So The plan was for him to come over to my place and hang out then for him to spend the night in a hotel and come back to hang out more in the morning. Well we were talking about maybe going to dinner and/or to a movie but he keeps bringing up money, asking how much things will cost. And saying he might not be able to afford it. I said we could watch a movie at my place but he was worried that would make me feel uncomfortable. But him talking about not having a lot of money Is also making me uncomfortable. I don't want him to have to spend the money if he can't afford to. But at the same time it would be more comfortable eating and watching a movie somewhere other than my place. I don't know what to do. Should I just say we can watch a movie at my place any eat at my place instead of going out? P.S. I offered to help pay and he said no because he's old fashioned and doesn't want me to have to pitch in. And I don't have a ton of money either. |

In the past if he misses and hurts my thigh or doesn't miss and annoys me, I hit him back, which has escalated more than once into a back-and-forth slapping/punching match, once leaving a bruise on my leg. He's told me that if I ever hit him he'll hit me back harder because he "believes in equal rights." I have tried to express how I don't like any of it but to him it's playful. Today we were watching TV in bed and as I got up he kicked my behind, jerking my whole body, so I grabbed the closest object in sight, a flimsy mirror and tossed (trying not to throw and break) it at his knees and hit him. It didn't break but he claimed it did, being dramatic. He then called me insane and all, telling me to leave and go home for a while. I left the room and broke down in tears. It's like in his mind he can do whatever and it's joking, but if I fight back I'm "f'n crazy and insane"... I feel disrespected and he scoffs at that, like none of it (the playful hits and kicks) should bother me. I love him and it hurts me that he has these moments of such childishness, in my opinion... I know I am not much better with my hitting him back. I hate that I do it. It's just a trigger for me, possibly related to being spanked and hit as a child, which he had a similar upbringing. |

We are both Christians and we don't get to talk much but once in a while, when we do, we'll talk about our faith. Today during lunchtime, she was on her phone and i asked what she was watching. She showed me a preview of a passion play that her church performs ever year on Good Friday. She then asks me if i would like to go and i was surprised she actually asked, considering we don't know each other that well. I paused for a moment and said "Sure, why not!" When actually, i wanted to say "I would LOVE to!". Now i'm wondering if she actually likes me back. But my problem is that i'm a pretty stoic person at times and have trouble displaying my real feelings. I also have mild social anxiety. I feel like i'm going to blow it and she's going to think i'm not into it. I already feel like even though i said yes, she might feel like i'm not actually interested to go with her because sometimes my facial expressions don't reveal my true emotions. I'm just hoping that when i go to the passion play, my social anxiety won't get to me. She also has a 4 year old son, so he'll be there too. I have 3 nephews and i'm pretty good with kids so i think that won't be an issue. Anyways, what do you think? |

I will NEVER get to date that beautiful 23 year old and will have to settle with women around my age. He said he wants to try but that he wants to learn to love himself before he can love me again. I mean he sounded so sincere because he was even about to start crying. And it just hurts so much not being with him, but I also want to be patient and let him get himself together. Do you all think this is just a lost cause and I should try to move on? This all started in high school. I was timid, scared, and I got bullied a lot. I carried the same mindset into college. I didn't travel abroad (I should have) and I have no experience with girls. My early 20s were full of trying to find my feet. I got into a car accident and wasn't able to work for several months. Then I got bad job after bad job. I got some stability with a full-time job two years ago but then that place closed and I got laid off. I have always wanted to move to California and establish myself there. Four years ago when looking for jobs, I was scared to do it and I had no money to move. I want to take full advantage of my 20s and not regret the years I have left but by the time I move and actually expand, I'll be like 28 or 29. Let's add to the fact that I've never had a girlfriend, never really traveled, and I've just stayed in one city my entire life. I'm expected to be responsible now, so I can't do any partying, long-term traveling, goofing off or any of that stuff. How can I get over this feeling? |

