have on my phone, and on vinyl, I ve read every book in my room, and somehow, have lost interest in them. I can t go outside because I live in Utah, and we have about 2 feet of snow outside. I begged my mom to take me to an indoor skatepark with my friends, but she plain refused. Please, PLEASE, give me some ideas!!

I'm 19, and my cousin is 10 (a boy). On Christmas Eve, he and his family flew in from Seattle for Christmas. I gave him a big hug, picked him up, and kissed him on the cheek. And on the way back to my house from the airport in the van, I was scratching his back when he sat next to me. During the holidays, he wanted me to scratch his back all the time, and he loves to cuddle with me, like when I sit on the couch or reclining chair, he'd come up and sit on my lap. He says that I'm the prettiest and sweetest girl he's ever met in his life. But tonight, everyone is going back home (flight leaves at 7pm). He is crying his eyes out because he doesn't want to leave, and he's begging me to come with him. I tried to comfort him by picking him up, holding him and scratching his back. To calm him down, I made a promise that I'll go out there and visit next summer. That seems to work for now, but I'll have to find a way to make good on that promise (time and money). I've never had anyone so attached to me like he is.

My dad is physically and verbally abusive towards my mom for all 19 years I've grown up in the house. She finally left this summer so I am stuck with him until I get money and move out. He's so weird and likes to video chat girls all day and terrorizes me whenever he gets the chance. Sometimes to the point of me having a panic attack. I try to stay out of the house and be with friends everyday but I always have to be forced to spend time with him. it's unfair. I hate him. out of anyone in the world to be my dad why him? it's getting to the point where when I move out I'll cut him off completely. he won't even walk me down the aisle when I get married. I have a friend whose mom is EXTREMELY overprotective. Her son is almost 19 years old and in college and still isn't allowed to go practically anywhere, has a 10:30 curfew, and hardly ever gets to even sleep at a friends house. He stays home on holidays, birthdays, etc because she doesn't let him go out. It's very sad and it seems like she will never loosen her grip on him and it's very unhealthy. he's never done anything bad or against her rules, she has no reason to be so suspicious of. him. He's tried to tell her she's too controlling and nothing has changed. how can you get through to a parent like that?

I hate my family. My parents always argue about my deranged brother. That slob can't do anything. Worthless and hes 18. He's unemployed and still in high school (in a community college currently) I don't know what to do. I'm only 13 and I understand a lot and I'm much smarter than them. My brother is childish. When he gets mad, be starts smashing stuff. He punched holes like every morning. I hate it when my family gets mad. And especially when my mom yells because i can't bear her hideous frowning face when she yells at my freaking dad. It's her fault that she married my dad. My brother broke his samsung galaxy tab a few days ago and now he plays on my dad's new phone. Like when he doesn't get he want he has an uncontrollable like tantrum manner. He's psychotic. The doctor made him switch medication four times. The first one was the most compatible. My mom always accuse my dad of starting fights and discusses to some loner in california that he has no friends. Even the most dumbest things my brother can get mad. Like when he hears a car crossing through the street he gets mad for no reason. It's crazy that all three have like anger issues and I DON'T. I don't know what to do. My brother has been hospitalized once due to his self destructive behavior in March/April. Flashbacks like this make me wanna kill myself. My parents are the reason my life is a miserable pothole. I just want to get rid of him and restore peace in my family. I got hospitalized thanks to him. Unconscious for a hour or so and didn't remember anything. And brain started swelling and i got hospitalized again (few years ago)

Hi, I'm 16 in a country were marijuana is decriminalized. So my parents caught and found my weed back in September. Recently, I told my dad that I want to smoke again acting as if I had been clean for clean for a long time since September. After I told him that I want to try it again but he is totally against it. I really do not know what to do without weed. It helps me a lot and I do it 1-2 times a week. Weed helps my anxiety and sometimes I cannot sleep! Weed helps me with this. My parents won't believe this and they are totally against marijuana. His points: -its addictive -will lead to other drugs -expelled at school -he will be arrested....he won't, it's decriminalised I get good grades and spend most of my day studying!

