So my step dad is one of those step dads that are psycho with control, like its so bad he harasses me mom when she leaves he house. Well he has ran off all of my sibling but me because I am 17 currently. He told me mom the day after my birthday (September 19 is my birthday) he is kicking me out. I won't be graduated from high school by then, also my mom said know he will not kick me out. My mom is planning on filing for Divorcee and freezing all of his assets because he stoll her company away by rewriting it in his name. But this all takes time. Does he have the right to kick me out when I turn 18? Even if I'm not graduated and my mom says no? Thanks

I have a sister Ann that is 1year younger than I am. I also have a great boyfriend Bob. He is the kind of a guy every girl would want for a boyfriend. He is friends with Ann and she is crazy about him. Ann is also very shy and she asked me if we could share Bob. My first reaction was no way but after thinking about it some more, I said why not. Im doing this for my father because he does not know how to use a computer and asking him questions about my mother is to painful right now . My mother died Monday January 18th 2016. She was 59 years old and died of Pancreatic Cancer. My father is now left with bills to ay funeral costs, car payment, mortgage and so forth. I hear people talking that he could get her SS money or half or a portion of it but I'm unsure of the laws here in florida and my mother did not get SS she got SSD (disability paycheck) What I'm trying to figure out is is there anything out there that gives money, helps out with widowed spouse . I read a thing called bereavement payment but the cause of death was not by her job so i don't think that would work out. Looking for any information on free money my father could get to help him out with bills . Currently right now I moved back home to help out with my mom before she passed so i live in my fathers home I'm 28 years old and i go to college . So maybe he can get something because i live at home and got o college. Please can someone help us out , we are poor live pay check to pay check and the loose of my mother his wife has now got use in a jam we are trying to remember her from the good memories and not the bad stuff that has come after her death.

I got a part time job as an intern at a computer software company. I am very lucky that I am getting paid as most of my friends that got intern jobs are not getting paid. My boss is a 27 year old single guy that is the hottest and sexiest guy I have ever seen. His is also the greatest boss ever. He spends a lot of time training me. I am a high school girl and starting to date. My older brothers pleaded with me to not have sex until I am 18 and I can then decide for myself. They are getting me a cell phone and they want me to call them ANYTIME some guy puts pressure on me to have sex. They will come and get me no matter what the hour no questions asked. They also want me to call them if I am someplace where alcohol is being given to teenagers and they will come get me. They also gave me a condom and showed me how it is used just in case I did not listen to them. Are they being too protective of their little sister. I am afraid they will ruin my social life.

They all replied with talk to your mum or talk to your dad. I did talk to them I did explain that my mum was hurt by the fact my dad cheated on her but she forgave him. My dad is still carrying on with his business even though they both know it's hurting me. Why can't my dad just stop this? Why can't they just get a divorce? I told my mum time and time again dad is always going to cheat but she won't listen and will always take him back because she has no one to support her and the fact she's in love with him. Btw I'm 31 and have moved out of my parents. No matter how old you are, if a parent cheats, it still affects the child. How can I stop being so hurt?

