Hospitals and others didn't do much, except prescribe medications, and the only thing that seems to keep him alive and going is my Sister-in-Law. He was almost put on hospice after an overdose with evidence leading to her siblings. He recovered. Though, today he had shallow breathing and would refuse to wake up after being left alone with the siblings. Thankfully my Sister-in-Law arrived before he was left alone any longer, as she called me crying her eyes out, convinced he was dying. Again though, he seems okay. The poor man wasn't even able to eat, because they refuse to feed him. My Sister-in-Law is running out of options, and soon he will be on his deathbed. He's over 90 years old, and has an abundance of money, his wicked children want every little penny from his pockets. Unfortunately, my Sister-in-Law doesn't have the time to constantly watch over him, thus getting thrown into the "care" of her siblings who leave him unattended. They don't deserve what they might get. Please, help us.

I just found out some things about my sister, i just cant believe the type of person she is, she is so scandalous. Her current husband, i found out that she stole him from her friend. I remember she brought them both over to the house to meet my parents, then we went on a trip, me, her husband n her. I was young but now i remember n i asked my mom. On the way back from our trip, she started trying to hold his hand, then they were together a few months later. My sister brings them both to meet our parents then she steals the guy away from her friend, that is so snake-like n totally FKED UP. She always had a sociopathic personality, so i kind of kept away from her but NOW, im just like i think i should break all contact. Im just thinking i should completely stop talking to her n her husband, they are both just scandalous people in my opinion I just found out, the friend was accusing my sister of stealing her man.

as well being proud having cousin through six degrees of separation who is the first in family to go pre-med? Keep in mind that the cousins in this scenario also look nothing like the relative who's embarrassed/proud. And they barely know each other, as they live a 4-hour drive away and didn't grow up together.  Is it pointless for someone to say to an immediate family member, "Please don't tell anyone that our cousin is in prison. I don't want our family to look bad" when that cousin is the embarrassed person's father's sister's grandson? That cousin will obviously not be mentioned in the embarrassed person's obituary in the future, because he's not immediate family. Every family has a bad egg, so is it stupid to be embarrassed by a bad-egg cousin who's a non-close relative who doesn't resemble the embarrassed person, nor do they have any similar mannerisms. Matter of fact, the convict cousin once asked the embarrassed person, "How are we cousins again?"  Because they barely know each other and are NOT first cousins, but instead further down the family tree. In addition, is it pointless to boast about a relative you barely know (who's a cousin further down the family tree) who's going for her doctorate? The proud person looks NOTHING like the doctor, and they barely know each other, and they're not first cousins. Why are people embarrassed/proud of cousins who won't be in their obituary (and vice versa)? Being related to someone like that,  doesn't make them look bad/smart. I went to high school with a woman whose cousin is Flavor Flav.  I'm sure she's not embarrassed by his clown-ish self, because they're not immediate family, which is why she admitted to her friends that they're related.

I just got home from drug rehab 1 week ago. I'm honestly very disappointed. We couldn't have any celebration due to the whole pandemic bs. So I got home, nothing to do. My whole family is just stupid and annoying Af. My brother is a stay at home slob, works from home and the guy is 29. He doesn't do anything and he always says the stupidest stuff. Hello, I don't want to give many details, but I'm a high school junior, and I live with my parents and my little sister she is in middle school. Lately, I've been hearing my mom talk with one of her friends crying about someone that is too strict with her, saying that she is scared and sad, that someone made a promise to be with her forever that it's up to him to either break the promise or leave.  I've been seeing some tension between my dad and my mom, I see my dad getting mad at my mom for no reason, my mom is someone that likes to express herself and my dad sometimes stops her from talking when he does not agree. He is very strict with what we eat and if something is not the way he likes it he doesn't even eat it. The other day iI was talking with my mom about getting divorced as a hypothetical situation, that I was talking with a friend, and I mentioned it, and she said what would I feel if they were to divorce, I didn't really put much thought into it and I just said that if love is not a factor for being together that it's not worth it being together. I've seen my parents arguing in silence, many times and I see my dad make my mom cry over insignificant things. My dad gets mad over everything but he's a good dad, he tries the best for us and all. However, I have noticed their tention, now that we are in quarantine, is more notorious they planning on getting divorced? or is it just a small thing. my mom has changed, ive noticed it and they spend less time together.

