My friends are always calling me a druggie. We all smoke weed and they smoke as much as me. I used to smoke more than them. They always call me a druggie but I thinks it's just a joke like they're just having fun. I don't mind it just wondering if this normal amongst friends to tease each other.

I'm really socially akaward and it's hard for me to make friends. My whole life people have used me or blamed me for stuff that isn't my fault simply because I allowed them to. To me unless the person blaming me for a situation realizes that im not at fault, I won't believe others words because it's like I have to prove my innocence to myself so I don't walk around with guilt. An incident happened with my roommate and her boyfriend in our dorm room. He threatened to choke me, told me he was annoyed by me being upset at his threat and ordered me to leave his girlfriends room. He walks up on me and tells me I have 10 seconds. I wouldn't leave and he told her to make me. She did, he slammed the door and locks it. I wanted to call the police over this because he threatened me for the simple fact that I tried to look at his eyes. Now my other roommate went to him and told him that what he did wasn't okay. He gets angry and suddenly breaks up with my roommate and starts moving his stuff out the room. I told her that if he had touched me I would have called the police. He made a threat and he got really close to me. That is considered a threat on my person. She gets blames me for the whole thing. Now she was supposed to be my friend. I kept everything she texted me, the hurtful words as proof of how people treat me. People tell me I'm in the wrong for keeping these and showing them to people, but if I didn't they dismiss me saying I'm acting like the victim. This is a sample

Ok when me and my group of friends(all guys) were just hanging out another one of my friend asked me if he could invite his girlfriend and her friends to my house. I agreed since i was friends with them, but later another friend of mine who had a girlfriend got pissed at him since he was hanging out with other girls and she got pissed at the friend who invited them. next time my friend who had the pissed off girlfriend said next time no girls could go or come if he came over. does he have to the right to say this.

For example, some of my friends have - taken a pontoon/tug boat onto the bay - rented out a huge hall at a restaurant - were thrown a surprise party - have a nice brunch at a resort I think I am planning to have 5-10 people all girls like myself, but I'm open to other options.

Ive known my best friend for two years and we've never fought. In fact, I don't remember ever being truly mad at her. Anyway, this past week, she's been planning a party where she was going to invite a bunch of friends over to see a movie and sleep over. Im a very shy person, so she's my only close friend but we were walking around together as she invited people right in front of me. A few days later, she started acting funny and being kind of rude to me (she's usually really sweet to everyone) and on the night of the party, I had realized that she had never asked me to come. Im really upset with her not only because she left me out, but also because shes starting to become best friends with another girl and becoming part of the popular group at school. She knows that I have no other friends and still is starting to break away with me to become 'popular'. Im really shy and I dont like expressing my feelins and I dont want to lose her but at the same time I want to tell her that I'm mad because usually shes the first one I talk to when I'm upset. Any advice?

It's the weekend and my friends and I are looking for some things to do. We usually go to the mall, ice skating, and visit each other's houses but we're kinda growing tired of the same old thing. We're all 14-15 years old so we don't have very much money and are kinda limited to what we could do.

First, my mom never hits me. My brother and I got into a fight at McDonald's—we threw ketchup on each other. I'm older (I'm 15), he is 13. I got some ketchup on a woman's clothes and my mom had to reimburse her for the damage. My mom freaked out on me, she told me I was an immature baby and my brother too—in front of people in McDonald's. Leaving McDonald's, she told us that she should get us some pacifiers and some pampers and a playpen. People were looking at me, as if she were right. she embarrassed me for no reason. She took away my cell and i pod and my x box which i really dont play anymore but still. I can't go out on weekends now. On the car ride home she was yelling at us, telling us when she goes to Walmart, she should buy us a crib and stuff. Can I turn her into CPS for abuse saying those things to me? Isn't it slander or something saying lies about someone? Saying I need those things and making me look bad in public? For the record, my brother started it. It's not fair she took away my stuff and I can't go out now. she is overeacting over this please help with adivce. I KNOW I MADE A MISTAKE. i just want her to chill out and be cool and dont treat me like im 2 years old. its so not fair

