Three years ago, I made an Instagram fanpage for Demi Lovato and made some internet friends on there...one girl in particular I got really really close to. I ll call her Lily. For like...2 and a half years I had that fanpage, Lily and I talked every single day, she would write me these really really long paragraphs that were so sweet and she made me feel loved and not lonely when I was feeling low. I did the same for her. I ended up leaving Instagram because it was being toxic for me, the drama, everything, so I left but got Lily s number so I could talk to her. After I left we kind of grew apart. Kind of. See..she still messages me, once in a while, saying something like "I hate life everything is sh*t i m going to kill myself i want to die i m just gonna do it" also she self harms. Everytime she says something like this I have a panic attack and can t stop crying, I always talk to her until she is calm, and then she is perfectly fine until like the next month when she says the same thing to me. I m so, so worried for her and I want her to be better but everytime she says she s killing herself it causes so much distress to me, to the point it affects my grades, health, sleep, I don t eat. This sounds horrible, but I almost wish I had never met her because all I do lately is cry and now she won t even answer my messages...I m so scared she actually did it...i don t even know what I m asking for, I just want everything to be better for her. |

We are both straight girls but we'll even say that sometimes we do really act gay. We just have a really really close connection. She will cuddle with me and hug me and call me cute and perfect and she says she never does that with anyone else. She laughed loudly at my jokes and started listening in to my conversations. Started listening in to everything and responding more and more when within earshot. I could feel her watching me. Well she talked about me and told people what I do. Her friend told her small details about me and she'd tell me about it. She knew stuff I didn't tell her. She asked me where I live and already had a clue because she mentioned a vehicle in my backyard only her parents would know about and I asked her what car she drives just says "I drive a white car". I couldn't have conversations with anyone without her butting in within earshot. She found out outside information on something about my life with my relationship with someone and interrupted me with these accusations. I did an April fools joke about me moving out of town it seem she changed after that I was told I hurt her feelings. Well she graduates I see her around a few times it's awkward but one night after 18 months I look over and she turns her head to gaze deeply into my eyes and stares at me after I look away. I got the impression she loves me but I don't understand, why does she want to know all about me but is vague with information about herself "I drive a white car". Well after the staring when I see her and can talk she seems awkward. I don't understand people like this I want to be a friend to her for some reason and I think we have a connection. |

We have handshakes and high-five each other and we'd equally do anything for one another. Well, were (He does online school now and I don't, while before we were in the same middle school, plus his family doesnt let him go out with friends or outside alone anymore due to some drama that happened at his school (even before he did cyberschool, we went to different schools). Anyway, I was thinking and realized how he would hug our friend P (M) and he tried to hug our old friend M (F) but he wont hug me and just tells me he hates hugs, but why would he hug others and try to hug someone else (she didnt hug him back) if he hated hugs? Posted: 07 Jan 2018 09:30 AM PST I am gone a few months and am not allowed to sub-let my flat so will pay for it whilst I am gone, however one of my close friends managed to get a placement close to where I live for the same time period as I would be gone - and I said she could use my room to sleep in for free if she wanted as I also had parking which I know she needed. When I asked my flatmate if this was okay with her she said No. I asked why and she brought this whole speech up that it is against the rules to sub-let and blablabla. I said it is not subletting as I am not taking any payments and it would only be 6pm to 7am monday to thursday so she wouldn't have to drive 2hrs to get home. However, she is still not letting me have my friend use my room? My friend even tried to ask her as it is my room that I am paying for but she is just refusing. What can I do about this? I don't want any drama but I just don't see the problem? What would you do in a situation like this? |