I am in my 20 he is in his 30s.  I let my sick sibling live with me, she has spend as long as 10 days in the immune ward in the past and often needs breathing support even with a common cold.  My boyfriend wants to go to a party and acts like I'm being a ***** for wanting to stay away from him for two weeks after the party.  I tried discussing the COVID19 cases with him, but he already knew all that I had to tell him and acted like I was naive or late to the game on the info.  He insists the only way out of the situation is through herd immunity but refuses to acknowledge that I am in a situation where I really can't bring it home.   It is straining our relationship and I am feeling distant from him at this point.

My brother doesn't even do anything but gets a reward everyday for doing nothing this one time I was doing my own work and my brother was painting so I made him wash his hands and he kept hitting me while I was trying to do my work my mom yelled at him and said that he wasn't going to be getting any toy like he was promised but the next day what do ya know he gets a new toy the next day this is unfair. Today and Yesterday since we're in quarantine I finished all of my School work but my brother hasn't and so my mom asks me to help him by doing for him. I agreed to do it so yesterday and the day before I did his math work and my mom seemed happy about it and thanked me then my sister looks over it and says that it's all wrong my mom said it's all sloppy I was "asleep" at the time and they always o this they ask for my help and are so nice but when  I go to sleep they talk about me and they think that I can't hear but I can and I cry at what they say. I was trying to help and yesterday my mom had me do my brother's social studies work it took me about 4 hours it was 1 in the morning when I was finished and my mom said "thank you so much" and she asked me if I wanted something in return instead of money so I wrote down two snacks and as I was waking up my mom was telling my sister that I shouldn't get it and she let my sister see my work and she said she was confused at my work and it was all wrong and just now my mom woke up and told me she started not to get me my snacks and that all of my work was wrong and only one was right and I had to apologize this is how she is she asks me for help, makes me do my brother's work and then yells at me and makes my sister look over it it's like nothing I do is ever right and my sister is gold and she's the smartest sometimes I just want to say "well if nothing I do right then don't ask me to help you and do it yourself"! My family has been home since this whole coronavirus thing has happened and my grandma and older cousin has been staying with us too. My dad once called my bf to have a coffee with him. It ended up being a chat in my dads car where my dad threatened my bf and called him various names saying he wasn't a good person and because he didn't ask my dad for permission to date me (my bf and I are 24 years old). My bf and I were blind sided that this conversation even happened in an aggressive way.  One time my bf got in the mix of an argument my mom, dad, and I were having. Not being disrespectful but trying to get them to understand why the argument wasn't supposed to happen. My dad got in my bfs face and called him a pathetic loser and other names. My boyfriend's sister-in-law is probably one of the worst people ever to family. She has wronged/hurt my bf/his mom& they  let it go for yrs for his bros sake. She is the  person that when there is any  change that she didn't initiate it's always wrong even if the change was good/needed. Also b/c she is who she is she can't be wrong in her eyes nothing she says/does/her opinions is wrong. It's always someone else fault&if you don't agree with her/have  same thoughts you're wrong. They have been saying nothing so that her son/my bf brother is OK but that's wrong of them to let her break up relationships and family. Ok, I'll be the first to admit I was less than a stellar parent. But I have always believed that I didn't have to give up my life because I am a mother. I was a young, single attractive women who enjoyed partying and sex ( lots of sex) and that was me from 14-55, I am now in my 60s and a grandmother from my son's. But my daughter who is 36 not married and no children has so much anger and resentment towards me. I figured at her age she would have gotten over by now. I have apologized for not being there for her but I can't take those years back, so let's just move on. I would like for her to get married and give me a grandchild, I have only been asking her for 11 years for one. I did raise her to have sex only when she was married and she went against my rules and had sex at 18 with her bf. I forgave her for that but I never thought she would be so prudish to not least find someone to give me a grandchild with by now. I just want to enjoy her being pregnant and bonding with her over it. A year ago, my brother's girlfriend and I got a little drunk and ended up sleeping together. A few months later, she announced she was pregnant. I have no idea if the baby is mine or my brother's. I'm 23 and NEVER had a boyfriend my whole life. My sister who never brushes her teeth and they're yellow as can be has a boyfriend of one year. It's not fair because I'll probably die being single. I'm trying to go to college but I have to take the fast track program since my gpa in high school was so low that I have to take the fast track course and pass with a certain grade to even take college level courses which sucks because it's going to take longer to graduate after I finally pass the fast track and actually take the college courses and graduate nursing school if I do nursing school. I'm just a loser with no life and a kid born out of wedlock by my online one night stand. I'm definitely not going to find someone now since I have a kid...