Heyy guys....im 14 yo boy and im really sad so please help....my parents dont love eachother, they see eachother 2 hours per day and they barely talk....because they cant have a 5 mins conversation without fighting...it's really pissing me off...we also owe some people money (about 150k $) and I'll have to pay everything when im older...the bank might also take our house,,,but greatfully, my parents buy me whatever I ask them to, they dont want me to feel different than any other teenager....my dad cant walk(sorry for my english) and my mon has heart disease....im just feeling so lonely... Alright. Well. I met my best friend 6th grade (let's call her Rachel) Rachel met this other girl first (let's call her Katherine) they met the start of the year and we met towards the middle /end year. Okay, that was a little vague, but here it is: my actions will not be said, and I will not say them no matter how you ask, all you need to know is that I did it for no reason, and it REALLY hurt someone's feelings down to a bismal. Okay, so there's a girl in my form, let's call her Ann. Okay so me and my friend have been friends since the 6th grade, when I met her (Now I'm in 8th). We FaceTimed texted each other all the time we had fun and everything. Though I left the middle school I was going to with her after 7th grade ended and I moved to a new county over. We were still cool and all. We both like to draw and she does too. So once she showed me her drawings and I complemented her drawings and then I showed her mines. She had nothing to say, then I showed her some more and one of my sisters. Then she stills shows me her art and I just stopped showing her mines since she claims it makes her "upset." Another time I was texting one of my other friends who she dislikes but my other friend didn't know at the time. My other friend had said "You and (my friend's name) act alike, like ya'll say the same things." And I had replied "Yeah cause she always starts saying stuff that I say and etc..." I reallllllyyy love music. I always have. I used to play recorder age 6-11 and I would say I got to about grade 3-4 level with one lesson per week at school. Apart from that, I have never done any music. Since this year, I have began to like music even more, so much so that I was considering doing it at university. But, my dreams were crushed to bits when I looked at entry requirements. At least grade 7 in one instrument. And it takes years and years to get to grade 7/8. So, am I rightfully annoyed at my parents for not getting me into music when I was younger? Because now that I really want to do it, I can't, and it's really, really upsetting me... I'm trying to learn piano but I guess I'm barely at debut level at the moment and I'm 14. I haven't practiced recorder for ages...so I'm probably back at the start. Plus, I wanted to be a secondary school teacher but I suppose it's too late for that now. I didn't want to take years out between school and university as not a lot of people do and it would feel odd...and I feel as if i might lose interest in stuff and live on a part time badly paid job - which is not what I'm aiming to do

See, last year in our art class, I tried to put my best efforts in, because I realized I finally found something I love: art! My efforts paid off, as I did pretty well in class and some classmates and the teacher complimented my stuff and all, and I was super proud of myself!! But then my best friend started getting a little irritable towards me. In August, I finally confronted her and asked her why she was being so cold towards me. She admitted to me that she was jealous of how "well" I've been drawing.. I was a little confused, since she has been drawing all her life, and she draws REALLY good. So why would she even get jealous at me? .-. I just forgave her and we got along as usual after that. But recently, she has just been plain mean to me, but in a different way. She never waits for me anymore. When I ask her if she could wait for me, she just leaves and laughs (in joking matter). She seems to get angry whenever I get a better grade than her in anything, especially projects. Yesterday, we were playing racket ball and we're both pretty sucky at sports. When I won, I gave a little nervous laugh and instead of congratulating me or laughing with me, she had a plain, sour face. She's always trying to point out my flaws now in ANYTHING I do. Whenever I complete a painting I'm proud of, she always points out the things that turned out badly, like a crooked nose or uneven eyes. Yesterday a kind teacher as a gift gave me some really comfy shoes and I was super happy with them. My friend just looked at them and said "They look REALLY uncomfortable." There's also this guy who has a crush on me. I don't have a boyfriend but my friend does. My friend told me "Tbh, if that guy had a crush on me, I'd kill myself." Honestly we were doing sports today at the last lesson of school. I was running a lot so I felt really warm and decided to take off my jumper I had a t-shirt and shirt underneath it. But however my breast shape was really visible. I was the only one to take off my jumper. When my ex bestie was walking by she looked me up and down went red and walked off looking at the floor Advice please! I forgot to mention she's (les) but we're not friends anymore. She's touched me before leaned on me gave me hugs and confessions what not. But what is the meaning of this? Also a similar thing happened before but other people asked me to take off my jacket before P.E and she was standing there beside me going red as if she actually wanted to see me unbuttoning my jacket. I'm bi curious but honestly I stopped being her friend because she started to love me I loved her too but felt that it could ruin our friendship and my school reputation I have with the people and the teachers.