This person was very friendly and I was making new friends after a very long time we started talking . Soon afterwards we started spending more and more time together. We would go to different restaurants and cafes together , we would be in the same groups for different projects,we used to spend a lot of time in his hostel literally and would literally talk for hours and shared secrets, we went on so many road trips. This guy helped me out in situations when I was literally screwed up and I helped him whenever i could. In short most of our time was spent together until it was time for my bus to leave and i went home. Now the university is over this guy doesn't pick up my phone call almost every time (he used to do the same with his school friends all the time during university) despite of the fact that he almost has his phone with him all the time. He would rarely call or text me back when he doesn't pick up. It's always me who is asking him to meet up and we rarely meet though we dont live that far. I feel that I have become too much dependent on him. I feel that we only talk or meet only when he wants to.He says that I am a chapter in his life that's over. I think I have become too attached with this person and he keeps on revolving in my head. How can the other person act as if he never existed. | Question: Why would you laugh at someone? Posted: 07 Jan 2018 02:47 AM PST I have a friend who laughs at me. I mean, sometimes when I just say something like what I did last night or talk about something I would like to do, he would just laugh. When I ask why, he says `I am just laughing`. It kind of bothers me and it bothers me that he says that it is my problem, since I am so sensitive. Am I? Do you do that with your friends? In fact, I don't really understand why would someone laugh when you say something... When I hear something that seems, I don't know, silly, I try not to make the person feeling bad... It just didn't happen to me that someone would talk to me about his/her activities and I feel like laughing. |

I mean don't get me wrong i still disliked it. everything this year has just gotten worse. I'm also on a select group thing in the school so i can't get in trouble or anything. So the rumors affect me a lot bc if the school found out then they would have to look into it. The rumors basically abt me doing weed juuling vaping. i also was not doing so hot in school grade wise. I lost one of my bffs and then my "boyfriend" in the same week. Later two of my bffs got closer and kinda left me. And now my schudule changed and i hate all my classes and lunch is 10x worse and now i feel like 1 of my besties (like my only one) is leaving me for the two who already left me. And it's qll just one giant huge mess. And i feel like i have no real friends. Like i do but not really. I also feel like everyone dislikes me. Like now the two friends that left me and my 1 current bff are all hanging w my ex and a few others. And kinda have made there own friend group. And I'm happy for them. But what abt me. There's really no one else to be friends w at my school either. Frl. Oh and that one bestie I️ lost at first we kinda wanna be friends again but Idek and if I️ do I️ feel like everyone would get mad at me and jus ughhhh. And also there is the end of the year dance which I️ know I️ won't get asked to bc there's no good guys at my school they r literally all players. |

I know I have messed up with her quite a bit, nothing big just little stuff. We are extremly close and are not fighting or anything but I wanted to send an apology letter for anything i've done wrong, that I will learn from it and try to do better. She lives far so thats why a letter. Wouod it be dumb? It was nothing big or anything |

