OR HER????" -he's still regularly checking MY instagram tho' despite being on vacation with a large number of gorgeous women .... and then I sit back and say "self, that's a lot of drama and uncertainty for a guy you've just started dating. why do you feel like everything is so sketchy? is the problem with me, or with him?" For starters, please don't troll or give me crap because you don't understand where I'm coming from. Backstory: My boyfriend and I have mutually agreed that we need to abstain from sex for a short while. This is due to some health issues I've been having. Additionally, we've heard from other people as well as seen it all over the internet that being celibate can actually strengthen your relationship... So we actually have sex quite frequently- usually at least 3 times per week. We even usually have sex while I'm on my period, there's no stopping us haha Questions and info: What can we do together instead of have sex? Yes, that seems like a ridiculous question and we actually spend most of our day together so we do many normal activities, it's not like all we do is have sex. BUT what should we do when we're aroused, or how can we release all our pent up energy? He's not very into exercise so the most I could convince him to do is go on a walk with me or something simple like that. We've been dating for about 7 months and we were actually friends with benefits for a few months before we officially started dating as well. And before THAT he's actually been my best friend for years. I know him very well and we spend a ton of time talking and just hanging out together. When I finally explained to him how stressed I was and how difficult my situation had become he blew it off. He said I was selfish for neglecting him and using my depression for pity. Anyways, I dont want to say I like this girl since I dont know her that well, but she is really pretty and nice. She makes me laugh and it's easy to talk with her. We have only talked whenever I go to her job to order something. We held a 30+ convo the other day while she was on her break and she offered me her snapchat, even though she doesn't respond to my snaps. My friends are telling me she's interested in me, but I just think she's begin friendly with me and since she is foreign (from El Salvador), she may not know the social cues or have different cues on flirting or stuff along those lines. I want to ask her out; not necessarily on a romantic date, but maybe just a hangout where we can get to know each other. I would try and keep the hangout casual and nothing to serious since it is a chance to see how we act together and to get to know each other. My crush drove to my house from three cities away and brought me gifts, food, and even wrote me a thankyou card. At prom he wanted to find a quieter place away from the loud music to hangout and talk, and he even asked if it's comfortable for me to hold hands, eventually we just walk in hooked arms. we took pictures, and we danced a lot and he taught me how to slow dance and waltz when slow music comes on. I was thinking about confessing, but i figured that it's really not the moment and i just want to know him better first. And turned out he's super nice. On the way home my parents came to pick us up and he told me that we should hang out more but I'm not sure what he meant since his sister and i and really good friends. Is he interested in me in a way that's more than friends or he's just being nice? Because im having feelings that he's only doing these things for manner or stuff, and that he's just being a nice date because he's a nice guy. But at the same time, I'm a very self conscious girl and overthinks a lot. So guys, what do you think about this? She put her number in my phone and we ve been talking on and off ever since. We re both really busy, so we don t get to spend much time with one another, but we ve hung out a few times here and there. After a couple weeks, she noticed that I was trying to get closer with her and told me that she just got out of a relationship that ended really bad and doesn t want to get into one right now. I told her it was cool and that I understand her situation. Moving forward to last week after we went out to eat, she mentioned that her ex is trying to get back into her life even though she doesn t want to go through with it. If hugs were seconds I'd send you hours. If smiles were water. I'd send you the sea. If love were a person. I'd send you me. At the end she drew a heart and left her name. She handed it to me and told me to open it and I just stuck it in my pocket and told her that I would look at it later. She got upset that all I did was put it in my pocket and refuse to look at it. She even playfully shoved me because I kept refusing to look at it in front of her. At point she even said a couple things like "can you just get rid of it", "throw it out", "forget I even gave it to you". She seemed like she was embarrassed by it. We worked together. She is technically a superior of mine. She handed me the poem in front of another coworker and and that coworker asked me the following day what I thought of the poem because the girl in question was asking about it. Apparently it was her idea all along. The coworker didn't dare her to do it. On the day that she gave me the poem before she actually gave me it, she asked if I would go see a movie with her. I quickly said no to which she kind of badgered me about why I wouldn't go with her and I finally said I would and she was like "See, just gotta keep pestering you and you'll give in". We have had many arguments about him always picking his friends over me. It's hard though because I love spending time with him and he does sweet things like shows up at my house randomly during a blizzard and shovels the whole driveway. He makes more money than I do and always asks if I'm okay if I need any, and he just is good at making me laugh and smile. But we had plans Friday and I didnt hear from him so I texted him asking and he said "nvm I have to fix my buddy's truck" so I got annoyed and said "no you already asked, what time" and he didnt answer me the rest of the night. Then Saturday we planned last week to go to dinner and a movie and i texted him "movie is at 10:10" and he says "no I'm going to bed" and then I got angry and said "maybe if you stayed in with me last night like you said you wouldnt be tired" again doesnt respond because he knows I'm right. Then Sunday was the only day we both have off, he doesn't text me til 8pm with a "hi" like everything is fine. He doesn't constantly do this but enough over the course of our relationship and I'm sick of it. Everyone says hes too comfortable and I need to put my foot down but how?!?! I thought ultimatums didnt work? I try to be understanding but I feel like he kinda walks over me at times. I really want to make it work but dont know what I should do :( |