So I'm 19 finna be 20 in 3 months and my step control everything. He controls what I get done to my hair, he controls the way that I dress even all the way to what college I go to. The messed up part about it is my mom let's him do it. For example I went to go get him some food and his order was wrong and he called me ignorant for not getting him soft shell tocas. So I went to go get them fix and he still wasn't happy and called me ignorant again. I told my mom what he said and she doesn't even confront him. She does every thing he tells her too. Sometimes I feel like she puts him before me but I have gotten used to that he controls her to. I just don't see why I have to be controlled when I'm finna be 20 years old. Now if I voice my opinion for example I want to go to a different college and get my own apartment. I get told I can't do that and I'm being disrespectful and ungrateful. My aunt came from a poor family, her parents couldnt provide for all of her sisters and herself equally, so her siblings actually resorted to HITTING her to get the things they want.... She grew up and she tried to be a dentist and CHEAP so she can be RICH!! She wears the same clothes for at least five years...She hates everyone she meets, and she has poor self esteem. My husband's mother admitted she wasnt trained to cook as a child (her mom never really taught her). She burns most things, goes out of her way to tell people she "made it from scratch". This year, she pointed out that our dinner today includes "made from scratch chocolate cake, mac and cheese, etc". Her mac and cheese is known within the family as being the worst of its kind. She bragged that it had 3 cheeses in it before and it was still inedible. I am known as the cook in my family and my husband and hers have said they prefer my food. She always makes a point to say his teen bros also prefer my food. So, why does she go out of her way to brag about this and that being homemade, she is making such and such, etc? One time she made mac and cheese for a party I had (after I told her to please not bring anything) and I ended up throwing the whole baking dish of it out because nobody ate it. Whats her problem? My secret is I am from the South and I use lots of butter and actually season my food. She doesn't and she burns the tar out of virtually anything she makes.

Growing up my mom and dad fought a lot. They divorced when I was 8. My dad turned to drinking and was very emotionally and physically abusive when he was drunk. He remarried 3 times until I was 13. He is still with his last wife. It's been 16 years. I am now 29 with a family of my own. I left ,y dads house at 15 to live with my mom from the chaos. I turned out to be a pretty good mom and wife, but I believe I'm still suffering from past issues. It goes a lot deeper than this. All of a sudden I'm angry with my dad and his wife.. My younger brother is 2 years younger than me but he is 3 classes behind me just because of late admission. He is 11 years old. Anyways currently he is losing a lot of things at school. Pencils, erasers, etc were regular but recently he took the new 30 sketches pack to school and he says he didn't even take them out but they are not in his bag. Because winters are going on, most of us wear jackets to school. He lost three of his jackets at school. Recently he told me lost all his friends, even his BFF. Is someone bullying him? He studies in a boys school and we changed countries just an year and a half before. Even at home, he never studies or does any homework and says he never gets any homework. He is really good at art and craft but spends most of his time in playing on his iPad. Today he got scolding from our mother because it was the third time he lost his jacket. My mother has cooked corned beef/cabbage since I was little. We dont do pork in my family. Since I have been married, she has done anything she can to start stuff OR refuse to join my husband's folks for holiday dinners. His mother is a bad cook, but my husband wants to see his family. This year, my mom threw a fit and said she was not fixing her annual meal. She and my grandma were invited to have brats and sauerkraut @ my in laws and my mom had a fit saying "that's not tradition, you need cabbage for money, black eyed peas for luck, and you dont eat pork products on NYD". Why is she being like this when she REFUSED to cook what she likes? She isnt even Irish! She is of German descent and why she thinks she has to have Corned beef and cabbage is beyond me. We had a fight w/the in laws @ Christmas and I got over it, she says all is forgotten but I suspect she isnt over it.

