Posted: 25 Jul 2018 08:33 PM PDT My boyfriend is gone on a birthday trip with his friends for 2 weeks, his birthday is this week and mine is next, we wont be spending both together. He left today for Europe, and I already miss him. It just feels like a part of me is missing. I am not the type to call and call and text him constantly while he is there, I know on trips everyone deserves space. I will text him here and there, and he can reply when he has time. It wasn't until my senior year of highschool when I found out just what exactly I find attractive in a woman. A lot of men especially around my age(20+) find the cliche things attractive like a nice rack and some junk in the trunk if you know what I mean. That's nice and all but you know what I find the most attractive or 2nd most perhaps? A brain, or rather: Intelligence. a woman with a sexy brain between those ears is a huge turn-on for me. When a woman is able to have intellectually stimulating conversations and even share her ideas/thoughts with me I find that very hot lol. I'm not just talking about book smarts either i'm talking about knowledge involving the real world and a thirst for that knowledge. Now I'm not calling myself exceptionally intelligent by any means and I know there's a ton out there for me to learn especially being in my early 20s... but I just feel like intelligent women are kind of underrated honestly. I feel like they deserve way more recognition, and although it seems like the trend of sapiosexuality is increasing especially for online daters, i still feel like it isn't enough. My ex was still a little sensitive from our break up a few months before so he cut contact with the guy from the event and removed him from his online account, the guy was aware that he was deleted. I thought things were getting serious based on the extreme things he was saying. Turns out he completely played me and it turns out tat he was seeing many other people from all different areas in the US. At least 6 women just that I was aware of. Anyway I deleted him off of all of my online profiles and deleted his number. He then proceeded to contact my ex online a couple months later clearly able to see that my ex deleted him and wasnt connected with him on his profile anymore. He then and asked him if he knew how to get in touch with me and why he couldnt find me online anymore. My ex contacted me and gave me the message and he was confused and felt that it was very odd for him to have reached out to ask him that. Recently I've been warm to him looking at him and smiling. I texted him the other day and this how the conversation went. I asked about his brother then he asked me about school and when I get acceptance letters. This was last Sunday, yesterday I was going down the stairs he was a bit behind I"m wondering why he didn't catch up to me and talk to me. Could he be too scared? |

| Question: Guy stopped talking to me? Posted: 25 Jul 2018 05:09 PM PDT When me and this guy first talked, we texted/snapped everyday (all day) and then finally hung out in person. I noticed he was a little socially awkward but I didn't care. After we hung out, he snap chatted me first every morning and we would talk (this continued for a month). However, he didn't ask me to hang out again so I decided to do it. I asked him what he was doing the upcoming week, we should hang and he said that he had nothing planned and we can make plans. I responded back "we definitely should!" and he opened it the next morning and didn't respond. I waited for him to bring it back up but he didn't so we went 3 days without talking. I then snapped him and asked if I freaked him out by asking to hang out and he said no not at all, he has been "feeling antisocial lately ngl". I told him that if I was annoying him to let me know because I don't want to bother him but he said "I'm not annoying at all, don't worry". He then apologized for making me feel that way. After that, he stopped snapping me first. I then started to snap him first and he would always answer but I stopped putting in effort. Now it has been 2 weeks since we last talked. I also recently learned that he has been suffering from depression the past couple years. Do you think that has to do with his behavior? Should I have tried to reach out more? I just don't understand how he went from talking to me first every day, agreeing to making plans then to this. |