Just last month it went bad he said I was to needy (I was haha). I gave him a little space (5 days lol). He ended up saying he wanted to be friends, wasn't sure if he wanted to pursue anything romantically. I agreed, I want to take it slow. We made up saw him later that week. Everything was good like nothing happened. We don't text as much as before. I haven't seen him in 3 weeks, I ask to hang out today. He was into me but at the end he said that he wasn't sure it'd work, we weren't living in the same town and that it was bothering him. After that I stopped talking to him cause I was disappointed, I hadn't seen it coming and I liked him. Anyway he kept trying to talk to me but I was cold. We stopped talking for months. Last September, he started sending me snapchats. Then, the same month we had to see each other because of university, it was a dinner and he sat next to me, I couldn't eat or talk, he couldn't either. At the end of the night, I thought "OK I'm done, he can't even talk to me". I was sure he had felt the same. But the day after, I posted a story on snapchat and he responded to it right away. His behavior is driving me mad, we talked a bit but I don't understand why he keeps trying to stay in contact with me. One month ago, he talked to me on Facebook, he wanted to know how I was doing and said he was happy for me if everything was ok. One week after, I unfriended him cause everytime i saw his name on my screen it hurt me. It's childish but I couldn't do it anymore. he probably noticed that I had deleted him cause last week he sent me a video on snapchat that I opened days after. It was a video of him having fun at a party. After opening it I saw he had deleted me. I think he did this on purpose and probably hates me. Should I tell him why I deleted him and be honest? |

I took them on Tuesday, started to bleed lightly on Wednesday morning, I also had unprotected sex that night and he came inside of me but I wasn't worried because my doctor said it would be okay and that pregnancy only happens to 1/100 woman. The blood has gotten more red and i've been having a lot more of it. It has been 10 days since i've started bleeding and I really don't know what to do! I left with one of her co-workers, and at one point, he had asked if she and I were best friends, and said she gets around (his friends and stuff). I told him yes, she has slept with a lot of people. This friend would not stop messaging him and asking me to come home, when I was with him. She started texting him and my close friend mean stuff about me. It came across so desperate. I eventually just ended up blocking her and got angry at both of them for talking sh*t. I blocked them both, and I blocked her on all social media. She seemed obsessed with him and jealous, I would only act this way if I had slept with him, and clearly he was disgusted by her. Is it possible while doing drugs together, she probably gave a blowj*b or slept with him already, right? I thought it was hilarious. I would let her sleep with him and make a move, just because I don't think he was interested and she is unattractive. Her boyfriend texted me that she is not in love with him, and I said of course she is not in love with him, because he doesn't want to sleep with her. Even when I first got approached by her co-worker, she gave me angry looks I ignored. She has literally slept with hundreds of people and tons of people at her job, so it would make sense that it hurt her feelings that not everyone at work wants to sleep with her. I am sure guys at her work are disgusted by her because she sleeps with everyone. When I left with her co-worker and my phone died, she would not stop texting him, and even got on a phone call with him after I left. She kept messaging me to come home, and her messages came across extremely desperate, and she could not explain why she was so angry. I said I was fine, but she was still angry. She told him I should pay him half of what he spent on me, and I don't trust what she said about me on the phone. As soon as he called me, he immediately hung up on me. I know she probably tried to say something to make him angry at me, and then she had told me something that made me angry at him. I got angry at the guy about something and texted him like 50 times in a row, and the girl then texted one of my close friends not to tell me, but I texted someone at work like 50 times and it was pretty insane. Why is she so involved in what me and him do? Why can't she chill out? I said it was weird that they were reporting back and forth to each other, and I think she was in love with him. I don't think it is any of her business And it's funny I know because she is ugly and had a crush, she was trying to say unflattering stuff about me to make me look bad and also trying to convince me to pay out money to him and leave. I feel like it was so naive to assume she was close friends with him, and she probably had slept with him before. She definitely wanted in, and it was so pathetic. |