So I ve just been search all over Google and I can t figure this out. Do I have a mother complex or archytpe? A). When I was a kid I practically raised my younger sister s from the ground up. My mom worked and my dad had me change the diapers and do all the stuff my mother would usually do. B). Now that they re older, I see myself doing things that a normal person my age wouldn t do. I constantly worry about my siblings (but not exactly in a sisterly way). I always feel that "mommy guilt" Where I don t feel like a good role model, or that I don t spend enough time with them. C). I don t see my dad much, and my older sister wasn t present in my life much either, so I feel like I don t know how to be a sister, so instead I did the next best thing and just went about as a mom. So I have a boyfriend, but his landlord won't let me move in with him. My mama & I get in many fights. Terrifying (screaming, badmouthing, name calling, yelling, crying, I think u get it). So 1 night it was so bad my mom was crying & said, "You have until June to get out of this house" (that's when I graduate). well my dads confusing me bcuz he says I have a place here & in ways will give signs of praying I won't leave. For example I talked about the options I have & his reply was, "Or you can stay at a nice home for free" (keep in mind, he's talking about his house). Im not sure exactly why he's so desperate for me to stay, but my boyfriend says it might b due to me becoming estranged from the both of them or because of my bad decisions which Im about to say. So I met a guy online, we met once & had sex he's getting a house in March & has offered for me to live with him, but with it comes a price. Favors as in sex everynight & helping pay the bills. I agreed. We're meeting again tonight. We both thought of dating, but as of now we're fwb. My bf does not mind this. He gets where Im coming from & how desperate I am. My fiances 2 year old daughter is an absolute brat. She disrespects her mother and laughs about it she makes a mess out of the entire house. It's getting to the point of me dreading what horrible mess is waiting for me at home when I get off work. I actually went to the bar instead of going home because I didn't want to see that little brat. I don't know what to do. She constantly says she's hungry but when givin food takes a bite or two and ends up playing with the rest. Which is irritating because it's wasteful and messy. She doesn't listen at all we tell her no she tells her mother and I "you don't tell me what to do." In a voice that as horrible as it sounds makes me want to punt her like a football. She accused me of posting "provocative" pics on Facebook, when the only pictures I post are of my face, and I do have one of me in shorts but it's not even that bad... Every year when she comes to visit she always tells me what to do, how much makeup to wear, how to eat my food, etc. and tells me not to post certain things on Instagram. She is so controlling and really gets on my nerves... I m 20 now and I work as a caretaker in my old school, I done very well in school and got accepted to uni, but I have no money. my parents are great people and do everything they can for me but unfortunately they are both out of work and are trying to get my younger sister into uni I have no money, 3 years ago I said you know what work for it earn your money and make it to college, but I m just making enough to live, to tell you the truth Id make as much on the dole but I want to learn and I don t want to be depending on others to get me through. Okay I have lived with my grandmother most of my life I pay $300 in rent and I take care of her animals and her house in occasionally her when she's had a surgery.a $120 a month to dish network and $68 a month to Internet. Four months ago my sister and her 16-year-old daughter moved in and she got a job that pays every two weeks sometimes her paychecks are $400 other times there $600, since she's been here she has borrowed about $800 from me she's paid me 150 at the back but I told her she has to start paying half of the Internet and cable since she uses it as well. The deal is she pays me $50 out of one paycheck for money she owes me and $94 out of her second paycheck for half of the bills she borrowed $30 from me this month and was supposed to pay me back, she didn't pay me anything out of her first paycheck and she gave me $65 and for second paycheck. So I'm a bit frustrated it doesn't help to go to my grandmother because my grandmother just says will she doesn't have the money. I'm thinking about changing the Internet password and turning off all the TVs in the house but mine thinking this may be the only way to get through to them that I'm serious. She still owes me about 700 something dollars and half of the Internet and cable but my grandmother just keep siding with her and giving excuses.

I have a problem and it's kinda a long story. My stepsister is 10 and we've usually gotten along even though she's a bit annoying. Lately though I found a few of my products in the bathroom we share used or missing. I confronted my dad and he said that she may have thought her mom placed them there for her and I should go through all my things and her things with her and let her know whos is who's. I was a bit upset but agreed and did that. She claimed she never even touched anything but the evidence I found obviously proved otherwise. A few days later, I found something from my room lost. I'm a very organised person so I thought it is unlikely that it would just go missing. I feel bad when I say this but I let my suspicion get the best of me and I snooped through her room. While I snooped I found many of my things that had gone lost over time such as phone cases, shorts, ponytails, and a wallet. Many of the things she has no use for so I don't understand why she'd take it. My dad and stepmom have been fighting and under stress so I don't know how to bring this up to them or if I even should. My stepmom always makes excuses for her daughter and hates my guts so I'm scared to do something. What should I do? I don't want any more things from my room stolen.

