Question: When should doctors get married? Posted: 09 Jan 2018 09:48 PM PST Do doctors usually get married during medical school or after they are finished and have become a doctor? I want to be a pediatrician, but I don t want to get married late and am afraid it might be difficult to balance marriage and school. I ve heard that it gets more difficult to have children after 30 and I m also celibate, so I ve thought a lot about when to marry.
Question: Why is the divorce rate close to 50 percent? Posted: 09 Jan 2018 08:38 PM PST That's a lot of people getting divorced. You would think that many of these people divorcing have dated and gotten to know each other very well for a number of years before getting married. Why is the divorce rate close to 50 percent?
Question: My ex fiancé got engaged pretty quickly? Posted: 09 Jan 2018 08:37 PM PST My ex and I dated for 3 years before he proposed. We were engaged for 9 months after that before he called off the wedding a few weeks before it was to take place. It was difficult to get him to propose to me. Ill admit I nagged him and gave him an ultimatum. When he called it off, he asked for us to go to counseling and I said no, which upset him. Its been a little over 2 years since this all happened. I just saw on Facebook he is engaged again. He didn't add a picture of them together on his Facebook until a little over a year ago so they did not begin dating right after he called it off with me. Why did he propose so quickly to her, and not me? His new girl put their wedding date on her profile and I calculated he will have dated/be engaged/then married to her in the same amount of time it took him to propose to me? (3 years) Is he more into her than he was with me?

Question: Will this relationship last a long time? Posted: 09 Jan 2018 06:34 PM PST She's 33 without any kids and he's 46 with three kids. She has yet to meet the kids despite dating for 8 months. He talks favorably of his ex wife who is divorced in December 2016. He's a nice guy, but occassionally will say things like "I didn't want to get divorced, I had to get divorced." Despite him bringing the divorce to the courts. He has also said he can't afford to pay rent at the place he's staying at because he doesn't have any money.
Posted: 09 Jan 2018 06:10 PM PST Baby wasn t planned. Parents don t like each other but have to coparent until baby is off of breastmilk. Do you think the marriage will get better with a third kid or worse? They are separated and have too many resentments towards each other.

Question: Laugh but please help me with advice? Posted: 09 Jan 2018 05:05 PM PST Laugh at this as you wish but please help with advice! My Husband and I were careless a few weeks ago. Thinking that our eight year old daughter was still outside playing with her friend. While fooling around Dave put me across his lap. Taylor when she walked past seen me with my skirt lifted up but did not say anything...........til this past weekend! Taylor after misbehaving got a spanking over Daddy's knee. I was in the kitchen when I heard our daughter say that "I wear the same type of panty as Mom now" cause her dress was fully lifted Taylor was talking about liking to to wear sheer white briefs. Dave then was spanking for half a minute when Taylor said "Mommy also get's spankings like this when she is naughty" My Husband seems to find this hilarious and has no intention of correcting our daughter. I feel embarrassed and odd having our daughter think this is true! What should I do? Sit down and tell her the truth or let her think otherwise?

Posted: 09 Jan 2018 03:33 PM PST My recently deported ex has been desperately trying to contact me. Fortunately, he got his phone taken away. I don't have any social media. In the last month, he has emailed me & messages me on LinkedIn. I ignored both. Now, he is requesting to chat with me on YouTube. We broke up in April
Question: When is it too much? Posted: 09 Jan 2018 02:53 PM PST I'm at my wits end. I do everything for my husband. I work full-time, take care of the dog, do all the errands, grocery shopping, the cleaning, laundry, cooking, etc. etc. He has anger issues, serious anger issues. I'm walking on egg shells all the time, memorizing his rules to not make him mad. He thinks he has improved but it is more because I know his rules to not upset him. We've been together over 8 years. He's only had a job about 3. He's blown through my money repeatedly and got us into debt. On top of all of this anytime we argue everything is suddenly my fault. He hasn't been violent in a while (he used to break things) but it doesn't matter because I panic anytime he escalates. He's mad about this too because he thinks I shouldn't be fearful and I'm living in the past. He insults me every which way during a fight calling me clueless, dumb etc. etc. I am extremely accomplished in my career and education. So these insults, I'm not even sure why he goes there. He's now mad because our one dog runs to me when he gets upset and now that's my fault too. I'm tired of being anxious all the time and treated like garbage and feeling like I'm his servant. There's been a lot of life stressors lately that have made things worse. He isn't this bad all the time but I'm at the point I don't want to be around him and I am glad when he is at work. Help

Question: How do I know if my wife is cheating? Posted: 09 Jan 2018 11:10 AM PST
Question: Is this behavior normal??? Posted: 09 Jan 2018 06:05 AM PST A wife refuses to go grocery shopping. She's been married 5 years but have never gone grocery shopping for her husband or kids. Her husband mainly does it after working all week long and also elderly father-in-law and mother-in-law often buy groceries for her also. She does nothing. Her husband gives her a monthly allowance yet she has never spent a penny on him or their children. No one knows what she does with the money, she certainly doesn't spend it on them or the household. Before she was married, she did grocery shopping for her own family (parents & sibling). After marriage she continued grocery shopping for them until they moved out of state. But I guess she couldn't buy anything for her husband or children during these shopping trips???? When her baby needed food and her husband was sick in the hospital, I was asked to go grocery shopping for her baby because she wouldn't go!!!!! So WTH is wrong with this woman???? I get the feeling she has some complex that makes her think she's the Princess and we're her servants to do her bidding. She also throws the trash next to the front door even though the trash bin is 10 feet away. I honestly want to harm this woman in a bad way.

Posted: 08 Jan 2018 08:34 PM PST He is an amazing dad, our story is very long. We met in high school like I said before, but I had a child and she was 4 months when we started dating. He immediately fell in love with my daughter. Her biological father was out of the picture. We never really dated and I was very cautious about time spent with my daughter and him just for what's best for my daughter purposes in case he decided not to stay in a relationship with me. Anyways Long story short a i was 16 he was 19. When I was 18 we broke up a couple times. When we decided to get back together it was like I fell in love with him all over again. It's been 8 years since that had happened and I am starting to be unhappy. I feel like he doesn't know me and I don't know i have always felt like he stayed with me because of my daughter and how much he loved her. He is seriously the best father in the entire world and of course we have our own issues but he is a great man. As I said before we have never really dated and over the ears I have done everything I can to get to know him. I feel so distant from him and I can't help feel like he is feeling the same, but his personality is don't fix what isn't broken. I just don't know where to go from here.
