He said things like. No man would ever want you. And you will always be alone with more things that hurt. I'm older than him he's younger. We broke up because he said I was a distraction he couldn't focus on his career so I had to go obviously. He wants a entertainment career. Here's his response after I sent him videos of me crying and telling him how I miss him and what he said hurt "I didn't mean it the way it came out out (My name) and I'm sorry for that. I have a problem with communicating situations and sharing them mis directing the message I'm really trying to state. I miss you too, you're actually a really cool and loving person. You don't find that now a days." This happened today What does it mean whaat he said? And he doesn't talk to me much anymore? Would like help |
| Posted: 28 Apr 2018 08:11 PM PDT he's from Germany and im in california. is this logical? will it work out? how long do you think it'll even be until we are together? wouldn't it make sense for him to be here to find a job? but he refuses. we have no dates, no times, and he won't let me go back to him because he wants me to start school. im overwhelmed. he is applying daily, but his work in Germany requires so much time and energy. he also has loans he's paying off, so he feels like if he were to spend a month here without a job/ minimum, wage, well, he just won't do it. and he is too stubborn to borrow or let my family or his family help. and he wants to be able to pay for food and housing, but my mom is completely welcome to do both of those things. |

Spent fair amount of time getting to know each other. She was friendly but kept me at arms length because she (later) told me was scared of getting hurt. Wasn't comfortable getting physical early on. After a few dates she pulled back slightly. Lots of hot/cold and mixed messages that had me pulling hair out. Went really cold a few dates later and we had a period of a few weeks where we didn't talk. She reached out a few weeks ago with a really sweet offer of friendship. Said I had been on her mind because I treated her very well. We saw each other last weekend and had the same amazing conversation and chemistry. Few nights ago we had a long heart to heart on the phone. Told her exactly how I felt. That I thought we had a rare connection worth fighting for. That I knew she moved slow but was worth waiting for. She came clean about something I said after a date about getting physical (I didn't know she moved slow then) she didn't like. Overall she was really flattered and had no idea I considered her that special, had thought I didn't care much. We have never talked about our feelings like this before. Said she needed time to process everything so I told her we'd talk later this week. I asked her not to because it is a late shift that doesn t get done until 10 at night and I have to pick her up. Even if she takes an uber, I will be woken up anyway. At work we were laughing and he was still being himself. Problem is he has a girlfriend he also swore to me he would never cheat on her. My boyfriend and I planned for me to take a trip from Delaware to New York (where he lives) to visit him. We talked about me visiting all the way up to this trip. He is a trucker and works long hours so most of his weekends are spent sleeping and lounging. I got to New York yesterday (paid my own hotel, gas, toll, etc.) and he was so excited when I told him I was there. He asked how my trip went, etc. we agreed to get some rest that night and spent time the next day (today). Today I haven't heard anything from him. I tried texting and calling him but no answer. I am wondering what could have changed overnight? I am very hurt that he wasted my time only to ignore me. We have went through this once before where I came to visit and got ignored when I went back home. He texts me good morning every morning and checks on me throughout the day. I am assuming he has a girlfriend and could not get out today to see me. I could use some advice. |

She said I encouraged him to skip work, texted him I need to just leave, said I should pay him half, and kept messaging me to come home, when my mom was being way more chill than this girl. Even at the time, I had to ask if this is the guy that she slept with; all she said is that she is not into him whatsoever (What else would she say?). My sense was that she was bitter he had rejected her before. She has a boyfriend, but she sleeps around, so it was pretty naive to just assume they're extremely close friends and she hadn't slept with him already. He's honestly so so rude sometimes and thinks he knows it all and like all my friends hate him so I obviously haven't told them how I'm feeling but yea a whole year of this. There's this one friend who does like him and I also haven't told her about my feelings but seems to think we're gonna end up together someday. Ok but anyways I should hate him I know I should but I like can't. There's just this weird chemistry and I think we both feel it and it's hard to explain why but anyways I just don't get why I feel this way towards him when I have so many reasons to hate him. help!!! |

I don't think of myself as ugly or weird, and I have come to terms with being single. I'm just wondering what I am doing wrong because everyone I know has a guy but me :/ I talk to guys all the time and go to parties. Maybe I'm just putting myself out there incorrectly. I always hear the people above me having loud sex and it sometimes makes me sad because I feel I should be doing that too, like i'm missing out on something. Two months ago I had hooked up with this guy in the dorms and I realized I wasn't really into hooking up, and that i'd feel safer and more confident being in a relationship with someone. unfortunately, i havent met anyone and I don't want just friends with benefits. i reallly miss sex though. Posted: 28 Apr 2018 02:37 PM PDT I really don't know what to do anymore, I have been with my boyfriend for over 3yrs now and was on/off for about 3yrs before. We now have a child together and I have a daughter with someone else. lately I feel like I'm pulling away from him. at the start of our relationship I had a very high sex drive & now I just don't feel like I want sex anymore. I have explained this to my partner countless times but I feel like he doesn't listen to me. When I see him and the kids are out the room playing, he tries to have sex with me and when I tell him no he just laughs and says "I can't just say no all the time, i'll just take what I want". I have told him then that is just rape as I said no but again he laughs and says it's not rape if I enjoy it. I don't feel comfortable around him anymore, I feel fed up all the time, it's even getting to the point where I am starting to dread seeing him. If my mum says she is coming to see me and my daughters but finds out he's at mine, she tells me she's going home as she really doesn't like him and I ask her to please come up because then he will leave me alone. Please help I really don't know what to do :( |

When he talks to me, he often ships me with other guys that I don't like too. He would be like "oh you and John would make a good couple!" And I would ask him why he always does that and he would just shrug. Recently, he joked about making out with me, and he quickly said just kidding. he comes from a strict household that doesn't really want him to date btw. What could all of this mean? |

From the start he acted VERY interested. Almost to the point where it was creepy. He would say things like he loves me for me/he always wants to be around me. He kept inviting me to do things but I was hesitant bc I was seeing this other guy. Then he came to a concert (of a band he doesn't even like) & pushed people off me in the moshpit all night then kind of professed his feelings for me after. We started hanging bc things fell through w/the other guy & I started liking him. We went on dates all over England & life felt like a chickflick. Unfortunately I caught feelings. I started to open up to him about the abusive relationship I was in & about my fears. He seemed understanding so I kept opening up. The other night I went back to his flat & told him I have feelings but I'm scared bc I go back to Australia in a month and he has to stay in England. Things got heavy & I think I scared him. He said he likes me but that he doesn't know what he wants & we'll figure it out later. Then in a moment of weakness, we hooked up. I went home feeling really humiliated. When I woke up I sent a heartfelt text & thanked him for listening and being patient w/me but he opened it & never responded. I have to see him at a dinner tomorrow so I'm freaking out. We are in the same program and see each other once a week. What do I do?? |
