We are wanting to take a huge trip out to my lake house in Chicago and then go to a huge music festival! ( lollapalooza ). The only problem was that Paige was in a car wreck back in November and was paralyzed from the waist down! So, she's in a wheelchair now! She hates it, but it is what it is, and I promised her it wouldn't change anything about her coming with us on the trip. And we had some questions for ourselves! So, I had 5 quick questions for you guys! 1. Will Paige be able to do anything at the lake? Or will she just have to sit in the house and relax and tan out back? 2. Should i tell her to bring her electric or manual chair? She says the manual one tires her out, but my car doesn't have room for both. 3. Can she still come with us to the main crowd at the festival? Or is there a special wheelchair section we should go sit with her at that would be way easier for her? 4. Should I wear my glasses? Random, but I use them for driving and seeing far away, so I feel like putting wearing them would make the concert easier to see. And I can't wear 5. I am currently in 8th grade and will be moving on to high school in a few months and I'm pretty sure i'll never want to be friends with these people after this year. My group consists of 6 people including myself. (I will be using fake names) this kid George is basically a God to everyone else in the group. They all do what he does and worship him. He finally kinda separated from us a few months ago and found his groupies, the rest of them try super hard to get him back and will do anything to be friends with him again. They all follow what he does and says. On top of it all they crack up at dick jokes, sex jokes, anything thats in a crappy Melissa McCarthy movie. I feel like none of them know me, and I feel super disconnected with them. We can't talk about anything (they have terrible taste in movies and music, they all hate books). They are perverted and always want to talk about porn, i'm like a punching bag to these people. One time, one of them kept complaining that this girl was weird and annoying and I defended her and said she's actually cool if you'd try talking to her and I am apparently "cold and b*tchy" because I didn't agree with him. I give off an annoyed expression everyday at school because I'm not myself when I'm with them. They kill my spirit. I'm getting honors classes and will probably not see these people because they're getting regular classes. Does friendships get better in high school? Because I really hope it does. |

I think it might happen this Friday, since I have an opportunity to hang out with a guy who likes me and I think I like him too. We ve been doing things like holding hands for the past week and he s been tickling me and playing with my hair and stuff for months. He has in fact told me he likes me, a couple weeks ago, although I told him I don t feel the same towards him. However, I m pretty sure he can tell I ve grown to like him. And I know the kiss is coming, he s been getting closer and more adventurous (and frankly, I don t mind at all). Today he even placed his hands on my waist, backed me up against the wall, and leaned close, just because... I have no idea why (I couldn t think straight for like 5 minutes afterwards). Anyways, I have some problems/anxieties with this upcoming kiss: 1. I have inherited some bad breath genes from my mother, unfortunately. Brushing my teeth thoroughly, flossing, Listerine, and a strong breath mint help, but I don t want my breath to be stale by that afternoon and I don t have time to go home first. Help? 2. This is the one that really worries me. For years on end, I have bitten the inside of my cheek. It s the most predominant of my three nervous habits (biting my nails, cheek, and lip). It s lined with raw skin and scars. It s disgusting and I m scared. Please help? 3. I have NO idea how to kiss. I m an extremely insecure person, and an introvert with anxiety issues, so I worry way more than I should, causing my hands to sweat and all sorts of nasty stuff. I recently lost my first love because he couldn't love me back. I'm an aspiring professor of medicine who is really focused on her career. I got my master's from an Ivy League school and hope to get a PhD someday. I consider myself a good person, but I was diagnosed with depression two years ago. May God forgive me, but I used to hurt myself because of my abusive past and anxiety. I'm in therapy, but sometimes, I feel like I'm really alone. I do have some friends, but I feel like I can't talk to them. Even my own family, I feel obligated to keep silent because when I try talking to my mom, we end up fighting. I feel like such a failure. I lost my love, I have no real friends, and my life has become so predictable. All I have to live for is my career. How can I be happier? Is there a way to love being alone? |

