During that time we tried to be friends and stay close in contact , but no matter how hard I tried I couldn't do it . I still had massive feelings for him , and it'll get to the point where I actually begged for him back . He got annoyed but then after a day we'll talk again. This Tuesday we got into a bad fight and he unfollowed me on Twitter and said he's done talking to me . I see him at school and he won't even acknowledge me . He might look at me , but won't talk . If I'm on this side of the hall he'll go to the other side . Today he randomly walked into my gym class and went over by me and started talking to my friend and then went to play basketball . He still follows me on snapchat and watches my videos, likes my Instagram picture, and he still lets me use his Netflix. Why does he do this ? |

In that year he would go up to me in class for help on the class work. Only me and no one else. For the whole year. I tried texting him at that time but his replies were short and he would text back around an hr or more later. He never texts first. His friends last year mention me jokingly to him like "Hey man there's your girl." The shy guy would just say,"I don't like her. She's weird" or "Shut up". One of his friends would say the shy guy is ripped to me in class. The shy guy would put his head down and/or smile. He's also really quiet in class. 2 weeks ago I told him that I like him and he looked at his phone and then back at me. He had a half smile when I said it and then he said "sure alright, bye" really quickly and left. He texted me on the same day, "Hey sorry about walking off earlier, I'm pretty shy." He's a close friend of 2 years who I've been dating for a while, but we specifically never put labels on our relationship to avoid pressure/nasty breakups/other people's unwanted opinions. However, we share very strong feelings for one another and have what we both believe to be a healthy and successful relationship going. Here's the catch: he is leaving in a few months for Navy boot camp, and because of his occupation will not be returning to the area except when he is on leave to visit family. In addition, I will be leaving for medical school next year. How do I cope with this long separation and the end of our relationship for the time being? we have promised to write eachother and visit whenever possible, but i fear that we will grow apart because of the distance between us. we have also agreed that it is permissible to see other people during this break, and that neither of us should feel bad about it. He's told me numerous times he will never forget me and that after I graduate and he's done with his first tour, he'd like to take me out on a proper date. I believe the things he's saying, but you know how life goes. He has brought me through so many hard times, and we've shared so many fun and memorable times together that I can't bear the thought of being apart. I'm currently on vacation, and I already feel like I'm going crazy missing him. Advice? |

A few weeks later, I was working with him again and he was talking to me, then left to go talk to his friend and I hear his friend say "dude, just ask her out" and then he came back and asked me what shows I liked. I stopped doing the shift he is on for about 2 months and when I was put to over someone, I was in the back and he asked me how come I haven't asked for his number yet and before we left to go home he said that he will be expecting a text that night and that I can look on the phone list paper for his number. I texted him a few days later asking about a situation that happened, after that I spent the whole morning to 12 midnight texting him. He always jokes around with everyone and while I was texting him I told him that if he makes me lose my game I will hate him, he told me that he knows I don't hate him and that he can tell from my body language and the way I talk. When I went to work one day looking sad, he left and came after me and asked if I was ok and asked why I didn't ask him to cover my shift (that would have caused him to work 15 hours that day). He kept stuttering and mixing up his words and then told the baker in Arabic to help me a little. I asked him why he cares so much, he said that he just wanted to help me and that he does the same thing to everyone else When I asked him if he liked me, he said that he likes everyone...then texted me saying that he likes some ppl on a different level or basis and that hes hard to explain. |

Posted: 29 May 2015 07:24 PM PDT To cut a long story as short as possible, I was in hospital a couple of years ago and I formed a very strong bond with one of the nurses who helped me. So much so that I would tell him anything and we could talk for hours and we got on so well, and when I got discharged, on my last day we were both crying our eyes out in eachother's arms. We couldn't even speak properly, the pain of saying goodbye was so bad. I kept saying things like "you're so amazing" and he'd be like "no, YOU are" and "i'm going to miss you so much" while we cried to eachother. He said he wished he could give me his number but because he'd still be a nurse and i'd be an ex-patient, it wasn't allowed. But he told me as soon as I turned 18, i could message him on Facebook. He left the hospital soon after i left and got a new job and I've been wanting to contact him ever since, especially as i'll be turning 19 this year and i still haven't built up the courage to message him. He's 26 now but everyone tells me i'm so much more mature than my age and I don't see the problem with an 8 year age gap anyway, especially as Im 18 now. But anyway, i know for a fact now that I am completely in love with him, but i can't bring myself to message him. What if he's forgotten me? If he's moved on? He probably doesn't even feel the same. Most days, we joke around almost all of class and the other day he gave me a hug from behind around the neck/shoulders. I have never seen him hug another girl, let alone hug them like that so that made me feel special. He will randomly touch me like on the arm, leg or under my chin or whatever during class. And some days he will be extra lazy to get a stand so we sit extra close to share and others he won't exactly sit far but he isn't sitting close either.Though some days, he won't talk to me at all. We don't talk outside of class because we don't have any other classes together and he's usually with his friends. When we do see each other in the halls, he will stare at me until I pass(sometimes he smirks and shakes his head) ,he will intentionally brush his hand against my arm/hand, and other times he will just glance at me and shake his head. Though recently I have been walking with one of my friends(almost all of my friends are guys) and it's like he is refusing to look at me though I know he sees me- he doesn't awknowledge me. Posted: 29 May 2015 07:17 PM PDT I was at the mall today and I was walking towards the escalator and this beautiful blonde girl in a white ruffle skirt, really tan came out of Hollister and was walking towards the escalator in the opposite direction as me to get on, but she slowed way down and waited for a second until I completely walked passed before she got on. There was no one else around suprisingly and I couldn't stand not looking, so as soon as she started going up I turned back around and walked over to the side of the escalator and looked up her skirt as she rode to the top. She never looked down once. I thought for sure someone was going to see me, because I stared the whole time. My heart was pounding. I almost wanted her to look down and see me, so I could see her face. When I looked around there was not a single person who saw me. But I would tease him about it, because he would get some numbers mixed up but finally got it. Than his manager told me he had it memorized it and was looking for me. He would yell out my number to me as I am coming in and leaving. Not a big deal. Than out of the blue, he would stare at me, I would be on a machine and he would give me The Corner eye look...I would notice a few of these...I ran into him in the restroom and I thought I would just stare and we Locked eyes, we stared at one another for a good 20 to 30 secs ( give or take) , he was cleaning some equipment, stared at me and he gave me a small wave as well, it seemed like a low key wave but a wave. I was leaving the gym and he just stared at me for a long while as well. I started to talk to him and asked why he is was looking at me and why he wanted to memorize my number. It started out great, almost no arguments or anything, but for the past few months it seems like we've hated each other. we argue almost everyday and the arguments are always so intense. both of us do not want to leave each other but it seems like we are fighting for something that is no longer there. he has been my first love, taken my virginity, etc. We took a small break and thought that it would fix our problem, but that failed and the arguing started back almost immediately. I broke up with him about 3 days ago and he is blowing my phone up! It hurts so bad and I don't know if I should continue dating him, or just give up. please help?! |