When I visited my family and extended family for a gathering and my younger cousin of about 16 at that time just started slapping my ***. I didn't like that. Apparently he and my dad has this *** slapping war and pass it off as a 'joke'. So this occurred a few times and I initially tried to deter it by slapping his harder much harder but he must have took it as a challenge. I warned him that I will punch him if he did it again and he just shrugs it off, but it worked he stopped. A year later and he starts again, I don't know what made him think my previous warning mysteriously just didn't apply anymore but by the 2nd time he did it I snapped and automatically gave him a jab to his shoulder, but at around half strength, I don't really know why but I guess because subconsciously I knew he was much flimsier than me( not to mentioned about 5 years younger, I was going full swing too) but enough force to feel it as he later mentioned. He'll probably start it again sometime in the future he's a stubborn one. I obviously got **** from my parents saying that he was 'joking around' and using my fist wasn't the answer but I don't think in any situation unless its your partner, a (playful) slap in the *** is "joking around" and I have warned him before. Like what if he actually did this to a stranger?or some sort of acquaintance? His dad seems to acknowledge that he was in the wrong but his mom my aunt as usual would defend her baby boy. He has said I an worthless, I am a nobody, he hopes I die, I'm going to die alone and everything all because I tell him to clean his room. My dad use to be worse, way worse. As a young child he would leave for hours saying he was getting shopping, but i knew. One day my mam couldnt take it and told us that our dad was down in the "bookies" (where you place bets on horses etc) spending all of our money. I was crying my mam was shouting at my dad telling him to go, worst night of my life. My dad stopped, my mam placed bets here and there..but some how he started again, if we had to get bread or something instead of going to the store right acroos the road he would make an excuse to go down town. My mam does it too now, i dont know how much they spend but its always on the tv they always use my laptop to place bets or watch horse racing. My brothers started too.... I hate it i hate the commentators voice and hate them lying or clearing their history as if i dont know. I hate it all :'{{. They are great parents they look after me but i just hate that its all they talk about, even when we went off with my friend they were texting my brother about bets they made or won. im 16 , white guy , just a normal guy. I'm scared of my step mom & she knows I am. she beats me with her belt a lot . And I jus couldn't take it anymore. 2 nights ago I came home an hour after she told me to be home . So she started yelling and got her belt and told me to get on the ground . As soon as she struck me the first time I grabbed the belt and threw it across the room & started cussing at her cause I was so mad. Question: Marijuana and Parents help needed! I'm 16?

Hey guys, so my parents caught and found my weed back in September. Recently, I told my dad that I want to smoke again acting as if I had been clean for clean for a long time since September. After I told him that I want to try it again but he is totally against it. I am starting to crave weed but I don't know what to say. Weed helps my anxiety and sometimes I cannot sleep! Weed helps me with this His points: -its addictive -will lead to other drugs -expelled at school -he will be arrested....he won't, it's decriminalised I think he will talk to me soon so I need help!

My mom and dad Just got a divorce after 18 years of marriage in March of 2014. I overheard them fighting all the time, and they got a divorce because my mom was cheating on my dad. She's been with her current boyfriend since they told me about the divorce. He's a great guy, they bought a house together already, and are engaged to be married in February. Tonight, my mom and him came home and he was being all sad and saying all this stuff about how my mom thinks their relationship is a joke. I went upstairs to get something and overheard them fighting. She's cheating on him. I don't know what to do, I'm devastated, I've been crying all night. I love my moms boyfriend like he's my own dad, and he treats her and my siblings and I so good.should I confront her? I'm really upset and don't know what to do.

Like if you think about it the schooling you go through now is way tougher than they had to go through and like the whole they've been around the block is irrelevant cuz we have gone through so much more than them just as teens with all the technological advances and everything I respect parents but it's like they can't even figure out technology but we can

I can't move out since I'm mentally disabled.. and can't live alone, i have many mental disorders.. like social anxiety, schizoid and more.. he's so dumb, i ******* hate him, he's angry mad man.. we yesterday sat, he made him look happy, laughing, but it's every time ! every year, he pretends to be happy and good to everyone, but the next day he's an asshole screaming at everybody.. saying my 4 year old sister that he'll beat him.. he abused me since age 6 and 21, he screwed me up.. and he says it's my own fault that i can't socialize with people.. i ******* hate him, he ruins my mood.. i want to take a shower and he's screaming at me for turning up the boiler for the shower.. because i need to go outside.. and he whines to my mom that i can't live with me and etc.. and saying i'm a problem.. while he's mad on everyone.. he's a ******* idiot.. i hate him now i need to suffer the consequences, if i make him mad he'll start being a mad man again.. and for stupid reasons.. like turning up the boiler.. for a shower only.. and not only that.. he's with everyone like that.. always has to be a ******* negative idiot

There was this one time years ago, I was probably either 10/11 years old and my older sister Jasmine and I were arguing about something with the computer in our computer room. We were at each other's throats and arguing. Then Jasmine went into the guest room and I followed her there. While she was sitting listening to get iPod, I kept talking sh*t to get face. Then when I got everything off my chest, I got up and walked away and then out if nowhere, Jasmine punched me on the back of my head. Then we started scrapping like crazy in the kitchen. I forgot what happened after that, but I do remember she wanted to permanently make us enemies, but I wanted to make up. We eventually did and I started crying. We both got cut on our finger and went to the bathroom to heal our wounds. So was this counted as a sister fight/sister brawl??