Her grade is divided into cliques and she is not happy with hers. One group who she used to be friends with when she was still getting to know everyone has parties all the time, and puts it all over social media. I've met these girls their extremely funny, and their personality fits my sisters. Especially one girl who likes my sister and I know they could be best friends. Now I know what your thinking "why would you care about your sisters problems?" Well everyday now she comes home from schools she yells and complains about how she wants to branch out but doesn't know how. It's getting very annoying but that's not the bad part. Suddenly now she always hangs out with me and my friends. I'm a junior in high school she's in seventh grade we have totally different interests and talk about things she shouldn't hear. When I tell my mom she says it's better then her complaining. I just want to give her advice then she'll leave me alone. It's summer a perfect opportunity for her to branch out so she'll have a great eighth grade year. Every time he talks to me, he makes fun of me about pretty much everything. Last Friday I had to be in a group with him and the whole time he sat there and made fun of everything about me. Stuff I said that day, things I do in class, just everything. I always tell him to leave me alone but he never does. I try to be nice to him, but he's always so mean to me. And today, all through Lit he wouldn't leave me alone. He kept bothering me and stuff. I told him to just leave me alone and let me watch the movie that was playing, but no, then he points to my friend and starts saying I'm lesbian. I'm not, I'm against their rights because its wrong (if you disagree with me on that, don't argue. We all have our opinion. I'm a Christian, so I go by what the bible says) I tried saying I'm not but he kept saying I was. There's this one guy, who's my best guy friend, that he thinks I like so now he was saying, is it him or her? And he keeps sayong , hard decision? Now he keeps repeating that over and over. I te him to just be quiet. He won't. I try to ignore him, but it just makes him worse. I try to sit away from him, but he just comes over again. On thinking to sit by the teacher (we're watching movies in almost all our classes this week because its our last week. I don't understand why no one really likes me :/ I'm 22 years old in college, i've been in college for about 4 years and haven't really made a single friend. I've made a few acquaintances , how ever these seem to fade after a semester ends. in high school i had friends but they made it clear it wasn't real... (not going into to much detail on that) even when i had friends in high school i spent lunch time alone for the most part everyone else was busy with their large groups of friends but not me. back to college i do not know what it is or why i have no friends anywhere! :( i'm depressed the majority of the time. another reason why this past 2 years has been bad is also because i ran away from home ( long story). basically, my family was abusive i was starved and looked almost homeless.( might as well have been) my family stole Fafsa (5000)$ money from me and got me kicked out of first college. its very long lots of abuse. Since my escape from hell i've been doing better i gained some weight blah blah. my point being i'm unloved and have no one no family or friends to care for or who care and i don't know how to make friends please help me escape lonelyness and depression. Also to add just to be clear i smile a lot when in public no one would be the wiser that i feel this way. So, the reason is not because i sit moping around or anything. i work hard and never give up on my dreams and keep moving forward! i keep my head up in public and never give up. its behind closed doors i feel alone and cry my self to sleep at night. |

Which I'm fine with, but he sucks alot. He milks his hours, a week ago it took him 3 whole 7 hour days to paint a small bedroom. Incase you didn't know, that is way to long. Even though they are here for me now in high school, i feel like after we graduate, we wont stay in touch and that concerns me a little. How important is it to build strong friendships in high school? I dont have a best friend since i was young and all my friends seem to drift away. Will i never have a close friend?? How many people stay in touch with their friends from high school?? |
| Posted: 26 May 2015 02:03 PM PDT When I shave my pubic hairs I shave a bit in between my cheeks . I have done it before but only a few hairs have come. But now I feel a bit irritation there. I have shaved much more there before than now and I didn't feel like that. It isn't alot but could it just be a rash and not stubbles? Cause I just saw long hairs. How can I shave my pubic hair without getting rashes and itch. When I put shaving cream on the vaginal area it burns a bit. I apply mosturiser after but it still burns. Do I need to shave the anus area or should I just leave it? After shaving the first time there it didn't grow back different. |