We've always made eye contact and said hello but nothing more. I dm'd him a long time ago and he replied and we had a good convo but I stopped replying. I don't know why but I did. Then I tried again and he read it within a few seconds but never responded so I stopped liking him. But then he started to pay more attention to me. I wanted to maybe get to know him more over the summer but there's no other way now since school is over. I don't wanna wait until school starts like I regret not doing anything. Any advice? |

The first time a saw him at the aerport I felt like I always knew him. I find something si intense and deep in his blue eyes but none one else can see it. Usaly im a very shy person but the first day i met him I was really comfortble talking to him. I trusted him right away and usaly it take a very long time to gain my trust. I tell him litteraly everything so does he and silence between each other feel really comfortble. I know more stuff about me than anyone else know and he understand evrything that I tell him amd vice versa. We get along so well its incredeble. When I talk with my friends its mostly about him. Just by eye contact we can communicate we dont even have to talk, its like we can read in each other mind. He like an older brother to me and he s defently my best friend. It s like we complete each other. I feel so safe with him. I like every thing about him. To my eyes he s perfect cuz all his flaws and inperfection makes him more perfect for me. Inside of me I have something so strong telling me he s the ONE. When im near him a feel his warthm and its insane crazy. I just dont know how to describe what our connection feels like. Posted: 29 May 2015 07:13 PM PDT Okay so this guy and I we met like a month ago and we always say hi in the halls and smile at each other , and he has shown a lot of signs he likes me like he gave me his shoe are arms are always touching he tried hugging me and he called me adorable and winked at me , he always smiles at me and his voice cracks when he says my name but I got his number and he texted me several days in a row& goods conversation, then after a few days of not texting he texted me and we talked the whole day and then he read my text at night and didnt respond which I thought was normal, then a day later I sent him a text but he was at a rehearsal and never responded and we haven't texted in several days but we still smile at each other and I just want him to text me bc I feel like a bother and has a lot of close girl friends and they hug and my guy friend says its normal but I'm afraid that he might just be flirty and I thought he liked me but my guy friend said its sounds like he likes me and he knows him , but today he came up and we walked together and I was telling him a story then this girl just pushes me aside and gets next to him and he tried talking to me but I just walked with my friend because she was there , and it's one of his friends, but yeah it didn't seem like she was saying anything to him so help please |
| Question: Really need some advice about this guy? Posted: 29 May 2015 07:12 PM PDT We're hanging out for the first time tomorrow. He's really outgoing and athletic but I'm not. I'm more on the shy side and I prefer more calm things. I really do want to hang out with him and further a relationship, whether that be friendship or maybe something romantic, but I feel like our differences will get in the way. He will always want to do something either outside or "athletic", where as I prefer just chilling at home or going to stores or the movies. Doing anything athletic would make me very uncomfortable because I suck at sports and anything that has to do with physical activity. That makes me sound really lazy but I'm not. I would just feel awkward doing those things especially in front of somebody I'm not comforatable with. If we did further a relationship I could probably end up doing those things as I became more comfortable with him, but for right now it's a no. I don't know what to do & I'm really nervous because I don't know how to tell him. |

| Posted: 29 May 2015 07:10 PM PDT There is this guy on the same dating site as me, and it got to an emotional level for me, when we were in contact, and he treated me like dirt on the whole and in the end, so my wish would be to never encounter him again, and to not have it be possible for him to see me in any capacity. Therefore, it's making it uncomfortable for me to use the site, knowing he could come across my profile at some point. Not that he would, and it's probably just my mind playing tricks on me, but it's making me feel self-conscious because I don't want him to have any insight into my life. It's so frustrating because it's not like Facebook where you can delete your profile. I really want to keep looking for someone, so I don't want to delete my profile. However, at the same time, I don't want him to have any insight into my life and I feel like he is creeping on my profile. It is just a weird feeling I have and I don't like it. Has anyone ever experienced something similar? I may switch dating sites, but it's annoying bc he's the first guy I met on this site and I only met two other guys from the site after him, so I'm fairly new to the site and hate how these thoughts are hindering my enjoyment of the dating search. |