I'm at my cousins house rn AND SHE'S SNORING REALLY ******* LOUD!!! IT'S 2:50 AM I JUST WANT TO ******* SLEEP!!! I HAVE NO HEADPHONES OR EAR PLUGS OR A FAN SO SAVE IT!!! HELP ME THIS IS ANNOYING THE FACK OUT OF ME!!! I'M ON MY ******* PERIOD AND DONT WANT TO DEAL WITH THIS BULLSHIT!!!! -_____- [I'm sorry if I came off a little mean I'm just SO ******* ANOYED BY EVERYTHING!] Well... All these answers were useless. You tried. I eventually went to sleep by elevating her head with a pillow and that made her snores quieter. But I go to her house often and she snores alot so all answers are appreciated.

she has no respect for me she curses me and she never listens to a word i say its like she respects her friends more than me...she doesnt know whats family anymore.. we had a movie night and she just kept using her phone i kicked her out and the only thing she thought was i was rude and she wasnt ..she doesnt see that shes wrong she only thinks she is right.idk what to do i just dont want to see her anymore..she says am jealous becuase she has friends and i dont but all i could think of friends go away but family stay and she is alrady losing her family and losing me..as a sister we are suppose to be close and tell secrets but all she does is try to hid her phone away from me and pretend shes doing something else..we cant even hold a normal convo except where she has a attitude with me...i cant stand her anymore..i just feel really hurt and idk why this is making me cry..evryone who has sisters are close to each other but i never seen somebody like her who treats me like her ..i know am 19 and am suppose to be mature and not care but this is really bothering me ...me and my older sister sued to be best friends i looked up to her i went with her evrywhere but if i tell my younger sister to do something with me she says no and if i tell her to even listen to me she doesnt..my older sister moved out so i have my younger sister ..idk pls help if eel very sad

I'm 16F My mom isn't strict and isn't extremely lenient either. Km always the responsible and reasonable one. Well I'm fed up and all of a sudden I'm thinking of running away. Not permanently, there is a trip that I've been trying to take with my bf for 3years now and I just want to up and go. Worry about the consequences later. This is so not me and idk what to do. I'm 16 and live in Florida with disabilities.Basically my mother wants to divorce my stepdad when i need him and my step-sister most(my dad just passed away.) I would like to live with them(my stepdad and sister,he says it's okay but my mother wants nothing to do with him. I receive SSI (I receive $600ish or $500ish i believe.) I have a high school checking account but i think my step-dad has a regular checking i can link mine to like i have with my mom.I've basically lived in a bubble my whole life,i have no friends and i'm homeschiooled.My sister goes to the same school i'm enrolled at but i don't actually attend(i do everything online,teachers come to the house.) Basically i would like to know, Can he adopt me? Or, What can he do so i can live with him and still receive my SSI money and i will be receiving money from my dad's Social Security.ow can i still receive that money without having to live with my mom. By the way my mom won't allow me to cross the street without holding her hand,i never leave the house,and i am very depressed. They said, i couldn t have an opinion because i don t have a working job yet and I ve been trying really hard. I just get annoyed when i m told i can t have a opinion because i don t have a job. So my sister is in middle school (younger sister) and she's been going out with friends a lot she always tells my parents she's going with the same girls. In my culture my parents are super strict about no guys, especially black guys. And my parents have had the suspicion she's been hanging out with guys, and in middle school who knows what they're up to. But my sister always acts suspicious whenever my mom shows up with no warning to pick her up, but we have never caught her with a guy. Tonight she thought she blocked me but was unaware even though I'm blocked I can see her profile picture. It was with a black guy laying down in a bed with his arms wrapped around her boobs. First she said it was at school then admitted it was the her friends house not only that she had changed into a trashy revealing outfit once she got there. Normally I wouldn't tell my parents, but my sister has made my parents feel so guilty about whenever they ask if she was with a guy and put them through hell about it. My mom's internet boyfriend is flying in from California to meet us for the first time. This whole situation makes me uncomfortable. I get my mom has been single for a while and she's desperate, but seriously? An Internet boyfriend? I don't know if this guy is a secret perv or what. I've read their text messages to each other, (I know I shouldn't have but I'm too nosy) and they are talking about having sex and all these dirty inappropriate things. That just makes me even more uncomfortable. I'm an only child too :( does anyone know how I can get past me being uncomfortable this whole week? :( (I just turned 14 a few weeks ago and I'm a female... If that helps)

got the money part down for rent, but what else? I can't succeed here cause my home is unstable and my parents keep me in a cage. I have to leave and I know most of my relatives will cut me off after this stunt, but its just not worth taking the emotional and sometimes physical abuse.thx.
