He decided to tell me this five months into our relationship and ended it by saying "Well, I like you now!" when I got upset at him. That didn't make me feel any better at all, honestly. I ended up telling him that my feelings were hurt and I that we should take a break from each other. Was that a good choice, or no? Am I overreacting? It's nearing six months now and I'm shocked that he basically stringed me along for god knows how long of it. I'm not sure why he got into a relationship with me if he didn't romantically like me to begin with— especially since we both took a week to figure out if we should get into a relationship before. |

She can tell me what I'm doing wrong and quick to point out where I can improve but if I tried to do it to her she gets irritated. Also she never want to admit she's wrong and of she owes me an apology I always get it through a text message. Also she can't accept healthy criticism but shes so quick to give it and it's never her fault when an argument occurs. She complains about me not being talkative but her conversations lacks intellect. She complained about me being talkative to other people and not her when we went out somewhere but the next time we went out I showed a whole lot more attention to her then she complained about me not showing equal attention to her and the other people we were with. We've had our differences, but have worked through them. However, there is one issue that gets to me and is starting to become a problem. I have a pretty quiet voice and sometimes people have a hard time with hearing what I'm saying until I speak up and then it's fine. With my boyfriend, however, it feels like he's ignoring me or tuning out what I'm saying (if that's the same as ignoring, sorry). Like, for example, yesterday, I was telling him about my doctor's appointment and some sh*t between me and my mom that caused me to freak out as I was leaving the parking lot. I told him about it and he was on his phone, not responding and looking at tattoos on Instagram. I said, "Hello?" and he said back to me, "I didn't hear a word you just said." He's done this almost every time I've tried talking to him about certain things, like how my days been, drama between my ex best friend and i, showing him a certain item online and telling him about it, etc. and he keeps saying that he can't hear me or that I'm saying nonsense. Over the years, I've been working on speaking a little louder than I'm used to and just talking more in general, but with him, I feel like he's ignoring me by saying that he can't hear me. Idk, maybe I'm being dramatic or I need to scream in his ears, but it's making me feel like he doesn't care and it's starting to hurt my feelings. |