We're still distant friends, but not like we used to be. This guy skips his exams, does and deals drugs, and uses his friends until he gets what he wants. My boyfriend hangs out with that guy and that guys friends, who are all very chavvy, very rude to society, and generally don't see the point in doing anything good with themselves. My boyfriend has told me "I don't particularly like them either, they're annoying, do drugs around me, and hang out on the streets, but they're the only friends I've got" I want him to find some lovely friends, because the ones that he has really influences him in the wrong ways. I would never tell him to break a friendship just because I don't like it; and I trust him a lot. I just wish he had nice friends, even he wants that too. He's shy and not very outgoing like I am. I meet people and can make friends rather easily, he likes to keep himself with himself as he's nervous around people. How do I help him realize that he deserves better than these low lives? |

I try to make her like me but she usually just hits me with the nearest object (Brick for example). Is she right? if so, how could I be the reason all of this happened? | Question: How to win a class election? Posted: 26 May 2015 01:34 PM PDT So i go to a very small school where elections are basically a popularity contest, the names of the kids who want to run are on a piece of paper and each student just circles who they want to win. The thing is that i want to have leadership positions on my resume and would love to be class president. Im not "uncool" since i try to be very friendly and hopefully most of the kids in the grade consider me their friend,im just not best friend status with my classmates. The biggest problem is our current class president who runs and wins every year. Idk why she wins to be honest because shes veryy loud and disrespectful. I guess you would consider her popular but i can't imagine most people actualy like her. I feel likr more students would like me, not to sound arrogant, im just alot nicer.I realy want to become class president next year so how can i beat her? |

But my best friend and her family is not very well off, and I guess my family is. I've never personally had to work for what I want, but I do have to make excellent grades to receive anything. She's one of the only friends I have, and I heard her tell people that I'm filthy rich and I always brag, but I don't. She's only been to my house once, but when we were texting and she asked "what's up" I said "just waiting for the maid to finish cleaning my room so i can go back and do absolutely nothing again lol" and then she'll say "oh my family doesn't have anything like that, i have to clean the whole house" and over spring break, i told her my family was going on another cruise and she said "i wish we could afford to go on a cruise" and I'll not know what to say, like I don't discuss money, but she does. Also, I typically get spending money at the mall, and sometimes she expects me to get her stuff? Like no, regardless of anything, I'm not here to fund your makeup collection or whatever. And she told our other friend that I was selfish because I only thought about myself? I paid for her dinner for her birthday but its not something she should expect every time we hangout. My parents taught me the value of money, and they certainly don't give me money to spend on friends. We donate money to charity organizations (ex. Nepal recently, we also have family there right now) and sometimes I do spend money on stuff I really want, like I got a pricey homecoming dress because it was the first time I had a date, and she got really pissed about that, and I got my makeup done and she got mad about that, like I don't know what to do? Am I supposed to feel bad? She keeps making me feel bad about having college paid for but idk, I'm not going to not go to a college especially if my parents have the means to pay for it. | Question: How to get rid of a clingy, annoying friend? Posted: 26 May 2015 01:20 PM PDT I recently switched schools. There was a kid named Max (names changed for protection) who I made friends with in the first two weeks or so. He had another friend named Marc who I thought was a bit odd, but I didn't pay attention to it. In the first month or so, it was all fine, but Marc was starting to be a little hostile towards me. I didn't know why, and I tried to stay away from him. That didn't work. He became progressively annoying and rude over the next two months and I needed to do something. Here are some of the things that he did: -Telling the most horrible jokes -Laughing at his own jokes -Following me and/or Max around -Always taking the same classes as us -Sitting with us at lunch -Taking/destroying our possessions I asked Max about why he was like that. He told me that Marc's dad had left him when he was little, and that he had ADHD. Whenever I tried to confront Marc about it, he said some random bullshit about me that didn't make sense and ran off. I think he's gay for either me or Max. Max said that everyone hates him and that's why he is clinging to us for his life. He also said that he was close to driving Marc away, but I came along and gave him attention, and now he's here to stay. Max and I want to get rid of him, but I need some help. I have tried ignoring him, talking with teachers, purposely being mean to him, and none of it worked. Marc is apparently so desperate for attention, he doesn't care whether it's good or bad. Please help!!! |