My parents verbally abuse me. Today I got my report card, my IB GPA had downgraded from 6.8 / 7.0 to a number less than 6.5. To be honest, it isn't that much of a downgrade to me, I still get an award and it's not like my whole future is gonna be ruined, I'm still in year 9! My parents call me stupid and a failure and much more bad words, they say that I'm a waste of time and money and I shouldn't be living. I understand that they care about me and they've done this for the longest time I can remember, they've verbally abused me since I was in 1st grade?! Sometimes they physically abuse me too.. what should I do? I got married in Feb and i choose a hyphenated last name (mine-his). However I never applied for a new SS card because I LOVE my SSN (it's SO easy to remeber) and i don't want to loose it. So my question, when can I use my married name and when must i use my maiden name only? She hated my part of the family meaning grandparents because they were another race. She would make fun of my race and most of the time hit me because I looked like my grandma and not her. She also beat me because I cried a lot about everything and got annoyed of it. Forward a couple of years and my mom and dad got a divorce. My dad loved her a lot like too much and when he was in federal jail for a year she left him to go to Alaska for no reason, she cheated on him multiple times and went on drugs and alcohol. I was with her and honestly I had the time of my life but that's only cause I was with my friends and at school. There were other children in the family but honestly she favorited them, mainly cause they looked like her. My family is very dark haired and I was considered the blonde in the family I didn't even look like my family at all. But anyway as while I was with her in Alaska she would always make me clean the WHOLE house everyday all by myself meaning cooking for my younger brother washing dishes laundry mopping the floor whiping down the furniture ect. Now I'm living with my dad and everything is much better my dad said when he saw me I looked bad and stressed I didn't even notice it. Now she has to pay child support and now she's kinda sucking up to us by calling us everyday she gave full custody to my dad just so she can keep the money I'm not complaining it's just how fast she gave us up.

up and leaves but between those times she is fine and just says she is depressed. Her dad is in a nursing home because of a stroke he had due to his drinking problem. He was never really in her life and only visited her every couple month until September 2014 that when he had the stroke. When she was in younger like sometime around kindergarten-2 grade her mom went to rehab and that was the only time she lived with her dad which was for 3-5 months. She was clean for 3-4 years then got really stressed and left she promised she was never gonna do it again and she didn't. Until a year or 2 later and that's when she started to leave every couple months. When she was little, before her mom when to rehab is when she got a warning from and child protective services said if this ever happened again then she would have her taken away from her mom and maybe family. Now she feels alone and wants to report her mom to child protective services and mostly likely be put in foster care. She has three brothers the two that lives near her, she dose not think they make enough to take her in. One is 20 and the other 27. Her third brother lives in Georgia and he is 38. She thinks he is make a pretty good income but dose not know if he will take her in and she dose not know if he know about her mom's problem or not, he is her only brother on her dads side. Her grandma swore she would never to let any grandchildren live with her no matter what. So she dose not know what to do? Can you help please?

I'm in a global situation of being permanently blacklisted from ever attending feminization/metrosexual programs as a result of my family wanting to blacklist me for missing out when I had work while random strangers just wanted to contribute to my problem. My Parents - They wanted to blacklist me and force hyper-masculinity in me since they're violent 27-year-old child attended such program with teen siblings, even though he is the violent one who has caused mischief for everyone in the family Siblings - They thought it would be pretty hilarious to simply blacklist me since it makes them feel special, and my 27-year- old brother has also defamed me with lies consistent with him just to blacklist me. Strangers online - They misconstrued my words as the exact opposite of being a non-violent, non-rebellious, non-condescending person since they find it very hard to believe it's actually a whole family who is doing something wrong - not me. I didn't do anything wrong, except for missing out from attending something that would've suited me. Me - I self-defamed myself on the day I missed out since I felt frustrated from something that would've suited me by saying lies I'm a violent sex predator online. I'm currently blacklisted from attending such programs that are held in the US, Australia and certain places in Europe ever since I mentioned my full name and situation to these people. couple weeks ago i said something to someone only as a joke and this person got mad at me. didnt talk to me for like 2 weeks. before all this happened this person would always talk to me, joke around with me, when i used to go in the room to call my son this person would say soemthing to me, and also when i am laying on the couch with ym arm to my cheek this person wouldalwas push my arm down. like this perosn would always play around. now this person does not do nothing. only talks to me when he needs to ask me something. but then last sunday he was talking to his mom on skype and she asked if he was still mad at me. he said no we are friends again. and now he is starting to talk but only when he needs to say something or ask me something. hes not really talking to me like he used to. but i hope he will soon. do you think in time he will start talking to me more like before?

