My best friend has been showing a lot of affection toward me.we live together. she touches me a lot, if we are close. I tested it last and i adjusted to move my arm or leg, she would soon after move closer to me and have her hand on me again. she has said things like "who needs a man when I have you"I'd marry you if you" but says it like a joke.She spends most of her free time with me, and our other friends consider us a unit. She shows LOT of signs of being romantically interested in me, and when I explain, a lot of people agree.Despite all of the seemingly flirtatious behavior, she still talks to men.She says that she is straight and is talking to one guy. She has never had sex or fallen in love with any guy.Part of me wonders if she just says she is straight because she isn't ready.She has said if she ends up falling in love with a woman than it is what it is. she has been saying that she likes this guy and is going to date him probably, and talks about romance involving men. Does she act this way because she thinks I'm not interested back? Is she just doing it because we are best friends and she thinks there are no feelings? I am asexual so my feelings aren't rooted in sex, but our emotional bond. I would be ok with having her as either my best friend or gf.I don't want to talk to her til I have a grasp on my own thoughts, as well as I want to be more sure. I'm asking because I want others input. I don't want to risk our friendship bringing up feelings if there are none.