I hope he never does. It would be a blow to him and the family. They broke up in 2018 because he found out she cheated with a guy named Luke. The guy was really me. I used that alias and fake picture on our messages. That's not all. In Nov 2017, she lost her baby when she was 5 months pregnant. Till this moment, he thinks she lost his child. Once in a while he'll mention it with a bit of sadness. It wasn't his child but mine. No one (except his ex gf) know this. I regret it every single day and already feel like the most terrible person/brother ever. My punishment is having to live with this guilt, carry it to the grave and be a better brother. Is likely he'll discover this terrible secret? Or not? I'm anonymous because this is a great shame I'll forever be carrying. I can't even share this with my best friends.

My maternal grandfather died in December also. Christmas was hell this past year and I am anticipating another bad one this year. I am 15 and tired of the fighting. I cry more about my parents then the deaths. My surviving brothers don't mind as much. I am the only girl.

Question: An uncle of mine is divorced from his wife of 16 years and the family hates the wife. How do I show my hate for her so I can fit in?

I hear this expression on the Dr. Phil Show to give ourselves what our parents did not. My Dad has neglected me through emotional abuse. I am very distant from him though not officially estranged (I see him a little). I don't hate him or anything but am very hurt by him and disgusted. I feel more disappointment in him then hate though there is anger. I do stay distant from him though.  My question is since I cannot count on him in my life how do I give myself the emotional support that I do not get from my father? 

Question: My family is always making fun of me and putting me down but praising my deceased dad and it hurts my feelings ?

my boyfriend is watching my kids right now. I was supposed grocery shop on Mon but fell sick on Sat  and there is a little food left in the house. Last night we ran out of paper bowls and that was it!! boyfriend started texting me about lazy I am, that he has told me many times not to keep groceries for the last minute and that EVERYTHING FALLS ON HIM. (He never does groceries) its just been 1 day since he has watched my kids. Hes upset that I don't stock up but i cant finish up all my food stamps at once and need to ration it out which he doesnt seem to understand. I get why he is upset but dont understand is he right to give me **** while I'm at the hospital? I'm sick and need his support. Not ****. my kids are below 9.. theyre good kids but not the cleanest. I'm always yelling telling them to clean up . I just get a text from him telling me theres dog poop in their room and they havebt cleaned it up and theyve got food in their bed... correct.. unacceptable.. absolutely wrong.. but I'm in the hospital!!! Admitted!!! This man said he would watch the kids... what does he expect me to do from here? Tells me im a bad mom  and they dont listen etc..  how am I supposed to recover at the hospital? Am I being unreasonable when I say that these things can be discussed when I get home? And the kids are being kids... pull them up and ask them to clean up or give them time out. But making me miserable while in the hospital is horrible.i also  paid him100$ for my kids food this week.  Ps- the dog poop isnt from neglect..shes a brand new puppy who is still  being trained and there is absolutely no violence  in the house  My kids love this man. This question isnt about him watching my kids while I'm at the hospital it's about him having no compassion from me while I'm admitted and constantly texting and complaining about everything's that not right in the house and giving me anxiety