I don't want to sound rude or anything. But I am curious and I'm scared... My brother does perks when he's confronted about it he lies. I don't believe him when someone asks if he is on something cause clearly he is...Anyway all of this happened since April. I walked into his room to see him passed out on the floor with the vacuum cleaner running. He had like a rug burn on his a face and has no idea how that happened. He went to get drugs and the cops found him in his car unconscious they sent him to the hospital to save his life. So now last night my dad went into his room to tell him something and he was kneeling on the ground falling asleep. He couldn't even hear my dad talking to him...he wouldn't wake up. I shouted his name since the last time someone looked like that was my mom and she passed away. He woke up after I screamed his name dad asked what are you on. He said he's not on anything that he's just tired. I don't want him to die cause it would suck losing another family member in less than a year...but it also seems like he doesn't want help. I feel like he can overdose soon since he's never passed out like this before my mom passed

My 9 year old daughter has been acting strange lately. She acts up then we punish her by sending her to her room or no TV or something then I talk to her and ask her if she understands what she did wrong and she says yes then things go back to normal. I've recently realized that I don't think she ever truly understood what she did wrong and she's always felt like we're too harsh and now she thinks she's the victim of horrible parents. Yesterday I got an email from her 3rd grade teacher saying that her and a friend were not in a particular class that they were supposed to be in. The teacher finally found them hiding in the bathroom for about 30 minutes. So my 9 year old daughter skipped class in 3rd grade. This is crazy to me. I was no outstanding kid but I never did stuff like that until High School. Now when her mother talked to her about it, she's trying to act like it's no big deal and she's basically apologizing just because she doesn't want to hear us talk about it anymore. We took away TV and games for a week. I don't know what else to do. On one hand that punishment seems to light but on the other hand, I know that anything we do to her, she'll just play the victim and continue to feel that we're horrible parents that have no idea what we're doing. Any advice at all would be appreciated. Is this normal at 9 years old? Have you experienced anything similar? What have you tried in similar situations? Thanks

My boyfriend and I have been together 2 years. I just found out he cheated on me a year ago. We have a 4 month old child together. We've had a couple issues with him messaging other women on Facebook as well since about a month before my son was born. Granted each time i found these messages were during times we were arguing a lot and i found out he actually had sex with another woman during this period of 3 months we didnt see each ( before we moved in together ). We didn't see each other because i was pregnant and neither of us had a car , and i was going through personal problems at my house with family and also i was working a lot and very tired. So about 2 weeks ago i tricked him into telling on himself. I pretended someone told me that he and her had sex without telling him her name..and he told on himself. I love this man we've been through so much but I have no idea how to get over this. He said he was going through a very emotional time because i told him i was moving away and wasn't trying to see him so he seekef comfort elsewhere. He swears he'll never do it again and that he's willing to do anything to fix us and prove he's trustworthy. What is your take on all of this ?

I am 15 years old I live in Detroit Michigan and I want to put myself up for adoption my mom lost me when I was 12 due to drug habits living with my dad has been a living hell I don't even have a bed Frame I have a mattress on the floor in the basement I get no privacy unlike my brother and sister who have everything this year for Christmas I got nothing me and my dad argue everyday over the littlest things not to mention he drinks everyday I don't even have shampoo he refuses to get me anything there has been many times where after a argument I leave to a friends house for a few days just to come back to arguing please help I'm so tired of living this way

I'm 20 this year and living off with my parents and also studying in a university, right now I'm free of my classes 3 days a week and I wanted to find a part time job to earn me some pocket money. I found a local vape shop near my university that i regularly visit and one of the shop guy told me that if im free, i could work for them part time. And when i come back home, i told my parents about this, and my mom erupts and went to super saiyan mode and was pissed and my dad was just keeping quiet all the time. I tried to reason with her telling her that vaping is actually not that harmful compared to ciggs and it helped alot of people to stop smoking ciggs because the invention of e-cig. and the content of e juice is safe because it only contains VG,PG, artificial flavor and nicotine which probably the worst of the others but its optional to choose it or not. And she told me if so, then why the government had a plan to banning all over the places and i told her because they are protecting the tobacco business (ciggs) because many smokers actually stopped ciggs and started e-ciggs. And all she gave me was "I dont care" and start scolding me like i'm the only at fault and start telling me that im rude and gave me a pissed off face and started to threatening me that if i still cont. this topic she will physically abuse me. ( I do learn MMA now but I'm definitely not abusing it for this situation because she is my mom). In the end, shes being so unreasonable that it made me sick