Posted: 07 Jan 2018 12:23 AM PST I dont have as many close friends I mean I have a best friend who I could talk to about anything and with my other friends idk I'm just not as close with them and our conversations are mostly awkward sometimes and I think it might be me since I have social anxiety.how can I make more best friends cuz i noticed it's really hard for me to get close with ppl like I am with my best friend and I want to fix this problem now before it gets even worse and so I don't end up more lonely than I already am cuz I know she won't stick around forever.by the way I'm really bad at talking to someone new especially in class how do I start conversations with ppl that sit next to me? Posted: 07 Jan 2018 12:10 AM PST So we were at my house doing homework and we got in an argument about a history problem for who started world war 2. I said Germany and he said japan and he got so mad he grabbed my phone which fit bc it was small and flushed it down the toilet so I screamed at him and he took my wallet and flushed it too and my pencils and my ID. | Question: How disgusting am I? Posted: 06 Jan 2018 11:02 PM PST So I m on a trip with my bff and we re at her cottage house for a few days for winter break, her parents there too. This is a gross poop story so prepare yourself. So btw Im someone who never ever poops in pubic or at a friends house, sleepover, whatever. i just avoid it at all costs. Welp this time i really had to go so when everyone is getting ready for bed i pretend i need to shower (to drown out the sound; im always afraid of ppl hearing me.) i turn the shower on and i take a massive ****..... it was a ******* brick. i already knew it was not going to flush, but i have no idea how to plunge. i flush, the toilet is backed up, my worst nightmare. i try to use the plunger at least 5 times, i google how to, it still doesnt work. ugh so i at least made it go down a little and the water in the bowl looks pretty clear so i stop trying (also i was super afraid of them hearing me flush a bunch of times) anyway im feeling super panicky at the edge of tears and idk what to do so i go back to my room and decide to ignore it, hope someone takes the blame, whatever. so later that night i cant sleep but i hear someone fix the toilet, one of her parents. i feel incredibly guilty, ashamed, embarrassed, you get it. Anyway i guess my question is how terrible/disgusting of a person an i to leave them to fix the toilet? dyt they know it was me and never invite me to thier cottage ever again?? |
| Question: I don't have good friends? Posted: 06 Jan 2018 10:36 PM PST I used to be pretty close with a group of friends. They all banded together and kind of left me out of it. They aren't mean or anything, but they never invite me to hang out with them. They still talk to me, so I don't think they hate me or anything. Maybe they think I'm too soft to drink... who knows? Anyway, I have a really strong relationship with my girlfriend. Ever since it started, it has seemed like I never have enough time to invite friends over. My girlfriend and I always hang out and have sex, and it is amazing. But it is still sad to see all of these people leave my life. Should I even try to get them back? She invited me to sit at her table at lunch. I immediately noticed that most of her friends were kind of like me. Maybe I could click with them... I'm sorry: this has been all over the place. I guess what I'm really asking is how do I form strong friendships? |

I've never been diagnosed with depression but that's only because I'm too scared to talk to my parents about it. See I'm Indian so my parents are gonna take it as a joke and will tell me to grow up. I'm just not happy with my life. Late year so many people told me to Kill myself and my "best friends" made fun of me and talked about me. I've lost so many people and all I do is listen to music and cry. I tried to kill myself last year but I got caught by my little sister. My best friend is so rude to me nowadays which honestly makes me wanna cry all the time. And if my best friend doesn't care about me, who really does? I wanna do it and so many people told me I wouldn't survive up to 18. I should just do it already. If you don't think I should, let me know why. Also please suggest some sad songs. |

Every time I do something she copies me. It really bothers me. One time I got some shoes for Christmas and she asked what shoes are those. So I told her and then on her birthday she got the exact same shoes. It didn't really bother me but i still wear them today. Like if I wear them at school she'll wear them too. I remember one time she said she wanted to be like me. On Instagram SHE COPIES ME THE MOST. So let's say my username is @jaylaaaaa. Her username will be @layaaaaaa. So I'll change my username, then she'll changes her. It really bothers me and it's really annoying. I can't take anymore. One time at school, we we're at the computer lab and I was watching this YouTuber. I'm pretty sure she saw the title of the video so the next day she was watching the same YouTuber in my face. I didn't say anything about it. I guess she was expecting me to say something about it. Also there is a shoe I watch that is really popular today. My other friend watches the show I like. My friend and I always talk about in class. My best friend asks me what show are y'all talking about so I told her her and guess what she watches it now. I been seeing her copy my style too. The family member will Say "Why don't you go live with your new friend?" or "You'll never find anyone who will treat you better than I do!" or "I bet your new friend will not put up with you for very long, because nobody has the kind of patience I have and you are very hard to deal with! 2)Whenever I go to the store, if I forget to get what the family member asks for, this is what I'll hear: "All you care about is your self!" "I work so hard for you and this is the thanks I get?" "You're a son of a gun , no wonder you don't have any friends!" 3)If I ever disagree with the person, this is what I'll hear: "You always think you're right!" "Why am I always wrong?" I asked her what time and she said 7pm because that's when she usually feeds her cat. I told her that cannot because I am eating dinner with my family. BUT I did offer to come over around 1pm but she said she's at work. So our mutual friend thinks I should skip dinner but I dont want to. Was I being a bad friend? |