A few years ago I was really close with one of my friends and she typically came to me about problems she was having. She was very overdramatic at times and it pushed me away from her due to her need for attention. At one point she had stated "I wish I'd been abused as a child to have a reason to be sad." which I completely lashed out at her for, saying it was very inappropriate. The very next day she apologizes and tells me her neighbor molested and raped her as a child. I was in disbelief that she'd even try to pull this on me but since then she has told several of our friends, and has made attempts to "contact" her abuser and sent me screenshotted texts (though it is quite easy to fake those I guess). She refuses, however, to seek help or tell her parents, despite her abuser blatantly saying in his texts that he is sorry for what he had done, if its even him. I need opinions. Should I just cut this person off? She also has a tendency to self-diagnose herself with ridiculous illnesses.

I have this friend of mine who is always texting me for advice on how to get girls, I give him advice and he NEVER follows any of it and he comes back saying how sad he is that he can't get girls. He keeps contradicting himself saying "I want love" then he'll come on and say "I'm going to the club to hook up with girls for sex" A girl recently broke up with him and I comforted him to make him feel better which it did, he and another friend of mine were hanging out and he was always texting me for advice on how to get her to date him, he decides to invite her over and he tries fingering her and she rejects him hard and nips his elbow and runs over his foot with her truck! Now he's texting me at 1 am crying over how he'd been rejected and asking me if "____ and him can still be friends" and I keep having to state the obvious that he ****** up. He keeps texting me the same stuff over and over and it's annoying, I don't ignore him because I feel bad for him but I feel really irritated.

I'm only 12 and I'm at a friends house and I don't want to show her mom. Please help!

I've known this girl for over a year now. We used to get along with each other really well. We used to chat almost all day long. She also like me back then. Not like as a friend but the other type of like(you know what i mean).And she knows(still knows) that I love her. She used to call me baby. But from a few days, she just doesn't seem the same anymore. She takes long time to reply to my texts(which actually very rarely happened) and she has started calling me "mate" unlike when she used to call me by my name. She knows I don't like that word "mate" but now she calls me mate instead of my name. I'm really confused and this thing is eating me inside. I want to know what you all think. Please don't ask me to straightly ask her cause i'm not gonna do that.

I feel like it's my fault that I can never have any long lasting friendships. If I could go back in time, I would try to change how I carried myself in college, because this is why nobody likes me and wants to be friends with me. I think I would have better had a reputation as a whore, because even whores at school can make friends better than weirdos. I've been backstabbed many times by people and I'm starting to think that I provoke them to. My mom always tries to make me feel better by saying that she too was backstabbed, but unlike me, she was only backstabbed once. I understand that friends come and go and that's life, but a lot of people have had friends for years, and I can barely keep friends for 4 - 6 months. Even though I graduated college, I'm still terrible at having good friends. I've been trying to text my former college students, but I feel as though by taking a long time to text or not texting, that they are try to distance themselves from me. I'm always starting the conversations, and that says a lot about how they feel about me.