My dad has been physically and mentally abusive to me and everyone in my family (except hasn t really to my mother physically) and mostly targets me. Hasn t physically hurt me for about a year now I m 16, he is overly controlling and a psychotic sociopath and I don t feel safe and wish to live in my home anymore. What do I do? Thinking about telling my school guidance counselor tomorrow but is there anything to do if he s currently not physically abusive? I don t really want a big thing in court. My brother is 29...5 years ago he started to do perks.well about that time...we didn't find out what was going on until like 2 years ago. He tells us he isn't on stuff but will act so weird at times. Not normal...he gets hot flashes and will be extremely hot and it's winter. Like he wears shorts and a tank top in the house and it's not that warm in here. He will constantly eat when he gets home and won't stop. He'll get up in the middle of the night for food. Our dad found him kneeling on his floor dozing off and not responding for a few minutes until I screamed at him...the last time I saw someone like that was when I lost my mom...I know for a fact he still does perks but he won't admit it. If he went to rehab is there anyway of him becoming normal again and him stopping the way he is acting now. Or is he just so messed up that he will never be normal again...

I'm 20 and I'm still living with my mum. I have a sister who turned 18 a couple of months ago and she gets treated like an adult more than I do. When she goes out with friends, she doesn't need permission at all because she can be "trusted". But when I go out, my parents ask questions where I'll be going, who I'll be going with, what time I'm leaving etc. When I'm about to leave the house, they say "you're not going anywhere until you have permission". I don't always get their permission, but when I do, I'm given a certain time to come back home unlike my younger sister. This is more common when I go for a night out. When I go on a night out, I'm usually expected to come home by between 1 and 1:30am. But when my sister goes out, mum doesn't care when she comes back home as long as she come back. Whenever we do chores, my parents always believe my sister when she has done her share. But when I say I've done them, they keep asking questions like "Are you sure?" and then they come to see if I've actually done them. Do my parents trust my sister more than me?

Okay, my Autistic brother is 17-18 and I am NOT his guardian, I'm his sister but right now he's living like a animal. I have no control over the house, I only got my room and the bathroom, I can't go in the living room where my brother has taken over. My grandfather doesn't abuse him, he gives him anything he asks for like food and electronics, but it's impossible to get him to shower or do anything, he lets him do what he wants, and my brother breaks thousands of dollars of stuff every year when he gets mad. He hasen't showered in two years, no one can make him. My grandfather would get angry and tell me to stay out if it, I can't even talk to my brother or look him in the eye it's that bad of his anger. I need to know if I call someone to take my brother away am I going to be at fault? Will I go to jail for his living conditions even though I'm not his guardian?

I was raised solely by my biological parents. I didn't see many relatives growing up, and certainly don't see them now. So no cousins, aunts, uncles, not even grandparents - for some reason, they didn't want to know me or my sister. At school, I saw kids being with their cousins and grandparents and talk about the ultra-expensive gifts they got from their aunt. They would proudly say: "I have a big family... I'm lucky I've got a big family"

Sometimes everything is fine and we all get along but other times I can even give my opinion on something involving me with out getting in trouble. I try to keep calm and not start arguments with them but sometimes it doesn't matter what I say the y get pissed at me and yell at me until I start having a panic attack and then I get yelled at for that too. I try as hard as I can to get along and be the perfect daughter they want but I can't. I don't know why I feel like something is wrong with me. What should I do? I am currently in the downstairs bedroom in my house and my grandmother is upstairs. Ever since we got in a bad car accident last month she has been having back and knee problems and has difficulty going up and down the stairs.
