Question: Boyfriend has nightmares and wakes me up in the middle of the night? Posted: 07 Jul 2019 06:50 AM PDT My bf is a war survivor and has ptsd after he witnessing as a child (6 yo) the suicide of a 14 yo girl neighbour. Sometimes he had nightmares especially lately and wakes me up all sweaty grabs my arms and wakes me up and asks if I am ok all worried thinking we're in danger. Sometimes the nightmares look so real that he cannot distinguish them and cries while sleeping thinking the nightmare is reality. I tries to talk to him but sometimes he's cooperative sometimes he acts hostile and refuses to tell me what he feels inside. He refuses to see a counsellor. He's a really good guy but always on his guard and about to cry. What can I do to help him? Why cant he distinguish that they are just bad dreams? But he was not a soldier, he was just a child.
Question: Should I email my professor about him always telling me to smile in class? Posted: 07 Jul 2019 04:42 AM PDT Everyday I go to class he tells me to smile at least once or twice. I'm literally in a good mood until he tells me that. Not nonchalant either. He says it across the room. He tells me to watch YouTube videos on how to smile. He says I need to go home and practice in the mirror. I get so nervous going to this class because it's embarrassing and I'm not there to smile I'm there to learn. Why would I be randomly smiling. Should I email or pull him aside he already creeps me out enough for always looking at me and wanting me to put on a pretty smile. What can I do to make this guy think I'm not mad but that I just don't smile.

Question: My girlfriend will have to move to another country, what do we do? I love her? Posted: 07 Jul 2019 03:01 AM PDT I am a guy who lost his mom at the age of 11. I was adopted and had a bad time in my foster family, to the point of not getting along with my (non biological) sibling and my adoptive father. I started my life all over again at 17, with the help of a lawyer and I found a job. Since my mom died I never knew what it was like to have a family and feel loved. I've had this girlfriend (for the first time in my life I fell in love) for 7 months. I love her so much and I am afraid to lose her. She loves me too but the problem is that I'm always afraid that I'll lose her (and this is going to happen soon, since her parents want to move). I want to ask her to live with me so she wont go, but she's too young and she needs her parents. I dont want to be selfish but I also dont want to lose the only thing that matters in my life. She's the only one who understands me, loves me ans takes care of me and I do the same to her. Most of the time we are together I end up kissing her, touching her and I rest my head on her chest or lap, as if I was still a child. It's weird, but I let my guard down when I'm with her. Sometimes I would spent whole minutes caressing her hair or smelling her neck. I tell myself 'do these things til you can, later they'll take her away from you'. I don't accept that she will go. They will ruin my life again..she doesnt want to go too she wants to live with me.

Question: I don’t trust my aunts boyfriend? Posted: 06 Jul 2019 11:32 PM PDT My aunt and her 3 kids are coming to stay the night at our house but she is bringing her boyfriend. He looks and acts like someone addicted to crack like full on trailer trash. My cousins also do not like him but won't give specific reasons. I'm afraid he might do something to my little sister tonight and I want to know how I can protect her if something goes down.
Posted: 06 Jul 2019 07:45 PM PDT but i feel like he's stuck in his relationship. like he doesn't look like he's having fun. what do i do? should i wait for him to come to me or express my feelings?
Question: My manager is nervous around me, how come? Posted: 06 Jul 2019 07:31 PM PDT Mainly it is when his wife is around they actually both will completely guiet around me as if I don't exist. But you can cut the tension with a sword really. It gets pretty tense and they start whispering. But when each of them is not together they will speak actually she seems to really like me. He gets nervous and seems to say my name everytime he sees me with a hand shake and an awkward smile. At first I thought it was in my head but it happens every encounter. He is also in his late 40s I'm in my 20s she is in her 40s too. So I'm just confused and uncomfortable about the whole thing. I can't help but notice either
Question: How should I come out to my friends and family? Posted: 06 Jul 2019 09:50 AM PDT I am a Holocaust revisionist, but I am too concerned of the negative repercussions of letting people know. How can I be open about my opinions? I would be so much more comfortable if I could openly express myself without being stigmatized.