I am on this bball team all girls from my state, the best of the best. There is 2 people from my town l, me and kate. We were always like best friends. Then this girl taylor kept talking to us, and kate didn't like her. then Taylor and kate both had birthdays in October so they became October buddies. We had our first tournament today but last night Taylor posted a pic of kate saying how glad she was on her team and how she couldn't wait to get to know her better. Then mulan, taylors friend, became friends with Kate also. All while I was just by myself. They walked around together while just leaving me behind. Thing is, Kate and I were best friends she never ever left me like that. If she found a new friend she would allow me to come along and make friends with them all. We Snapchat everyday. We are on a like 73 day streak. Wwe are each others best friends on snap chat and we car pool. I really hope this us just a quick friendshi. Like I'm happy she is making friends but why isn't she including me like always. When I always find a friend I allow her to come? her and kate are going basketball shoe shopping, without even considering me. Plz hlp

I asked this girl her number and she did not give it to me. But later she joked with me. She told me she needed to eat chocolatethe next day. I looked surprised because I just bought her chocolate on that day and she did not even want to give me her number. Finding that I looked surprised she said to me, she is carving she thinks it is because she is pregnant. I told her that I did not even touch her. Ok, that question may sound like I'm talking in general, but this is kinda specific. Let me explain: I have two extremely close friends. So much so that we know nearly all of each other's secrets and demons, and often find out we're thinking exactly the same way. I have one friend who's a boy, and one a girl. They are a couple. Now I love them both equally, but the boy and I go way back, like 4 years, but we met the girl early this schoolyear. Now sometimes the boy and I just need some guy time, and sometimes I need an alone chat with the girl, and sometimes my friends need to go on a date. All that is fine with me. But last time the guy and I hung out, the girl got really upset. Even though the 3 of us were planning on getting together the next day. And now the guy and I feel afraid to hang out together individually. So my question is, why is it we all can't just get along? Why can't we all just understand each other and our motives?

My soon to be husband let s his friends invite themselves to our house whenever they want. Most of them just walk in the house when they want to hang out and I ve been feeling like I ve got no privacy in my own home, and I was always worried that my things would go missing. I talked to my fiance about it, and his solution was putting a lock on the doors. This girl is constantly telling me that me and my boyfriend make a cute couple but she goes behind my back and tells her group of friends that "I can do better than him" and now her friends are telling my boyfriend what she said. I know this may be a weird question but I'm really nervous and don't know what to do. My best friends brother is a senior and his graduation party is today. I've never really talked to him he just gives us rides places, but his mom invited me and my family. I didn't want to go just because I thoughted itd be weird but my mom wants to go. Now I don't know what I'm going to say. I'm someone who never knows what to say for anything. I haven't been to a graduation party in a couple years and I don't know what you're supposed to say to them? Do you just shake their hand and say congratulations or what?

Why do people want to be "friends" with people just to see what's going on in their private lives and have no desire to form an actual valuable friendship? I am genuinely curious, what are your thoughts?

I have two male friends let's call them Paul and Anthony.And here's the problem they're so...they're like a gf and bf.One can't go without the other they always need to do everything together..Example:When i ask A to go to the movies he says that he can't beacuse B won't go to the movies cause he is busy,or if i ask B he'll say no beacuse A won't be able to go...And also some people talk behind their backs about how they are acting like husband and wife.How to go outside with them if one can't.

I get that my friends can be annoying, but my sister is constantly talking about how much she hates them. Her friends are way worse and I don't do that to her! Me and a friend are going out of together next weekend and we are going half on the room when i booked it a few months ago she said she would give me her half closer to the date.. So now we are a week out and i'd like to make sure i have her half a little early like friday (we leave saturday) so i have time to to put it in the bank since the hotel takes the money at check in. What's wrong with my appearance, I wonder. I'm Filipino, 5'7", and a college freshman! In high school, I have made 0 real friend. I walk around by myself during school lunch everyday. Most of my people become friends with me only to ask for my homework! I'm skinny and I was a decent JV cross country runner. On the good side, students voted me as the "High School Most Artistic '15" as part of favorite seniors for yearbook. My long term goal is to save up $@&#% for plastic nose surgery and bulk up.

I have this one friend that I always considered one of my real friends. We always talked and it was always fun to be around her. when I see her talking to other people I don't go walk up into the conversation, I give them some space. That's my problem. I always seem to do that, and I know at some times it's the better thing to do but I realized as a start backing away they start backing away. Sometimes to maintain a friendship you literally need to be up their *** and not so distant that you loose connection. I really never want to loose this friend but I can feel it start to happen.