We'll text 24/7 for weeks, and then won't speak for another few weeks. We hook up sometimes and he always tells me SUPER personal stuff. He's told me about his mom's illness and his long lost sister. Obviously, he's a slight f**kboy. But even when there is NO promise or indication of a hookup he will text and snap me. I know that there is a connection there, and he hasn't been able to completely stay away from me for over 9 months. He's a little older than me and staying an extra semester. If this was my friend I would tell her to drop him quick. But being in this situation I know how hard it is to just kick someone you reallyyyyy like out of your life. When I was there, there was this good looking single mom who worked there. She asked me if I drink, if I have a girlfriend, and if I want kids. I thought she may have been a little interested in me. However, I needed the internship to graduate. Therefore, I didn't want to potentially ruin the experience by making things awkward between a worker and I if she rejected me. When I finished my internship last August, I promised I'd come back and visit everyone but I didn't go back. Between the holidays, the office being busy, and my sister having a baby, I didn't get to schedule a visit. The woman I like, I have a business card of hers. I text him almost every day and ask him why he doesn't want to talk. He tells me he does but he's busy. I noticed that he's active all the time on Snapchat because I see his score increasing a lot throughout the day. I always have to text him first even though I see he's active on Snapchat. Today we got in a fight because he said he's out of town for the whole week and I told him that he doesn't want to talk and he said he's busy at work but I told him that he's not always at work. He then text me saying "fvck you" then he said that he's done talking to my petty ****. He also called me a biotch. I saw that he didn't block me on Snapchat though... How can I get him to forgive me? |

"sam" is very well known for being a player, and he asked almost every girl in the grade out. I didn't like him, but i didn't hate him, so i was nice to him. my guy friend said that he was just being nice because he was flirting with me, and he was going to ask me out. at one point, i had gotten into a huge fight with my best friend, and i was crying. Of course, "sam" tries to comfort me, but my guy friend sees this, and tries to take over. he said that he hated "sam", and then, later, he told me that he caught "sam" staring at my butt when i wasn't looking. When "sam" asked me to dance @ our school dance, my guy friend made fun of me, but he didn't seem particularly against it. i just don't understand if he is being like this just because he hates "sam", or because he is jealous. and does this in any way mean that he might have feelings for me?? |

He is about 6'7/8" (the tallest guy in our school), and I am the 4th shortest at 5'1/2" (about 5'3" with heels). So it's kind of a dilemma trying to imagine how things will go. I'm starting to feel super self conscious about pictures, pinning the boutonnière, slow dancing, and everything else that has to do with prom. Also because I'm an underclassmen and he's a senior I want to make sure he's having a great time because it's his last prom and I almost feel bad that he has to go with an underclassmen:((.
